Melody giggled as she recognized the language and returned in the same tounge. Don't worry, I hear that they mature with age. Like around their 50's. She giggled because she was teasing guys then looked at Joshua. Well then I guess it's fine. She responded in her austrailian accent and she looked at the surfboard with a nostalgic smile.

 ♫The Lion Sleeps Tonight...♫ The teen couldn't help but to sigh; she's talking in that foreign language again, seriously is this another language that people speak here? I mean sure he speaks French but at least he'll explain what he said later... Well at least she told him that it was fine; which made him smile. "Thanks for understanding..." he responded back, he noticed her looking at his surfboard with a forlorn smile. "Um...do you surf?"

Melody didn't realize that she was stareing and blushed a bit. Well I used to surf back in Austrailia but a huge swell knocked me off my board into coral. It broke my leg so I couldn't change into this form and I had to stay away from the water for a few months. I haven't surfed since. Which was a shame since I lived near golden beach, other known as "surfer's paradise" She sighed a bit and realized that she was rambling so she blushed deeper. I'm sorry. I'm boring you aren't I?

♫The Lion Sleeps Tonight...♫ "Australia you say?" Needless to say Joshua was somewhat...jealous, Australia is another paradise next to Hawaii and the Caribbeans; along with Brazil and Jamaica. He winced as he listened to her injure herself back in Australia when she was surfing. He smiled as she explained where she was from, when she asked him the question if she was boring him. "No! Not at all, in fact, I really enjoy this conversation!" He paused as he saw a wave coming...
"Excuse me for a minute... but you wouldn't mind if I surf through this one would you?" ((OCC @ Lost_My_Music_3: Really? Damn, I really need to read that carefully...well I just re-edit it...))

♫He Mele No Lilo...♫ Joshua wasn't completely sure about what she meant about her helping him on the waves, but nonetheless he merely smiled, "Thanks..." he greeted her with a smile, before he sailed off. He closed his eyes, and sang.

He opened his eyes and smiled, "Pele, Goddess of Flames, watch me!" he said as the music in his head began, he began to swim on his board and got up, and surfed into the inner part of the waves, he laughed as he sailed inside the waves, his hands in the waves, the water splashing on his face. Melody moved her hand along the water and the wave grew bigger. The surfboard went faster but it was controlable for him. She sang a hawaiian song that she loved but most likely he couldn't hear it and sat on a rock. ♫Aloha 'Oe...♫ Joshua noticed something strange... the wave that he was riding, was getting bigger... and he did notice a slight difference in speed, was he tilting? No can't be, he then remembered about her saying that she was going to help him. 'So that's what she meant...' he silently thought before he heard a familiar melody...
'That song...' the teen thought before he surfed out of the waves and out into the open ocean, where the waves died down, he laid on the board and began to stoke his way towards the rocks where he looked at the girl, who was sitting there, "Though it's only the chorus, you know Aloha 'Oe?" he asked with a blink. (The song was sung in Lilo and Stitch? Wow, I'm surprised they even knew the song, it's really old... it's a song us Hawaiian family sings before we leave Hawaii, wow; I'm surprised that Disney even knew this song... try Amy Hanaiali'i she sings very beautifully for that song, or maybe Tia Carrere, but I prefer my mom singing it, lolz) ((Translation: Farewell to Thee))

Well I spent a few summers there and I have family there so they would sing it to us as we left. She giggled a bit embarassed and blushed.
My lover stands on golden sand watching ships go sailing. (yeah I know what it means. It was written by the last monarch of Hawai'i Queen Lillio'kalani while she was under house arrest just before she was overthrown. I used to live there though I can't speak it fluently. smile ]
