Nao kneeled on the dusty floor for Kaidia, as a dog. She smiled weakly at Yuki. "I'm Nao." She said.

James, unlike every simple minded orphan here, stayed in his spot at the window, all he did was turn his head and scowl 'Oh, its Nao' he had a thing against Nao, tring to give false happiness. When people were dying far away. he didn't like many people here. He turned his head back to the window. Looking at the sky he smiled. He often imagined he was flying though the clouds himself.

Nao's smile faded and she stood up. "I'll be right back" She said and walked over to James. "James, cheer up. Please, for me?" She asked.

He looked at her and frowned, "I would rather not, and stop trying to be our friend, no, Our Mom." He turned back to the window, his face red with anger.

Corryn turned what he thought was the right corner at the right time, but he was a bit off and ran into the door frame. "OW!" he said loudly, holding his forehead. He got in the doorway and heard a lot of noise from children. Am i in the wrong place...? he wondered.

Nao's face crumpled. 'I..I lived here once you know. I know it's hard. I'm trying to make it better for you." She said. Nao turned her head to the sound of a bang, and got a pack of ice. She handed it to the boy in the doorway. "Welcome." She said giving a warm smile "Jason, give the boy some candy!" She said and turned back to James. "I know what its like." She muttered

Yea... i took a wrong turn somewhere... Corryn though miserably Mom will be so worried... "Um... What is this place?" Corryn asked nervously, holding the ice on his head.

Yuki ignored the new boy for the moment. Something more pressing was bothering her. She marched over to James and smacked him upside the head. "James! Don't be so rude to Nao! She's only trying to help! You might want to try taking a leaf from her book instead of moping around all day like a spoiled brat! You're no worse off than the rest of us around here, yet you're the only one who seems to have a problem being civil!" she then turned to Nao. "I'm sorry about that. James is just being difficult. Please don't take him seriously."

Nao smiled. "It no problem. I've been here since I was 13. We've had many kids like him." She said getting up and finally walking to the door where the boy was just a moment ago. "Are you okay? Do you need help finding your way?" She asked. Nao knelt down to his level.

((Dude...It's almost like Nao and Yuki are competeing against each other or something...Do I sense tension? Or is that just all the sugar I've eaten today?))
"Really? I've lived in this orphanage ever since I was born. I wonder why we have never met before this." Yuki commented, a little confused.
