With so many people showing up, Belladonna couldn't help but bounce on the balls of her feet for a few moments. She had started to go greet the various people arriving, but Valen set down a huge bucket of blood and Chuppi was upon it. With stoic eyes, she watched as Chuppi plunged her head into the bucket, a few drops flying out and landing on the table. While the idea of another creature drinking blood wasn't all that upsetting (she'd once met a very cute vampire in grade school), the idea of where Valen had potentially gotten that blood from made her stomach do the teeniest, tiniest flip. Nervous chuckles escaped her mouth as she inched away from the table.
"Let me know when you're done and I'll get us a blanket set up..." Belladonna told chuppi, lightly patting her on the shoulder and turning to Kasumi. "Hi Kasumi! Hi Lizzy! Hi Boy-I-Don't-Know!" She held out a hand to Braum, finding his attire rather nice. "I'm Belladonna and I like your outfit!"
But no projector? Hmmm. That wasn't good. "I could go get it using my broom and put it in the basket? Someone could come along?" Maybe if she could managed to get them both into the air.... But before she could finish the thought, a happy looking boy appeared holding the most adorable ghost bake-kitsune! "Oooooohh! Look at you two! Oh she's precious, what's her name??" Belladonna cooed, approaching Thackery and clutching her hands under her chin. It was just too cute!!

Braum frowned, his features actually quite dashing even with a sneer. The FearLeading captain was quite......ditzy, to put it NICELY. And Braum was never one for nice. His only saving grace was that a cute, albiet naive' looking demon was suddenly present, and another boy of influence had shown up. Taking quite literally no notice of the ghostly inclined female making googly eyes at him, the raum turned to Belladonna and bowed slightly, his tail curling around his leg while his wings flashed out behind him impressively before coming back to rest. You could always spare to make dazzling first impression when speaking to witches. If nothing else, his father had taught him to ALWAYS be chivalrous to witches and wizards alike. Reapers were just okay on a normal day to day basis, but if they had POWER. RAW power, like a witch did, they could make you an ally later down the road. Allies and backers were always welcome things, especially for such a conniving young raum whose self control did not always fall on the 'sane' side of the spectrum. Big powerful friends to bail you out of things were always a plus.
"Thank you kindly for the compliment, my lady, my name is Braumithras...." he managed, kissing her hand briefly before blinking in surprise at her disappearance. There he was, looking like an utter fool, leaning over and cradling AIR. His tail lashed behind him momentarily and a small spark of indignant crazy popped up in his eyes. HOW DARE ANOTHER MALE STEAL THE ATTENTION.......oh wait. A manicured eyebrow raised curiously as he spotted the Cerberus and his little companion. He'd seen a few around the school before, but was always wary of them. They weren't REAL LIVE foxes, but one could never be too careful when your bird form is on the menu for a wide array of large wild animals. Looking to nod at the other newcomers politely, more to make them aware of HIS presence than to let them know he was aware of THEIRS, he walked gracefully over to the boy and his........fox. Even with his initial apprehension, he didn't show it, that would simply not do, and so in an act of arrogance and bravado, scratched the beast right under the chin with a small smirk.
"Lovely creature you have there...." he complimented, timbre as sultry and sneaky as ever. Obviously the boy loved his companion dearly. Appealing to it and pretending to like it just as much would build a common interest, and potentially, a slightly famous social link. Father had told him it would be best to make nice with some of the other more prominent demons. A Cerberus certainly fell into that category. With a small purse of his lips, he sighed mentally. Though he hardly wanted to impress a bunch of undead freaks and a few monster bargin-bin rejects it might do him well to look gracious and gain popularity by being......ugh......accommodating. Standing up straight abruptly, his tail waved slowly like a clock's pendulum behind him as he went up to Shek.
"It's decided then. I'll go get the projector, as obviously I am the most capable one here of obtaining it silently and with little trouble," he pointed out not so humbly, shuffling his wings quietly as it to make a point that he would obviously be the best flyer. But while he WAS an evil and crafty S.O.B. he was NOT a master thief. He would, of course, never admit to this and instead demanded help another way. "Of course I won't be taking on the burden of acquiring the projector ALONE. While it is completely possible I COULD do it, I'd rather not over strain my wings by lobbing the thing all the way over here like a pack-horse," he annotated, crossing his arms and cocking his head slightly as if waiting for direction. His tail flicked impatiently while his wings quivered every so often at the promise for a midnight flight. It was cool and crisp out, which was an underlying reason for his volunteering. Perfect flying weather.

