Oh, good! Tyyne smiled and scooped up Tarot in her arms, carefully turning at her waist so she could sit Tarot on her back. Once the little girl was settled nice and safe she turned back around, letting Tarot do whatever she wanted in terms of holding on to her. She wasn't sure how the girl was going to respond to riding on Tyyne's back and so she started off slow, just walking at a steady pace toward where she remembered the nearest flower shop to be. It was indeed faster and easier this way, and it was a very good thing Tarot was so little otherwise this may have been a bit harder. She was able to carry Vance when she was smaller but even he gave her a bit of a backache if she held him for too long, but maybe she'd be able to carry him much more easily! Unless he had grown as well...which wasn't unlikely.
"You'll have to show me where you live after we get some seeds and things, since it would be better for you to grow these at your own home than wandering away." Such a good excuse to calm her most assuredly worried parent! Tyyne did eventually pick up the pace but not in a galloping sort of speed, just a quicker walking pace. No longer the slow crawl, it was now a steady walk. She did her best not to jostle or bounce Tarot, occasionally glancing back at her to make sure she was alright.

The instant Tyyne began to move Tarot latched her small arms around Tyyne's waist and clung, burying her face against her back. It didn't matter that they were moving slow, there was still the horrible sensation that she was about to tip over and fall!
After several enternities Tyyne said something. What was that? Where she lived? Oh, right. That would be considered important, wouldn't it? "I live on th' other side of th' hill where th' flower is." How much of that Tyyne heard was uncertain, since Tarot refused to move her face from Tyyne's back.
After more moments of horror the terror of the ride increased with Tyyne began to move faster. Already Tarot wasn't quite sure if she could remove her arms from their locked position without a bit of help.

Oh dear...was Tarot scared? But Tyyne wouldn't let her fall! Though she'd be lying if she said the clinging didn't make her lose her breath at first, chuckling softly and reaching back to gently pat Tarot's head. "It's alright. I've never dropped anyone before, I'm not about to start now~." She told her sincerely, giving her a warm smile before she turned back. Guess she'd have to be extra careful; not that Tyyne wasn't careful already, just now she had to be extra careful.
"Oh, do you? Alright then." She chirped, trying to keep the girl who basically had her in a strangle hold calm. Owwww.
Eventually they made it to the floral shop and Tyyne bent her legs to sit on the floor long enough for Tarot to just hop off. Once the girl was settled on her own two feet again she stood up and stretched her back a little, rubbing at spine a little. "See? Told you I wouldn't let you fall. Nooooow...let's see. You'll need seeds. All these packets have pictures of the flowers they'll grow into, so we'll just pick whatever you think is nice, okay?" Tyyne picked up a packet of lavender seeds to show her an example, holding the packet in her hands. Oh, did she have a trowel and a watering can too? Well! This place did! So they'd just get her some if Tarot's house didn't have any.

Tarot held the package in her chubby toddler hands. Flowers come from the package. She sniffed it. Didn't smell like a flower, smelled like paper. A quick shake revealed a rattling sound like beads.
She shook her head and held up the package to show Tyyne. "They musta broke it. No flowers in there." When Sev went out to get flowers they always came in trays with damp soil and bright blooms. The process of growing a plant from a seed was completely foreign to Tarot.
She couldn't help but stare around the garden shop with wide eyes. There were all sorts of things like hats and gloves and giant bags that smelled like dirt and bottles that had a slightly icky smell to them. And though another set of doors they had plants everywhere! That only seemed to further support Tarot's theory that someone here must've broken the plant packet Tyyne had given her.

Broke it? Oh...oh! Tyyne chuckled. "No, no. That's the thing that makes the flower. It's seeds. You put them in the ground, take care of it and the flower grows from it!" It was true she could've just gotten her potted flowers that would just need to be replanted but...Tyyne preferred this method, personally. It was more fun to grow something on your own, and from what she'd seen the flowers that came in the little pots died faster than other flowers. "You could get already grown flowers...like in there," Tyyne pointed toward the doors that Tarot had spotted. "But I personally find that to be cheating. And those flowers always seem to die faster. I think it's better to grow them from the seed."
Did Tarot want those flowers that were already grown? Oh dear...but...but these were more fun! Really they were!

These things....seeds......they made flowers? Tarot stared solemnly at the packet in her hands. These tiny crispy things that looked like they could have been food crumbs, that they could actually grow into pretty and nice-smelling plants.... "It's magic," Tarot said, her face lighting up.
She stared wonderingly at the packet. Looking up at the store again, she saw all the tools were implements to help in the process of the magic. Tarot reached over to told onto Tyyne's hand so she could guide her through the magic store. Sev always insisted she do this in crowded places, though this was the first time she'd even initiated the procedure on her own.

