 Inspects Callysto's broom, and marvels at it's design...
Oh yes, I've read about these. It's beautiful, and very valuable, I'm sure...
Glances behind her as she hears an out of breath voice...
Ah, you must be...our Keeper? Clare? It's quite alright, we're still waiting on our other Beater and Chaser...
Picks up her broom, where it had been hovering a couple of inches off the ground...
Well, while we wait for our other teammates, let's warm up for practice, shall we? A couple of laps around the field, I should say, and we'll get to see everyone else's flying styles. Then we'll work on our catching, I've got some Muggle tennis balls we can throw around. This is a good skill to practice for everyone, even the Beaters- since there is only one Beater's club used for each team, they need to be able to catch as well, to throw the club back and forth.
Mounts her broom and pushes off the ground...
(While were on the subject, have you guys noticed that the two Beaters have to share a club between them? I don't remember it in the books, but in the movies, Fred and George throw one between each other...)

((Thats not right D: In the book they didnt have to throw it back and forth, or else that would be kinda stupid. Also, I dont recall them throwing it back and forth during the movies. Remember in the chamber of secrets when the weasley twins were trying to cover Harry from the bludger? It appeared there were two bats. I say we honor JK and use two. Poop on the movie directors and their one bat law.))

(Alright, I thought that it was kind of stupid too. I know, I wasn't to sure about that...I remember that Fred and George did that, but I don't remember what movie it was. I'd much rather let you guys have your own clubs. =])

Beater Aludra held protectively onto her bat. "Oh no, I'm not throwing my bat all over the place. If need be I'll get the other beater a bat." She threw her leg over the broom and barely pushed off the ground, the Firebolt taking her elegantly into the skies.

Kicks of the ground on her sleek, black Nimbus 2001...

(I know...it's making me really sad. I was really looking forward to Quidditch, and my team doesn't even want to participate... =( For some reason, the Gryffinclaws got all the active posters... crying )

Cinna-it had to leave us. The new keeper is "Bitches Please" from hufflepuff. She is new and should post soon.

Chaser Straddles her broom and flies a little bit off the ground to keep in distance of her captain,"So what is the game plan, captain?" She swoops by to pick up the quaffle that had been lying on the ground and began juggling it in her hands waiting for instructions. ((Sorry! ^-^; I've been super busy lately. Halloween is my favorite time of the year and here, we tend to celebrate it the whole week.))

Flys up calmly on broom, scanning the horizon.
What will be our seeking strategy Captain? "Catch-the-snitch-as-fas-as-I-can" or "Wait-until-we-rack-up-some-points-then-go-for-it?"

googles on top of head, gloves in one hand and broom in other she takes foot on the feild, "sorry im late, im was just with the headmaster" as she reaches to the point where the girl hovers

Smiles as her team joins her in the air...
I'm really glad you all made it! Now, as I have said before, we're going to do a few warm-up laps around the field to get to know each other's flying styles. Then we'll do a little work on our catching, either with these muggle Tennis balls, or the Quaffle; whichever you all prefer.
Gestures to the bag of tennis balls in the air, and then to the Quaffle in Steff's hand...
While we're passing the balls back and forth, we can discuss any questions anyone has, and strategies. Sounds like a plan?
Raises a little higher in the air...
Alright, around the field we go then! Show me how fast your brooms can go. If you know any special moves or anything, feel free to show them off so I can see if we can work them into our strategies. (If anyone wants to make badges for our team, maybe a green and yellow crest with the words "Chaser", etc on them-10 points to that house! I would but I'm too busy... sweatdrop )

"sounds good to me captin" she smiles leaning the boom onto her body to slip on her gloves, taking hold of it again.
she turns the broom horisontally and kicks off the ground, though it was like a regular broom its all about the rider, and your confidence in the broom. right at the kick of she took a leap up to those above her "i think the tennis balls first so we can work on cathing better keeping hold to her broom.
(OHMUHGAWD my mom turned on harry potter!!)
