I've always loved tea, but as I've been learning herbalism, I've started creating my own teas from herbs and spices to help soothe minor illnesses and pains. A wonderful tea I made a couple days ago with toasted nuts, pepper seeds, rosemary, and ginger helped relieve the muscular pain I had been having! ^^

Ooh, Hippy that sounds really good! I hadn't thought of using nuts to make tea.. It's a great idea, though.
I think my favorite tea would have to be Ginger Peach tea from the Republic of Tea. There's quite a bit of caffeine in it (and maybe ginseng too?), though, and it really hypes me up when I drink it. It's delicious, though, and I can guzzle it whether it's hot, cold, lukewarm, old, fresh, straight, sweetened, milked, or whatever. In the cold I think it's best hot, with just a little bit of honey. In the Summer and Spring I like it iced with no sweetener =) It's better than coffee in the morning ^^
Now that I think about it, I've never had a tea or herbal infusion that I didn't like.

Another thing to try with teas when feeling unwell, trying sauteing onions, garlic and ginger, or using their powdered forms, or even better, pressing them to extract their oils to mix into a tea. Unless you love garlic, onions or ginger (like I do), it may be very strong for those unaccustomed to it, but you feel 10x better than before as they help fight infection and build your immune system. ^^
