"Weeeeell," Eve began, stretching her arms, eyes bright as she stared back at him. "Guys do have better appetites after all. Sometimes, I can't fathom how much they can eat; the other day in the DCU cafeteria, I saw a guy order another plate after he had finished his first." Perhaps it was because she had stayed in the Crystal dorms for quite a while and had mostly watched girls eat that she was perplexed by how guys were able to stomach so much. Still, she wasn't about to give up even though he had the clear advantage over her!
"Uhhhh, alright, I guess." She titled her head to the side momentarily, eyes gazing up at the ceiling. "University is busy, but I'm slowly adjusting. And then I have to look for an apartment with Rea. And you? How have you been?"

"You'd be surprised." Seth had to look away at the story, he definitely wasn't the type that could indulge in plate after plate after plate. He would definitely become sick. Still, there were people he knew that didn't finish with two plates. The reason was the exact opposite in contrast with Eve's experience; it was exactly because Seth had been in a male dominant environment.
"Mm. DCU?" Eve was at that age now? Ah, right.. Ever since Seth had arrived at Destiny City, time has passed by quickly. It was unlike Italy. "Congratulations." Although it was belated, Seth having been absent from the ceremony thanks to the coma.
Rea? Seth's gray eyes wandered to the window display, a silence followed. Obviously Seth was trying to remember her name from their past conversations. "..Your old roommate." He finally said, a wry look accompanying the words explaining in in tself an experience behind it. How rare to get along with roommates so well. Seth didn't deal well with roommates, his uncle taking measures after Seth was ready to throw the other occupant of the room on the third floor after two days of the dorm experience. That was the main reason for Seth's single apartment now.
"I'm still in university for a little while longer." Seth was planning to finish his major in the next few semesters.Although he wasn't at DCU, but another private university so it wasn't likely the two would ever encounter. Seth covered a yawn, displaying the lack of sleep he had gotten recently. His sleep was interrupted much more often, both at the university and night. Still, he held up in his classes. "Everything else is all right." His apartment and bills were being taken care of, and while there were some bothersome factors, Seth had no plans to divulge them.
"Have you taken an interest in anything?" Seth meant topics or courses in college.
And it happened coincidentally as well, their food arrived.

"Boys." Eve said with a wry smile, blowing off the matter to immerse herself in another subject of discussion. That of education. "Thanks; it actually kind of makes me feel... old sometimes, y'know? I mean, to realize you've grown up and you've got a lot more responsibilities..." In actual fact, her senshi life had probably contributed more to her maturing than being in university, but it did contribute a significant amount. "I miss Crystal sometimes." She finished, pouting slightly at the thought. It was as if, while walking about DCU, she would think about the Crystal grounds and compare them even though she tried not to. Even though she knew being in DCU had its advantages too...
"And best friend." The blonde said authoratively, as if she was giving Rea Marshal a Seal of Best Friend Friendship approval. "We've only dormed together for one year, but it's just... y'know, when you connect with a person..." She snapped her fingers together with a smile, "you just do. It's unexplainable, but it's awesome!" Honestly, even without their senshi experience, Eve was confident that Rea and her would still be best friends.
"Awww, I know the workload is horrible." She sympathized, leaning over to pat him on the hand. "But sleep is important too!" She would have continued lecturing about sleep, though she was distracted now by the arrival of the food, grinning in delight.
"Well," She began, as she picked up her chopsticks and poked at the boiling ingredients in the pot experimentally. "I once contemplated about having a cafe with a theme each week; y'know, with the decorations, the waiters and waitresses ...but I'm not sure if I could keep that up. Something hit me a few days back though, about being a wedding planner..." She trailed off, stirring the soup instead. "How about you?"

"It suits you." It wasn't flattery but a simple fact. Eve, with her happy demeanor, would do well.
"I'm majoring in computer science." Seth responded. It was easy to imagine the male in a technological setting, with a cup of coffee in one hand, while he looked intently at the computer to type something, despite his fighting nature. At the same time, Seth knew that he couldn't simply remain in one place. Seth would probably continue to travel.
-----
When lunch was finished, Seth stood up. "I'll take care of the bill." Seth was temporarily at the cashier, paying for their meal before coming back to Eve.
"Shall we leave?" Seth asked, waiting for Eve. Seth liked Eve, as a person. But Eve also bothered him, in a similar way to Vasilisa. Seth had invited Eve out as a thank-you, but also to confirm his own feelings.
Instead of adressing this outloud, Seth maintained the same usual expression. "I should get you home before anyone starts to worry about you."

Indeed, it seemed apt to imagine Seth sitting at a computer. With glasses, maybe? She thought with a wry smile. Eve found sitting at a computer and office work quite a boring thing to look forward to, and she guessed that he probably felt the same way. Guys with motorbikes always seemed adventurous, always wanting to hop from one place to another.
------
"How chivalrous." Eve joked, eyes twinkling. "I'll have to buy you a coffee or something someday then. Or, ooh! Valentines Day is coming up, so I might send you some chocolates. Or muffins. Or brownies. It depends on what I feel like baking." And if she moved in with Rea by then, she could ask her best friend to help! That would be fun!
"Heeey, I'm not a kid, you know." She acted as if she was offended, placing her arms on her waist as she stood up. "But I guess I do have some assignments to do; how utterly boring that sounds! I'm being affected by the old disease, help!" At this, Eve clung onto his arm, giggling.

"That isn't necessary." Seth didn't think anything in particular about February 14th -- to him, Valentines was simply another day. To Seth, all days were similar to one another. Still, Seth didn't avoid Eve's touch.
--
When they had arrived to Eve's destination, Seth waited on his motorbike. "Hey," He called out to Eve, causing her to turn around. He caught onto her arm, and Seth smiled gently. He drew the younger girl close, speaking dangerously close to Eve's ear. "Again, thanks."
Even if Seth didn't realize it, Eve's presence was good for the male. Being in the negaverse wasn't helping Seth. The negaverse was pure darkness, enveloping everyone who was associated with it.
And he released Eve. "I'll see you around." Without any further delay, he put on his helmet once more and drove off with his motorbike.