As if summoned by the term "pack-horse" a large pile of snacks approached the group on skinny little legs, an irritated cat trailing behind. Emily had tried, really tried to make some home-made snacks. But as the bandages covering hands might have testified, it did not go well. Fortunately the school had vending machines, and well...she may have gone a bit overboard trying to compensate for the earlier failure. The pile included...
drinks: Cherry Hemo-Cola 13-Up Dr. DOOM
snacks: Gummy Boogers Brainy-O's Pickled Frogs Snarkers Finger Foods Crazy Bones
...and several pillows and blankets. She had planned on bringing a scary movie too, but when she went to go look for one, she had found a very special movie instead. It was in an unmarked black case, tucked into her pocket. She'd give it to...
The pile teetered...
"Sh-Shehk?!"

Thackery simply beamed when the witch-girl acknowledged his pet. His expression was almost as gleeful as it might have been had he run across a real student kitsune, but not quite. Anyone who complimented him and his favorite pet earned a special place in his Cerberus Triplet Number III: Book of Awesome.
"Thackery-" he quickly replied, not thinking. Oh Candlejack, he had to fix this. He was going to lose all of his friends at this rate. "...is my name." Smooooooth. "Her name is Hoshiakari - I think it means starlight. It's because she is my shining star~" It was too sappy to bear, which was probably why he did not go into a detailed elaboration on his weeks and weeks of kitsune-studies to find the perfect name. "It's a really long name, and I know it's hard to remember, so Kari is okay too. I'm not sure she cares what you call her, but I do, so don't call her anything mean." He gave her a few loving pats, until she got tired of the excessive affection and dropped her hi-I'm-corporeal down a few levels. He pretended not to notice that his hand was going right through her as he turned to better respond to her second compliment.
"Thank you; even though she's more than just a creature! I make sure that her coat is as wispy and ethereal as possible. And she gets the best Fear Candies I can find!" Considering how genuine he sounded, the ulterior motives were most definitely lost on him.
Kari responded to the latter compliment by sniffing at the raum with distrust, tail flicking just enough to be perceptible. Lazily (all the while retaining her largely unimpressed demeanor), the bake-kitsune crept from his arms and drooped around his neck like a stole, blinking slowly in the direction of the new arrival. Big Mortal People were so silly, always overestimating their abilities.

The arrival of more people distracted her, and she couldn't help grinning in excitement. It was starting to feel like a real party! She heard the word 'cookies', and turned to where she thought she heard it. Her eyes landed on a rather cute Reaper girl who was walking towards the, and she threw her a smile, "Hello! Wow, did you make those yourself? What flavor are they?" Her mother used to bake cookies for her all the time - however, she wasn't sure those outside of her family appreciates flies in their cookies.
Turning back to the long haired girl when she was addressed, Lizzy blushed lightly at the bow before bowing back, feeling that she needed to return the action. It was almost like... A compulsion. Straightening up, she giggled, gesturing to herself, "Elizabeth! But do call me Lizzy!"
A soft 'splash' made her spin around towards the direction of the table (now with snacks), but she quickly turned back towards the crowd. Oh, Chuppi! Lizzy almost shuddered at the sight; the blood with never get out of her clothes! However, the sight of the Chupacabra looking so happy made her feel delighted too, like the stains on her clothes will be worth it!
She just won't be hugging her that much for tonight.
"She's so cute!" She made her way quickly towards the newly arrived male, staring in wonder at the little see-through fox in his arms. She stood beside Belladonna, her expression probably matching the witch's as she stroked the creature's head gently, "Such a cute name too!" She had heard of some students getting pets, but she had yet to figure out where they got them... She would love to have a cute pet of her own!
"I'm Lizzy," She looked up at the dog-eared male with a broad smile, deciding that it was time to give the owner some attention.
"Wow, really? Thank you, that solves that problem!" She turned to Braumithras, looking at his wings. Spiders can't fly, and she she didn't know her way around the school or she would volunteer to go with him... She sighed inwardly, knowing that if she did, she would just end up being a hindrance, causing he Eye Scream to melt by bringing the projector in late.

