Deception; the act of deceiving, meaning to lead another into error, danger,
or a disadvantageous position by underhand means. Deception involves the
deliberate misrepresentation of the truth convincing another to believe
information that is not true. The feeling one experiences after being deceived
is normally unpleasant, ranging from simply annoying to outright terrifying
depending on the conditions under which it is experienced. For the two scientists
that had so unwittingly braved the crypt the strange pokémon were inhabiting,
their circumstances were a lot less than favourable because they had made
a huge mistake in targeting the wrong 'leader'. But it was too late when they
finally realized as much. Because the moment the apprentice managed to
capture the creature the others launched a grand assault led by their true
'leader' no less.
Screams echoed in the closed tomb, a pokéball was thrown in a desperate
attempt of defence, a pokémon was caught throwing the others in
disarray that caused them to flee back in their own dimension and left
behind only silence. Silence, some equipment used for exploring and one
lonely pokéball, the creature inside it violently struggling to be freed only
to fail in its attempts eventually.

It would be only a couple months later that those remnants would be
discovered and shipped in. What would happen afterwards... remains to be
seen.
