Thalassa Height: 4'11" Weight: 230lbs Appearance: Thalassa is of average height but more heavyset than most of her kind.
History: Frost felt he needed another water type and so he went out and captured an Oshawatt. Thalassa was quite young when she was forcibly recruited and soon bonded with the rest of the team as a substitute family. She's not sure about Frost - he's creepy - but so long as her friends fight for him she will too.
Personality: Thalassa is loud, cheerful, and nigh on irrepressible. She is an optimist and naive to boot, thinking the best of everyone she meets initially. She is however a bit judgemental of people she considers just too weird, Frost for one and Koios for another. She'll work with these people, sure, but she'll make no pretence of being friends with them.

Team Rocket's resources were impressive but not endless, and for that reason he had been spending a lot of time in libraries around the region since taking on this task the previous week.
Every scrap of information was neatly transcribed into a large text document with proper citations. He created a database of anything quantifiable and another for qualitative data, pulling together similar stories and any common threads between confirmed sightings.
In particular he searched for anything that could possibly be nesting behaviour but solid information, anything more than hearsay or children's stories was proving as elusive as the Freeze Pokémon itself. This however did not especially perturb Frost; he was a patient man, a diligent man, a thorough man. If there was information to be found anywhere on Kodo he would find it, and if not... well, a field trip to Kanto might be in order.
Failure was not an option, and did not cross his mind for so much as a moment.

Atlas Height: 8'10" Weight: 496lbs Appearance:
History: Atlas was produced to Frost's specifications in the lab.
Personality: Atlas seems like your quintessential gentle giant on first acquaintance; he has a deep, slow, peaceful sort of a voice and is generally kind to those around him. When one gets to know him better however a ruthless streak a mile wide becomes apparent; there is no mercy for enemies and sometimes sacrifices must be made for the greater good. He recognises that his life is only comfortable and enjoyable so long as he pleases Frost and as such he makes this his top priority.

Data Entry 01.04.17
Civilian vehicle conversion to H-fuel cells is complete and conversion of other ground vehicles continues apace.
Helicopters and other aerial vehicles, interesting challenge. I am having 'fun'.
Conversion of base generators a cinch, however we must wait for production of H to increase before implementation.
Progress.

Data Entry 29.04.17
K.O. assures me that production is on the increase, additional space has been secured for housing the altered Oddish and 9th-gen specimens increase efficiency by an additional 5%, an impressive gain over what has already been achieved.
I have decided to prioritise converting our aerial vehicles over the base's generators, I am not a superstitious man but things have been 'too quiet'. In any case this decision forces me to overcome the problems we have been poking away at imminently rather than 'at some point', I do so hate being unchallenged but Metagross project remains percolating on the 'backburner' against such an eventuality.
