I wasn't kidding, btw.
I just drink until it gets better on it's own. It does get better, but until it does, I drink.

Party, party, party, weed, booze, loneliness, bad decisions, mini-intervention, booze, weed, party, party, deal with it, and be happy.
In that order.
protip, it's okay to be sad but NEVER be the drunkest girl at the party. that's just terrible. also, try not to cry in public. if you're gonna be mopey and sad when you are out being andrew w. k., it's best to stay in. (:

Sleep, a lot. Cry, a lot. Drink, a lot.
Those are usually my coping mechanisms. I don't get people who can just snap their fingers and be okay, or even "act okay" for school/work etc. I wear my life on my sleeve, so.

I usually completely break down, depending on if I am dumped, or if I dump them.
I get very stressed out, and can't stop thinking/talking about the situation, and usually cry a lot.
I don't lose sleep, but I do cry whenever I am awake, followed by a never ending anger that comes out of nowhere, and I focus on that to stop my crying.
Most relationships that end with me being dumped, end with me feeling hateful/ angry to that person, mainly because they didn't try working things out. I like to work it out if at all possible. 3nodding

Start focusing on myself a lot. Listen to empowering feminist songs. INDEPENDENCE, BABY, YEAAAAH.
NOT going out on rebound that idea is so stupid.

I pretty much just get angry, and get rid of anything that reminds me of them (dispose of pictures/letters, delete emails, etc), and I shed a few tears (I'm not somebody who cries very often). I listen to angry music, watch comedy movies, go out with my friends, and get over it.
