In a situation almost the exact opposite from Salali, Cooper was feeling entirely too much from his body right now. Everything ached, at least where it didn't down right hurt. Even his hoodie felt bruised, the red eyes half-lidded.

"Neverridingahorseagain." he muttered to himself. "Running. Runningisbest. Owntwofeet. Nohooves."

At the sound of feet and various moans Salali opened her eyes, straining to see what was happening. She was able to catch the top of the host from the bottom of her eye, but the rest was a little harder to make out. It seemed he was bringing in someone...and that someone turned into not one, but a good number of people, although she could only see a slightly blurred portion of her body from where she sat, except for whoever was placed into the bed next to her, who she could see as clearly as she have been able to see Akihiko.

Her brain began to ache as it swirled about with confused ideas. Why were so many coming in? Her perspective was a bit skewed at times, but she could count. One did not equal six. 'Why so many? One is one," she mumbled and glancing at who was placed next to her bed, still without moving the body she couldn't feel, she asked, "What happened in the mountain?" Of course she wasn't paying attention to the fact that they probably wouldn't understand. As her head continued to hurt she squinted to keep back tears. She just wanted to sleep...but she was too afraid to.

Faint rubbed his head and squinted, trying hard to concentrate and understand Salali. She was hard to understand in a normal situation, but with both of them beat to hell he didn't understand at all. "Mountain?" Had there been a mountain? That didn't make sense. Not in the middle of the train. Why couldn't he remember?!

"Can anyone tell me what happened?"

( Ah ha its all good annnd Marushii it's so much fun here >3 )

Ahikiko was just about to harass the skull some more since it seemed to be helping him feel better when a few more students where carted in. Holy cow, something huge must have went down. Ahikiko watched, then turned to Faint as he asked what happened boy that guy was a genius he thought sourly still in a good amount of pain himself though his bleeding had slowed a bit. "Shut up." He hissed bitterly towards the boy asking what happened.

"If you took the time to listen you may find out." He grunted wincing as he tired to turn towards Cooper. "Horse? Hooves? What are you going on about? " He was curious about what this particular student had to say.

Faint hissed angrily at Ahikiko. "If you're so ******** curious what happened, why's it so bad that I asked?" He was tired of high and mighty brats acting like they could say whatever they pleased to him. They needed to get to the school so he could walk away from all this and get on with his life. This was ridiculous. He just wanted to fill the huge gap in his memory. The last thing he remembered was finding Betty and Breic going after each other.

He propped hi elbows on his knees and held his head. He suppressed a dramatic groan, though only barely. The thought of further annoying Ahikiko was almost enticing.

"Ow ow ow... M-my head..." Fauste muttered, as his eyes fluttered open. He blinked at the bright light, shielding his eyes with one hand while the other reached for the back of his head. His eyes widened and he frowned when he realized that there was a bulge there. Gently, he massaged it, pushing himself off his back into a sitting position. He winced; his body felt like he had just ran a marathon! To his surprise, however, the train seat was actually soft and firm, yet strangely comfortable - oh wait, that stupid water horse boy didn't...!

"What happened? Last time I remember, we were all pinning the water horse boy down and the next thing I know, I'm here?" He was obviously rather agitated, but he managed to control his own temper, knowing that nothing good will come out of him getting angry when the one who had injured him was not around... At the though, Fauste calmed down; if they had time to move him to the other cabin, doesn't it mean that both Betty and Breic had been subdued?

"We did it?" He blinked, looking around - there were familiar faces, after all. He recognized Cooper, a fellow water horse victim, he presume as well as some of those who had went after Betty. How many did those 2 crazy students take out with them anyway?

"Hey, guys, stop yelling. My ears are ringing..." He sighed, although he doubted that they would listen.

"Plegh! Blegh! Cookies not delicious! Cookies terrible!" Puck raged from inside his jack-o-lantern prison. At least he could still kind of see through the dim cut-outs, and stick his tongue out through the mouth, but his fingers scrabbled uselessly at the interiors of the gourds sheathing his hands. The indignity! This wasn't even an injury - it was an INSULT.

He still felt woogy, though, and not particularly inclined to get out of the plushy surroundings he found himself in. The poltergeist scowled at the line of beds and their occupants. A whole pile of people to play with, and here he was without opposable thumbs...

"How can the eyes not see when they are open and the scene is before them?" Salali asked, confused at...their confusion. She was hoping they'd be able to explain everything because, in all honesty, the less she knew the more upset she was feeling. She squeezed her eyes shut again, keeping the water in, though her breath broke up a little. "The fox ate you? But without the dark, did you see the who of the fox? But still but still...so many. What of one? A change from storm to hurricane?"

