Edits: Clothes, like in the pictures. He wears a black cloak with black shoes with a white scarf or sash around the neck area. He has a white bandana around his forehead covering his Jagan eye. Hiei has gravity defying black spiky hair with a whitish starburst in the lower middle part. He never smiles but has this...dark and sexy look. He has a sleek black katana always at his side with some red in the hilt. His right arm/wrist is bandaged from use of the Dragon of the Darkness Flame, his signature and most powerful attack (although you might not need to use it with this outfit). He also has a sort of, angry/annoyed expression or look to his face.
