I went to AX last year and my cohorts and I were the only ones wearing suits and ties in the entire convention.

There were a ton of crazy costumes. I don't remember alot because I didn't have my camera with me, and for someone who hangs out with alot of freaks and geeks, I don't really know many anime characters.
