The white haired woman moved back to Alucard, looking deep in thought. But in actuality she just came over to give him a swift kick in the side for the barking. With a playful grin, she turned and noticed that D and Alucard were having trouble with the sun as well. Atleast until Angeles came back over. "That's quite strange. I thought that perhaps Ivy, Raziel and Angeles were the only ones effected. I wonder why it's starting to bug you two after all this time?"

She turned to look at the city once more. "But you said that wasn't the capital. But what other city could be prospering so much..." The woman ran to the bottom of the hill and stood there as she looked at the people walking past. Their clothes were...strange to say the least, and looked to be made of inferior materials.

A young lady and her new husband rode up in a cart. They saw November and stopped before her. "It sure did get dark quickly. I wonder if the gods are upset with us." She then smiled to November. "Hello there stranger! You must be new here! I'm Delilah and this is my husband Greg. Welcome to Babylon! I see your friends up there look a little...Um...sick. You can load them into this cart if you like."

November smiled and looked back up the hill. "That would be great! Hold on here, I'll be right back." November moved up the hill and looked to everyone. "Alright, I have no idea what that woman just said, but it looks like she's inviting us to ride in the cart." It was true. November had only heard an ancient language that she couldn't speak when the woman had been talking. But she gestured to the cart and figured she was offering them a ride.

"Also..I think this place is called Babylon. What a strange name for a city...Come on, up and atom!" She grabbed hold of Alucard and helped him up before slinging his arm over her shoulder so he could stand.

---------------------------------

Raziel nodded to Angeles and overheard the conversation the others were having. He gripped Ivy and began making his way down to the cart with her. Thanks to Angeles incense, he was feeling a little better already.

Doris was shaken out of her thoughts. It seemed that D and his companion were not the only ones here with her. Turning around swiftly, she gazed around her at the different forms and faces of strangers that somehow made it to this strange land.

Out of the corner of her eye, she spotted what seemed to be a city-- but one that was different than what she was used to back in Ransylva. But that was the least of her worries. She had never been this hot in her entire life, and gazed above at the merciless sun... the sun!! Gasping, she ran back towards D, not sure if he could handle the heat. She knew that his human side did give him leverage when it came to daylight, but she didn't know how much. She had heard about Sunlight Syndrome from her father, who now seemed like a distant memory.

Although she remained by him, Doris was hesitant about what to do next; given that their relationship was no more, she still wanted to help him, but at the same time she didn't want to cross any boundaries. "Tell me what to do, D."

Suu realised that she was not the only one who traveled back in time. Looking around, she saw people she did not know. Were they here the whole time? She wondered if they had any connections to Candy somehow-- but by the looks of it, he seemed to have pulled the wool over their eyes as well. Suu noticed that a young girl was running about, asking what was going on. She had risen from a man with long, black hair and pale skin. There was an ominous feeling about him-- one that Suu did not like.

There was also a white-haired female who seemed to share the same qualities of the man with the long black hair. She seemed to be rummaging around for something. She looked around and saw that a couple were sitting beneath a tree-- were they afraid of the sun?

Looking on some more, Suu noticed a red-haired woman-- she seemed different somehow-- at least from the others. She did not share the same attributes of pale, fair skin. Hers was a sun-kissed tone, as if she had been outside most of her life. She had a strong build and from first impressions, Suu guessed that she was some fighter. The woman was crouched beside a man who wore nothing but black. He seemed to be affected negatively by the sun, his coughing and his kneeled position told her so.

Turning towards the vista before her, she noticed that there was a city made of beautiful stone-- lapis-lazuli, she thought to herself. Her mother loved that stone. She racked her brain and tried to remember all her history that she learned while in school and on her own. After several seconds, the answer dawned on her.

Turning towards the rag-tag group, Suu spoke up. "I am not entirely sure where we are, but time-wise, we have managed to go back before the Christian era... Judging by the stones they have used for their architecture, my guess would be the Ancient Near East." Suu hoped that this information would help. With her acute eye-sight, she could make out the numerous people flocking to and fro on the streets... Candy had managed to send them way back into the past.

Daggerfang was a little late in getting here. He had found himself sitting uncomfortably on a branch, face on wood. After pulling himself off of it, he draped his wings around him to resemble odd armor, and his tail swirled around his waist like a belt. He had a very off feeling about this. Everything looked too... green. Too many trees! He figured this was a time-space reversal. Better not do anything stupid to change the future....

The demonic dhampir immediately sought out for shade. He did have a much higher resistance to the sun than the normal dhampir, but when he recieved sun sickness, it lasted longer than the normal dhampir. That was a rather nasty trade-off. With so much green, the question remained...

... When was he?

