Sirius listened of course but then she still wasn't sure. She hadn't met Iris, she was sure of that by the description, and she could understand hating the senshi part to. She half expected a few to hate it. How can one enjoy being told they have to kill?
"It is possible to try and get to know them but it seems everyone is busy so much. I shall try of course but I have done this for so long now that it is so hard adjusting. Most the team are new senshi or haven't been for long. I can tell in how they react to things. Castor and Nemesis taught me the basics a long time ago and were rather blunt in the truth. Maybe that's why I feel disconnected at the moment because they are such young senshi." Sirius hadn't really thought about this till she was saying it and then she realised that actually that was a large part of it. She didn't know how or why or well anything other then she felt a bit like a mother and she didn't like that feeling.

"Isn't truth a matter of perception?" One of the two names mentioned was familiar, since Chronos and Flora had mentioned it before. The other, Nemesis, was not familiar, and did not really have a very positive feel to it. However, ********* was not one to judge without a meeting.
"Perhaps it was their truth, but that never guarantees that it is the general truth or not. I could lay in the grass at the park, upside down with my paws in the air, and I could say 'The sky is green and the ground is blue.' In a sense I would be telling the truth."
Despite how cozy ********* was, she forced herself to stand up so the meaning to her next statement wouldn't get lost in how relaxed she seemed. Up to her paws, and then she rubbed up against Sirius' legs again. She then stopped and looked the green suited senshi in the eyes. "If it was me, personally, I'd probably try to act as a mentor. However, that is just the type of cat I am. It's in my nature. Each senshi's purpose varies, person to person. So my question is, what is it that you, as a person, not as a senshi, enjoy doing?"

Sirius was surprised slightly at the wisdom of the cat, of course she was a guardian cat but she didn't expect her to be, well so wise! She just nodded but couldn't think of anything else to say. The cat had a point but then again she still believed what she had been told to be true.
"What I like? Why would that have to do with anything senshi related?" Sirius was slightly confused though of course she stroked the cat as she rubbed against her legs. This seemed to be making little sense to her right now.
"I like animals, my pets especially! I love photography and I love to go horse riding but I can't go as often as I would like..." In fact most if not all her interests were completely surrounding animals in some way or another. Her sphere fitted her rather well if it wasn't for the fact that canines were pack animals and well she wasn't.

"Hmmm... I believe the saying goes 'Like what you do, then you will be doing what you like' or something like that." Her nose twitched slightly, whiskers bouncing slightly at the movement of her nose. "I am absolutely horrible at remembering the exact phrasing for sayings, but you got the point I hope." With another rub of her face against the girl's leg, she for a moment got quiet. It wasn't anything awkward, but it simply seemed to be a pause long enough for the spotted feline to think.
Think.
Think.
Once she seemed to think matters through, she curiously seemed to walk away to a reasonable distance. "Now, Sailor Sirius. Have you ever thought of approaching this whole senshi ordeal from a different angle? Right now, you are doing as the majority do, and, in all honesty, you seem to hate it." Lifting a paw, she began to chew on a little section of her foreleg, as if preparing to groom herself. "It doesn't do anybody any good for a senshi to be half-heartedly doing their duties."
For saying such relatively depressing things, the feline's tone was still relatively chipper.
"However, maybe you should try to work something out with your team, the one you mentioned earlier. Maybe I am crazy, but it sounds like, given your abilities, and your hobbies, you'd actually make a pretty decent youma tracker."
A pause. "To clarify, not a youma hunter."
What in the world had ********* stirred up in her mind?

If Sirius has possibly be more with it she may have understood what the cat was talking about but in all honesty she hadn't the slightest idea and just nodded and nodded some more. What was she on about?
The pause was a welcome though a slightly confused one. Sirius was still trying to make sense of what ********* had said when she moved away and started talking again.
"A tracker?"
It kind of made sense, though she wasn't overly sure. It would make sense, she couldn't attack but maybe she could find and hold... was that really a hobby she wanted? Yet it could make life better for her...

As she wiped her paw over her head, behind her ears, then dragged the paw down in a sweeping motion, she continued the conversation as if she wasn't giving herself a bath.
"Well...it is up to you, but hear me out. You can be the one that gives information on the Youma. Analyze their characteristics, perhaps behavior, maybe even make sketches of their qualities. It is a fact that each Youma is different, but there are definitely similarities between some of the Youma that appear."
She paused to chew at her paw slightly again before resuming. "You can prepare your team for battle by analyzing the youma. It is easier to fight an opponent if you understand how the opponent ticks. And you can be the to supply such information."
Seeming finished with her grooming, she stood herself back onto her four feet. "I would like to once again state that this is your choice as to what you do with the powers you have been given. I can preach up and down as to what you 'have' to do, but the reality is you will do what you will do. I can only guide and advise."

The idea was interesting and something she hadn't really thought about before. Of course it would be something she would properly think about, she already had a notebook with all the youma she had met in.
"I will think about it." It was all she could say really it was a lot to take in at the moment. She would think about it and then possibly ask her teammates as well, see what they thought about it all.
"You are much better at this advice giving then Astraea was, and I am thankful for that." She smiled at the cat before looking up at the sky, she really should start heading home.
"It was nice to meet you but I really should start heading back. I will think about what you have said though, thank you, so much!" She moved towards ********* and gave her a cuddle before releasing her again. She had to get going, she still had homework to do! Oh the joys of patrolling!

********* purred. This was also something that Astraea wasn't prone to do. "I try to do what I can, Sirius."
Sensing that their time together was up, she nodded her head at the girl, then turned to leave. It went unmentioned that the manx was also a very busy feline. And certainly, Sirius had other things to tend to as well.
"I will see you around!"
