there's really not enough evidence to convict Ian anyways.
the evidence against him.
a bottle of burnt pills with a thumb print. which would locate him in a place he shouldn't have had access to.
"enhanced" video feed of ian staring through a window with flames behind him
a motive against all gambino's (but not entirely proven)
and assault on Geebus
okay.
why most of all those should be thrown out.
the bottle of pills. we know that Ian was bringing the bottle of pills to Sasha to prove something against Gino. That Gino was not the nice little boy he claimed to be, and had some sort of sercret. and to have access to get to Sasha and Gino, he'd have to be in a spot not open to the public because Sasha a Gino weren't at the halloween fest, they were having dinner somewhere else in the mansion.
(Ian being a bit sneaky to get there yes)
next the video feed.
anyone else notice that there is a second missing in the feed. and also that the area with the flames, does not look like the same area that in is actually in. no flame shadows on the wall or anything...
that feed was edited. plain and simple.
the motive.
he had past disputes with the Gambino's. However he seemed to have put that behind him. He still helped Gino get better when he could have off-ed him from the beginning if that was what they're trying to say he wanted to do. Poison or something.
as well as, Ian was jealous yes. when someone you love devotes all their attention away from you and on to another person, most people would tend to get a little jealous at least.
but he had no idea at the time that either Sasha or Gino had any feelings for each other at all. Until the New Year's Celebration.
Ask Geebus... please who doesn't want to just smack the guy. he's rude, arrogant and entirely too irritating. I mean who talks about themself in the third person as well as their profession anyway. no wonder Pbot couldn't handle it...
At this time as well, some other man was going to kiss his beloved woman... He wanted to protect what he loved and Geebus would not let him in because of a cat... come on.
Ian stood up and defended his best friend (Rufus) as well as to clear a path to his love.
so I say he's innocent. the prosecution just doesn't have enough against him.
guilty of assualt and battery. yes. guilty of loving a woman and not having the guts to tell her, yes. guilty of being blinded by love, yes. guilty of arson... hardly.
edit: they need more poll options...