"Babylon? Babylon.. thats not right that cant be right." Alucard protested outright with a light growl through clenched teeth that showed off his fangs. "That would mean that..." Alucard tried to think, but all his body wanted to do was go to sleep. All the Vampires would be showing their true colors, the pale skin. And Alucard's eyes were a beautiful shade of crimson that would make any mortal question what he was. Even as November helped him to his feet and to the cart, Alucard growled lightly at the protest his body was putting up.

"We've gone back in time..." D panted, he looked to Doris. "Help the others.. Angeles and Dag." D added before he let out a grunt and painfully got to his feet. "That would explain the effects of th-" D said before he silenced himself. With mortals giving them a ride to the nearest town, giving away their true nature would not be a good thing to do. He got to the cart on his own slowly, but on his own nonetheless and got in.

Lilly, unlike the immortals, couldnt hide her otherwordly features. Her tail, wings, horns and scales would stick out like a sore thumb. She climbed up the tree to where Dag was and slipped an arm under him. "Come on, we arent leaving you behind." Lilly said gently as she picked the male up and brought him out into the open so she could put him into the cart.

"Back in time?" Raziel asked as he looked up to this strange woman. It was obvious that she knew what was going on. And though he didn't want to get up, he knew he had too. Raziel continued taking Ivy to the cart and motioned for the strange woman to come with them. "Hurry up! You obviously know exactly what is going on so get into the cart. Please don't make me chase after you." Raziel asked pleasently as he set Ivy into the cart before getting in himself.

November looked over to Lilly who was helping Dag to the cart. She didn't know what happened next but the couple took one look at her and bailed. They were screaming something but she wasn't sure exactly what it was. "Well that was strange...Fine..I guess I'll drive."

November waited for Lilly and helped her set Dag into the cart. Once everyone was in, she hopped into the front seat. November turned back and looked to Alucard, smiling innocently. "Sweetheart, it might be a good idea if you cover Lilly up. I don't know why they freaked out but if others are going to act like that, it would be best to hide her features. So strip for me." She grinned at him playfully before grabbing the reigns and taking the cart towards the gates.

Once she had passed inside with the others, November made her way towards a boarded up house. Sure, they could have stayed at an inn, but since she didn't understand their language she figured it would be best to hide in an abandoned place. She used her strength to rip off the boards and helped Alucard inside.

(Ivy and Angeles are both on the cart too XD )

Doris looked around and saw that Daggerfang had been loaded into the cart, with a few others. She went towards Angeles, the woman with the long white hair. Judging from her pale skin, Doris knew what she was, and took a deep breath before she got any closer.

"What does your horse look like? I'll try and find it for you." As she said this, a distinct tremor was evident through her voice, making it known that Doris was indeed afraid. Her encounter with vampires in the past had drilled into her mind that these creatures were meant to be feared for a reason.

She turned her head towards D, who seemed to be still struggling. She was not afraid of him, well, not that much. He had proven that he was a man of his word, but despite all this, she knew what he was. Deep down in her psyche, Doris could not fully get over the fact that D was part vampire himself.

Suu looked to the man that addressed her. She nearly jumped out of her skin knowing what he was, but calmed down when she noticed that he was not going to harm her. She began to walk towards the cart where most of the party had been assembled. Looking around, she noticed that this indeed was a rag-tag group. The one who stood out the most was a girl who had scales on her body which resembled both the sun rise and the sun set. Suu trained her eyes on this girl for some time before looking away and to the man who spoke to her seconds before.

"I did not think that time travel could actually work-- it was only a dream amongst humans-- a fantasy, really. If that man is correct", she pointed to Alucard, "then we surely are in Babylon. From the look of things, the Persians have not conquered this region yet", at this last part, she muttered. Suu was not sure if these people were familiar with their history, save for the man with the long black hair. There was something about him that drew her in towards his aura. She found herself staring at him, a faint blush was painted across her face.

Angeles did not pay much attention to any sort of conversation that was not addressed to her. She was busy putting her mind back into order; random thoughts about where they were, the condition of her wounds, the time of day, and how much blood she was currently working with in her system all got organized by matter of importance and chronological order. As her mind began taking in fragments of who she was with and what happened she was approached.

"Did I say that out loud?" she asked the woman, "I'm quite sure I had only thought it. You can't miss it, it is a six-legged cyborg that answers to Alexandria," her head had been tilted, and her eyes and face hidden by the brim of her hat, but slowly as she spoke she began to lift her head until her dark crimson gaze could be seen from below the brim, glowing in the shadow it cast over her visage, "and you are kind, and I appreciate your offer, I really do, but I have lost a lot of blood," as she said this she put a hand over the hole in her chest, another hole carved through the back of her hand, "and I am very dangerous for you to be around right now," the tips of her fangs dented her lower lip.

She was thirsty, and the blood coursing through the veins of the human before her were doing nothing for her weakening control. Her mind that had been valiantly organizing things into coherent thought were suddenly only focused on the tension of the woman's veins shown a nearly invisible blue beneath her tanned skin. And she was frightened, too. Easy prey.