Lilura smiled as the female approached her, "Hi there. Yeah I made them. Mama always tells me a woman should know how to cook at least one good thing. So I choose cookies! They are Pepermantis flavored!" she grinned a bit before watching the girl walk off. She didn't know most people here so she stood aside for a moment. Being such a bookworm didn't afford her many social skills.
She didn't join the girls giggling over the small animal the boy had brought in. She had never been fond of small furry things, not the best attribute in a witch but oh well. That's why she had Tartalo.
"Now now nina, you should go make new friends," Tartalo said to her.
"I know, I just feel out of place a little," she sighed.

He's hot and he needs help! Jack it all... but he's SO HOT. DAMMIT KASUMI GET A HOLD OF YOURSELF.
If the ghost's face could make something along the lines of gonk , she would be doing it right now. And very hard too. All her principles told her that This Was a Bad Thing and also Don't Do It but she couldn't help herself! That smile, those eyes, his gentlemanly mannerisms. He was AWESOME. She completely ignored the Cerberus boy, as he was getting enough attention anyway and he was furry so ICK. And the object of her slobbering crush was right in that he shouldn't have to carry the projector all by himself. It was cold and dark out, and what if it was heavy? Could those wings support the boy and some piece of heavy equipment? Against her better judgment, Kasumi approached the strapping young man and bowed deeply.
"I'll be happy to help, if you know where the projector is." Kasumi cleared her throat and absently stroked her hair - something she rarely did. Thank Jack that she was incapable of blushing, or she'd look like a fire engine right then. "My name is Kasumi, by the way." she stated simply, forgetting the basics of etiquette - introduce yourself! She didn't even know the boy's name yet!

Israfel had gotten the idea that bringing snacks to a movie night wouldn't go well. Not after one of his fellow monsters had accosted him the night before and took his pickled fingers from him (and stained his second favorite shirt with ink). So, for the event, he chose to bring something better.
He brought pillows. Soft, fluffy feather filled pillows. And a few blankets. Things to make sitting enjoyable and to grab and muffle your screams. Or throw at people who screamed far too loudly, (Like himself). Arms full, the siren dropped them next to the table, a tiny chirp made as he noticed they lacked pupperoni pizzahh. No, this most certainly wouldn't do. "I love a good stuffed grub but, didn't anyone think of ordering some pizzahh from Little Brutus's?" His wings gave a light fluff. "Candy corn is traditional, but not as filling. I'm willing to throw a few into the pot if we order some."
He wasn't sure who to address. He went to the witch who had come before him with the food. "Pardon, who do we talk to about ordering some pizzah?"

Ah, she did it again! Lizzy blushed slightly as she took a back glance at the Reaper girl she was talking to just a short moment ago; she gets so distracted easily when with large groups of people... It was like trying to divide her attention rqually made it difficult to stay with one person at any one time... She didn't want people to think she was rude or anything. From where she was standing, she waved to the Reaper who had baked cookies, gesturing towards the table where the pile of food was growing, "Hey, why don't you put down those cookies and join us?"
She then noticed the newest addition - a male with a unique fashion sense. While she don't normally go for bright and flashy, preferring dull and saturated tones, he seems to be able to pull it off pretty well. They'll have to be introduced later!

