Hector was beginning to wonder what exactly was running through Caellum's head. The Squirtle was eyeing him with an irritated expression, leaning back after a moment to close his eyes. It didn't seem as if he was getting anywhere fast, though Hector wasn't quite sure why the Squirtle didn't want to just forget the past and move on. After all, the past was the past, right? Had he really held a grudge for all this time? After all, Hector himself had not even remembered the incident, so it had not been all that memorable in the first place, which meant that it wasn't that important, right?
Either that, or he just had a terrible memory. Either one was pretty plausible. Hector leaned back in his seat, putting his feet up on the table and linking his fingers behind his head as he scrutinized Caellum. He supposed remembering him as a Slowpoke had to have been maybe a bit irritating.
Maybe. Although he hadn't meant it as an insult. Just as an observation he'd made as a child. Which, obviously, had been quite wrong, but hey, mistakes were mistakes, right? Besides, Hector had never been one to hold grudges anyway, so if Caellum were to have remembered him as a Skitty, he would have just laughed and shrugged it off.
Well...maybe. Skitty's were kind of irritating.
"Aggravating, schmaggravating." he said lightly, twisting one strand of his dark hair around his finger. "I like to think of myself as more entertaining."
Hector flashed a wide smile at Caellum before shaking his head, reaching into his pocket and pulling out a piece of candy. Popping it into his mouth, he said "Nahhhh, it's lunch time. I don't have class for another twenty minutes. Which means I can sit here and have fun with you longer."

Caellum's eye twitched a little when the Luxray parked his feet on the table, the part of him that was neat and tidy having a fit in the back of his mind. So Hector had grown up and become... Annoyingly perky, disrespectful of school property and forgetful. Crossing his eyes in annoyance he attempted to go back to his book only to close his eyes at the other man's comment. Because that wasn't annoying at all, no, absolutely not. Heaving a sigh he opted to put his book away once more; it wasn't like he was going to get any reading done anyways.
"I'm so entertained I could just die." he muttered, his voice devoid of any emotion except saracasm.
Why was Hector still talking to him in the first place? He was certain that his body language exuded his lack of enjoyment of the other man's company, as did his tone. As far as he knew, he wasn't being very subtle about his dislike of the Luxray, so why was he still here, trying to befriend him? Even better, why was he trying to befriend him to begin with? Typically students were smart enough to steer clear of him and he preferred it that way... Else interactions such as these occurred and they took far too much energy.
"...Isn't there someone else you can have fun with? Like a Magikarp or something?" he muttered, openly glaring at the other man.