But before her mind could go from easy prey to something requiring action Angeles took Doris' hand and led her to the cart, "go in, we need to get inside we can find the horse later," was all she said before climbing unceremoniously and without any form of grace into the cart beside Lilly, catching Alucard's garments and hiding the dragon child the best she could with them.

She kept the incense between those of vampiric nature the best she could, it would burn for about five hours, then she would think of how best to conserve that which remained. If Alexandria was not here with them in the past, Angeles was down by much of her arsenal and other various but very useful items.

Daggerfang remained silent in the cart, face unreadable. He had to hide his head somehow. His horns were sticking out. His gaze was focused on Doris, "Who are you?"

She was either very bold or very foolish to be travelling with vampires, one of them having demon blood.

Doris could only nod as she was led to the cart. Getting in, room seemed to be a little bit tight due to so many people gathered inside it, but she did her best to mind herself. Doris was fairly certain that she must have been the only human here, and was a little intimidated by the faces that surrounded her.

Her palms began to sweat and her breathing quickened, but she did her best to keep everything in check. Turning around, she gazed at the one who asked who she was. Doing a once-over, this man's appearance was a far cry from her own, and she noticed horns were sticking out from his head. Her jaw seemed locked and unable to move to answer him. Instinctively, she placed her right hand on the handle of her whip, which was tucked in on the handle attached to her belt. After several seconds, she was able to answer.

"I'm Doris Lang... and you?"

When Ivy was carried into the cart or carriage, whatever you wanted to call it at the time, she completely covered herself in her jacket and curled up under it trying to stay hidden from the suns rays so she wouldn't burn anymore. Wherever they were, she over heard something about Babylon or something she wasn't really paying attention at the time. When she felt Raziel sit next to her, Ivy pulled the collar of her jacket down from her head and curled up next to him, her head on his lap.

"We have to figure out who did this Raziel, but only after we find our son. If we don't find Charles alive I'll kill Luna and my father for lying to us." Ivy was still upset that her father would lie to his own daughter about Luna. But there was still something in the back of her mind that was bugging her to no end. And she could only wonder what the answer she would get if she decided to ask Raziel about it later.

"Daggerfang."

He still kept an eye on Doris. She'd fit in nicely. The rest of the ragtag group would have to find other means to fit in until they could return to their own time. Dag would have the hardest time. He made it in the Frontier... he would make it here. He'd just have to try harder, that's all. His mechanical limbs would be a bit difficult to hide....

"Dont mention Persians... " Dracula growled at that as memories of his past came back to him, his ancient past as well. Before he became the terror he was once known as. "Wait.. Babylon.. unless my memory is that fuzzy. I should have a castle nearby.." Dracula who now sat in his boxers, unable to conjure up more clothing.

"Were not going to the castle. I hate that place." D frowned half snapped at Alucard.

"It'd be a safe haven, but my memories grown... fuzzy and i cant remember exactly where my kingdom used to be." Dracula said as he settled in besides Suu. "We've had odder happen to us lately. So the idea of time travel.. at least for us, her and yourself excluded." Alucard said as he pointed to Doris then Suu. "isnt entirely unbelievable."

"If itll help us and we can get something to eat then im all for some ol castle." Lilly said as she worked with Angeles to hide her form the best she could. "D can i borrow your hat?" She said as she took it off of him and put it on her head to hide her horns. "Dag too is going to be hard to hide. If people are going to run from me...." Lilly frowned.

"Ow. s**t. TiMe TrAvEl AlWaYs MaKeS mY hEaD hUrT."

Armageddon was still around? Well, then again, he was immortal. It even surprised the demon that he went back through time with them. Still, he couldn't do much with his powers. They had been sapped by Candy. What kind of a name was Candy for a demon anyway...? Not very ferocious. Still, he wanted to kick that demon's a** for screwing around with his powers. It'd be a while until they returned. Until then, Alucard was on his own.

Didn't mean the apocalyptic demon couldn't enjoy the view, at least.

Angeles kept quiet, once again, she was not addressed, and the human girl seemed to have taken her word of advice and kept pretty much away from her as much as she could within the constraints of the cart. After finishing covering up Lilly Angeles went still, continuing to organize her thoughts whilst also finally listening to the people around her.

Time travel, they were back in time, and from the sounds of it, so far back that Alucard appeared to be worried about something, or at least frustrated by it. It seemed that the time now was the beginning, starting with Dracula.

"I think this was done intentionally," she said simply after her mind finally stopped working in hyper-drive and she wrung her hands together, awaiting the night to take away the horrid wounds from her hands feet and chest, "we should be careful of what we do here, in this time, as it may affect what happens if and when we jump forward."

Humans, everywhere. The scent of their blood was tantalizing Angeles' nose. She was not too concerned though, for D was there, and she was sure that if she lost control, D would kill her before she got the chance to harm an innocent.