Shehk hadn't been 'ditzy' about the projector, rather than had the projector that she HAD brought out while setting up spirited off by some unhelpful cleaning gnomes when she'd been doing something else. Just boo boo boo! But it seemed that instead of mind-reading (which she just didn't do), she had been given another couple of focuses.
"Tack! Nice to see you back! This is the scary movie night you were helping me set up the screen for earlier~" she chimed to the Cerberus triplet, pausing at the sight of the darling little kitsune in his arms to take a moment and fish for a fear candy.
When one kept any sort of pet, they knew to have them on hand, offering it to the one...'starlight', she assumed (having no knack for 'language'), before noticing that one of the other students was seeming to struggle with their own pile of stuff.
Holy crapsticks!
"You're free to join the party, and your little darling can stay and watch too~" she added before running off to give Emily a hand. Oh goodness! What a PILE OF STUFF.
"Oh Jack, Emily! You could have asked me to help you carry everything out here!!" Shehk cried out, attempting to grab some items off of the top of the stack (how had Emily made it ANYWHERE with all of this stuff?) to try and make the teeter less severe.
"Woman! You are just the little ghost-train that could!" she beamed with praise, seeming to finally take a moment to put some of the stuff down on the table (in one big lump sum), before assessing that they needed another table.
Good criminey!
"Pizza?" Shehk chimed up as Emily was inquired too by Israfel. "I think if we can get enough people to pitch in to get some, there's no problem with anybody bringing it. I mean, we've had plenty of people bringing food to share, so I think it would be a welcome addition." she nodded firmly.
"Do you want to be in charge of the pizza-pot?" she inquired, half-looking at the tables (she needed to drag another one out, alas), and then to the Siren.
On a sub-note she added to Emily; "Care to help me set up another table?"

Valentino was pleased with himself, other than the fact that Chuppi had ignored the straws Valentino brought, she was thoroughly enjoying herself. He just wished that she didn't go head first into the bucket, It was almost as tall as her and he didn't want her to fall in. Although she would probably enjoy a blood bath.
Wishing to keep the splatter off of his coat, Valentino gave a quick wave and smile to Belladonna. He wasn't 100% sure that she approved, but it was fun to watch her as her face went through a myriad of expressions at each encounter with the other students. Valentino's good mood was soured however as a black feathered demon entered.
Valentino had been dreading this part of his school year. He had been charged with ensuring that his sponsor's son remained in good health and standing within the school community. Already he saw that Braum wasn't going to have any problem with the school's female population. The Demon was as smooth as swamp slime, one of the female ghosts was smitten with Braum already. He didn't want to interrupt, but if Braum wanted to take a projector, Valentino was supposed to help in every way possible.
"You're going to need at least a lookout" Valentino volunteered to Braum. He walked towards the demon, flicking a congealing spec of blood off his coat. He really didn't want to be doing this, but if Braum ever got in trouble, Bartimaeus expected Valentino to be Braum's whipping boy. He'd rather a successful heist than the princess corner.
"You'll need a team and a plan" Valentino quietly said to Braum. He pointed to Bartimaeus' family crest imprinted on his coat's buttons, in hopes that Braum noticed it. He then pointed to the assembled students. He hated the interacting with others, especially since he hadn't introduced himself yet. "Who and what do you need?"
Valentino hoped that Bartimaeus had informed his son about Valentino. If not, then Valentino might as well prepare himself for glitter and rainbows.

Wobbling a bit more frantically at the question posed to her, Emily was extremely grateful at Shehk's arrival. With a sigh of relief she put the remainder of the food on the table pile, and put the rest of the blankets and pillows in a tidy pile on the floor. "Thank you!"
Taking a look around, Emily was extremely pleased at the turn out. The captain must be really pleased! At the praise, the witch flushed a bit and practically sparkled with pleasure. Yes! As long as she persevered she could do anything! At least...she could definitely carry a lot of snacks really far!
Oh pizza? Oh pizza! Why hadn't she thought of that?! She gave the siren who suggested it a quick thumbs-up and then announced, "I'll contribute! I still have some silver seeds!" She drooped a bit, "I would pay for it all but Mr. Monty..."
One couldn't say the family familiar had a gambling problem but...sometimes he found the things that came out of the gacha a bit too fun and appetizing...
Fortunately for Emily's spirits, Shehk gave her something to do. Something that the witch could totally do! Expression maybe a bit too serious and determined than the situation merited, Emily responded with, "Definitely, captain!"