At the sudden argument she wished she could move so she could cover her ears. "Why do moles fight each other when there are foxes? Accomplishes nothing, except to accomplish nothing. Loud...too loud..." She hiccuped and stopped talking as she held her breath, perhaps to prevent more from arising. Besides, what good would it do? No one ever listened to her for long, if they did at all.

Oh - that little skittery one was here. Puck looked at Salali through the cut-outs in his pumpkin prison. "... Boo?" he offered, holding up both hands in a 'scary' pose.

Balumf grumbled. The pumpkin spell was NOT made for a sahuagin head and she couldnt see a thing but orange. She didnt particularly like orange either.

She heard the crazy reaper talk.

"There were two and they attacked each other. The fat witch and the horse guy who was next to you." she said, her voice muffled. She tried to get it off agian, but instead made her head ring from the banging of guord on guord.

"We tried to pull them apart and subdue them, but something happened and THESE THINGS got on my head and claws. I guess something happened to the people trying to get the horse?"
"I guess the.. Uh... Foxes ate us while they tried to eat each other?" she said, trying to match the words. They actually made sense this time. Maybe, she thought, I hit my head on this pumpkin thing...

"What happened to those on the horse?"

"The horse - he somehow transformed into his animal form despite the anti-Fear thing on the train," Fauste frowned, turning to look at the Sahuagin when she spoke. His hand was still busily rubbing at the sore bump on the back of his head as he continued with a mild shrug, "I think... He managed to kick me and him-" He gestured briefly to Cooper, "Off. Judging from my injuries, I think we were sent flying and hit the walls of the carriage, knocking us out."

He paused, looking at everyone who was in the same cabin; he recognized the pile of bones as victim number 1, and then there was the shaman and the warlock... Taking out those who were involved in the whole 'Betty and Breic' incident, Faint was the only one who was not directly involved... Since his face and hands were not encased in that weird pumpkin-thing, it must not be due to Betty, right? Curious, Fauste turned towards the weretiger, "What happened to you? Did the horse get you too?"

Faint shook his head. "I have no idea what happened. I remember finding Betty and Breic facing each other off, but I guess I blacked out." His frown was fierce and extremely unhappy. "I wish I could remember everything after that. I don't understand how he could have attacked me with so many people weighing him down. Seems pretty impossible."

He tilted him his chin, running his hand lightly across the skin of his neck. "Is there a mark or something? My throat is killing me."

Ahikiko took the opportunity to ignore Faint for now and listen to the others talk. He didn't really mean to cause an argument he just wanted him to stop talking because his own ears hurt to but Ahikiko was in a bad mood so it meant he was going to be a jerk. He slightly chuckled at Pucks, cookie comments and then at him attempting to scare Salai. "So there where two of them...and they attacked each other... ? " He was trying to get the facts straight. The warlock turned as Fauste asked Faint a question. Faint couldn't remember what happened, he hadn't mentioned trying to subdue either of the two fighting... Ahikiko got a mortified look on his face, as the thought that something didn't add up occurred to him. If he wasn't trying to subdue anyone, then what happened to him...? Ahikiko snapped from his thoughts and looked at the other boy, a bruise ringing was around his neck. " There is another attacker..." He narrowed his eyes. " Think about it ..if you weren't trying to help them but you were hurt any ways then that doesn't add up....I mean the bruise on your neck means something, and maybe you passed out from lack of oxygen...maybe you were strangled ! W-was anyone behind you ??"
PostPosted: Fri Sep 24, 2010 1:47 pm

"There's a bruise? Dammit." He let his chin fall and winced slightly. A bruise on his skin would be dark and disgusting when it fully took form. He'd be ugly for weeks. Had he packed a scarf?

He shrugged, looking to Ahikiko and hiding as much distaste as he could. "There were people all around me. I..." He huffed, furrowing his brows. Was that imagination or memory? He hoped it was memory. "Yeah, I think I went after Breic to help weigh him down, since he probably gains more mass than I do when he shifts. But I don't think I really did much. Too many people all in one place. A lot of people in front of me."

Salali burst out laughing at Puck's little gesture, but after a few seconds gasped and quickly comped down on her lower lip. If she'd been able to move she would have clasped her hands there. Nothing should be funny now...everything around them was at the absolute opposite end of funny...unless of course you were even more crazy than she was. "Not now, not now..." she mumbled a bit, averting her eyes.

But a certain eagerness returned to her as Balumf not only answered her question, but did so on her terms. "Two foxes? I wonder if they fought because they smelled each other or because their nose was dulled..." Or in other words, she wondered if each had known the other was a beserker. Her brow wrinkled, either in thought or in worry or fear or all of it together. It was a lot of information to absorb and yet...it kept coming.

She rolled her eyes to the other side to look at Akihiko. "Another fox? Three foxes is a lot for one mole burrow." She wasn't saying she disagreed, as she seemed rather unsettled by the idea.
