I've felt really lonely since I graduated from high school
That's natural. I felt that until I got my first job and started going to college. Then I found this Open Mic Night thing where people go to express themselves and I made a lot of new friends. Its a nice thing to look forward to once a week. Maybe you should find something like that around your town.
I'm finding a job then saving up to go to Vancouver