Though Kari didn't appreciate physical attention, she seemed to be knowingly soaking up the compliments like "cute" - perhaps it was just the tone the other students were using in regards to the bake-kitsune, but she picked up on it all the same. She yawned; it almost looked like she was smiling as she extended her paw in an "ohhh, stop it, my adoring fans~" gesture.
"And thank you as well!" He smiled at Lizzy, pleased to have a proper chance to introduce himself instead of getting ahead of himself again. "I'm Thackery, one of the Cerberus triplets." It took a great amount of willpower to not insist that she had probably heard of them before, but it took Shehk's diversion of his attention to keep this willpower from faltering.
"Oh yeah...movie night! Wouldn't miss it for anything!" His wagging tail missed a beat. Telling a...little fib...to his FEARleading coach was not the best of ideas, but it was far better than letting her think he'd forgotten something he agreed to only a short time ago. Kari graciously took the Candy from her, instantly picked her new favorite of Thackery's friends, and settled contentedly against her owner once more.

Using the kitsune as a distraction proved quite well as Belladonna was now a bright shade of red from the very exquisite introduction Braumithras had made to her. Most of the boys she had met so far were nice, but he was so formal and goodness if it wasn’t formal that made her go a little weak in her witch knees! So there was something a little off in his presentation, something odd in the way he held himself or maybe it was just his aura, but Belladonna wasn’t going to shun such attentions.
It was lucky then that she could take the time to lavish a bit more affection onto the kistune before overhearing talk of the projector. Skipping to the other witch (she had seen her so many times before! Why hadn’t they met yet??) setting up the table, Belladonna watched for a moment before tentatively reaching out for a can of cola.
“Can I have this Dr. DOOM? I haven’t had one in forever and they’re my favorite!” Pausing, she reached out a hand to the witch. “I’m Belladonna, by the way. It’s a shame we haven’t introduced ourselves yet!” Plus the idea of pizza was extremely appetizing. “And I can cover you for pizza if you promise to pay me back. I know how familiars can be about money!” Waiting the appropriate amount of time for an introduction to be made, Belladonna slide from the table back to Braumithras, cola in hand.
“I think the boys should get the projector.” She batted her eyes, staring up at him. “We can get blankets set up and everything back here. But if you need a flying partner, I have my broom!” With a free hand she motioned to the broom she had set near the tubs of candy corn, fighting the urge to twirl her hair around her fingers like she had seen her older sisters do in the past. Batting one’s eyelashes was perfectly acceptable, but hair twirling was hussyish!

Ah, responsibilities? Israfel's eyes widened is a moment of 'DEAR JACK'. A tiny caw of shock rippled out. Him? Take charge? YES! But at the same time, he felt a brooding dread. He could mess it up, ruin it, order the wrong type of pizza, call and end up paying for delivery, (oh how his sisters did so love to do that to him last second. Flighty things they were). In his shuffling of feet, his head had begun to bob up and down. It was seed gathering. How hard could it be?
"Oh, I- I ment to say, sorry I wasn't much help back in that place." He shuddered. "Next time I think I'll take the princess corner." feathers flicked back and forth on his head. "Helen of Troy was a princess. Can't be all bad." A tiny chill ran up his spine. "But that place? Never. Again. Gendered or not, I refuse to even go near that place." Moving on, Israfel grabbed an empty cup and placed a good c***k of change into it.
The arriveal of the witch in the hoop skirt! "Oh hello. Belladonna right?" Israfel was all smiles. Fashion witch? Yes. PLEASE. He still needed to find where she got that hat. So this season. He took a second to trail behind her, joining the other males. "Oh uh, collecting funds for pizza. I hope no one is allergic to anything. Puppyroni was what I'd planned to order." He had no idea about projector theft. He could certainly provide a distraction with his singing but, they didn't need to know that. Plus, he was more leaning towards the minor labor, the very idea of any hard labor would have gotten a very puffed up ruffle of feathers indeed.
