'She probably would, though she would also spend the time comparing us..I'm sure I would come up shorter in her eyes.' Arachne pursed her lips, wondering why she was talking so much about personal things. Was she actually getting to like this ghoul? She supposed it had to happen eventually, that she would make a friend.
'If you want to.'
That was another thing as well, it was hard to see herself doing anything that would not be agreeable to Elizabeth. Arachne had made a friend. And she was, well it was a not awful feeling.
'Measurements? Here?' she asked, curious as to exactly how many she would need to take.

"Oh dear... She must have very high expectations for you then," Lizzy frowned lightly; it was clear she didn't like the idea of being compared to someone else very much; after all, no two person's 'worth' is the same! How do you compare them anyway? She then shook her head slowly, "The way I see it, you should strive to please your own expectations, not the expectations of others... It's easier to be self-motivated that way."
She quickly brightened up when Arachne agreed, looking delighted as she rose from her seat and moving to stand in front of the Spiderkin. She extended out a hand, intended to help her up, "No, not here! I left my measuring tape in my room, and this is not a very... Private area." She paused, giving a nod, "If you don't mind it being slightly messy - I haven't had the time to stack my drawings into a pile - I could take your measurements up in my room?"
[We could end the RP with them going to Lizzy's room, so after your next post? :3]

'The highest, I'm meant to be the next family seer..' Arachne let her words trail off, remembering what else she was meant to be as well. Her Grandmother certainly wasn't the one who had imposed 'no romance/relationships' as she wanted the line to carry on.
'I suppose, but I would never be able to tell her that.'
In truth Arachne was rather afraid of the old Demoness as she was powerful and strict.
She took Elizabeth's hand and rose as well, intrigued by the notion of being invited to her room, it would be the first time she had seen anyone's dorm but her own.
'Of course, and I'm sure I won't mind.'

"Seer? That does sound like a heavy responsibility..." She nodded as she helped the ghoul up, patting her hand gently, "She sounds really strict... But I'm sure you'll do her proud one day. Just remember you have to do yourself proud as well."
Not letting go of her hand, Lizzy led her out of the common room and to the stairs at the end of the corridor; there is still some distance to her room, and she was determined to make full use of the time to get to know Arachne a little more.