Tyyne blinked, looking a bit surprised by Tarot's 'realization' that growing plants was magic. It...wasn't though. What Tyyne did was magic, this was just nature and how it worked! Though she supposed since Tarot was little that magic would just have to do until she was older and could understand better that it just happened, that it wasn't magic. She was just happy to see the girl looking excited. Tyyne smiled and decided not to say anything to correct her. "Just pick some ones you think you'll like and we'll get them."
The deer girl watched as Tarot started looking around at everything else, allowing her to take her hand and start to guide Tyyne through the store. They were here for Tarot! "Do you have things to grow a garden with at home? They're a very huge responsibility! You'll need a trowel, a watering can, though a bucket would do too just sometimes pouring like that will hurt the flower...some fertilizer..." So many things! Did Tarot have everything she needed? It'd be a lot to carry...oh dear.

Tarot's face wrinkled in confusion. "What a trowel," she asked, drawing the word out into nearly three syllables. "And fer, fert-," Tarot stopped frowning. It was a big word, but she was disappointed that she couldn't quite say it.
She knew she had a bucket at home, but what was a watering can? A can that made water? How very odd!

"That's a trowel," Tyyne began, pointing at a line of differently colored trowels hanging on the wall. They all looked pretty much the same just their handles were different colors and textures, some were made for people with hands that weren't quite...hands, as well. Those manufacturers were very smart! "It's just a small little shovel you hold in your hand. A big tall one you have to step on with your feet to get into the ground would hardly be practical for a small garden." She explained with a smile, tilting her head and watching Tarot as she tried to say something else. Fer? Oh, fertilizer? She giggled, not in a way that she was laughing at or making fun of Tarot, she just thought it was adorable! She was trying so hard! "Fer...tih...lie...zer." If she wanted to say it then Tyyne would be more than happy to help her with that!
How to explain fertilizer...hmmm! "Well it's...think of it as plant food! Put a bit of it around your flowers when you first plant them and they'll grow big and happy! You don't need it, sometimes you can do just fine without it, but some people like to use it. We only have to get some if you want it." Tyyne brought Tarot to the wall of trowels, picking up a package that had one with a soft pink handle and smiling down at Tarot. "This is a trowel. This is actually the one I have back at home~. Go ahead and pick whichever one you like." She wasn't saying Tarot needed to get the pink one, she was merely holding it out as a closer look for the girl. It was hung back up after Tarot got a good look at it, looking up at the wall herself. Wow! So many different ones! It was amazing what one could do with something so simple.

Tarot examined the wall of trowles, or mini shovels, as she had secretlly dubbed them. The pink one Tyyne had shown her was too, well....pink..., for her tastes. A lot of the other choices hurt her eyes just to look at.
Finally she selected a towel with a with a plain, forest-green handle.
As she held up her prize to show Tyyne, Tarot cast her gaze around the rest of the store. Now that they had the mini shovel were they going to look for seeds, or this fertilizer stuff Tyyne talked about?

Alright! They had a trowel, next they just needed fertilizer. Not much to that, Tarot wouldn't need to be asked or given options or anything as to which one she wanted, and for now they just got one of the smaller bags of it so Tyyne would be able to carry it. That girl doesn't have much arm strength. She then brought Tarot over to grab whatever watering can she liked, picking out some seed packets afterward before they made their way to the register. Tyyne paid for everything, deciding after that she and Tarot could just walk to her house now. She wouldn't put her on her back again, the girl didn't seem comfortable with it.
"Let's go to your house now, we'll find a place to grow your garden at your house." And quell the fears of her parent who must have been extremely worried now. She could only imagine! Tyyne hummed softly and looked at the things they'd bought, putting down the fertilizer bag for a moment to take the watering can and seeds, putting the small packages in the can itself. She then gave it to Tarot since it was plastic and not very big or heavy, taking the trowel. She'd carry the fertilizer and the trowel herself! Tyyne then waited for Tarot to take the lead in bringing them to her house, following close alongside her. "So do you have a mommy or a daddy?" Oooh or did she have both? So far Tyyne had only met those who had one or the other. Did some people have a mommy and a daddy? She was kind of curious what having a daddy would be like.

Tarot shook her head. "I have a Sev," she said firmly. She knew what mommies and daddies were, but somehow she could just never picture the title when she thought of Sev.
She looked around to get ahold of her bearings. She'd never been away from the house before without Sev. She remembered the direction they had come from though, and started there. Maybe something would look familiar along the way.
"He's always worrin' and fussin' 'nough to be a mommy and a daddy," Tarot confided to Tyyne. Perhaps that was the reason why she called Severus by his name.

A Sev? Was that another language or was that a name? Tyyne blinked, tilting her head. Oh well, she'd just find out later when they got to Tarot's home. "Oh? Well I'm sure that's just because he cares dearly for you and doesn't want you hurt." She said with a soft smile, adjusting her hold on the items she was carrying. Tyyne gave their surroundings a good look to see where they were at so she'd also be able to find her way home later.
"..Oh! You...you do live somewhere you can grow flowers, right?" Gah! Tyyne should have asked before all this! If she lived in an apartment building or something they could always come back and buy pots but those would be very heavy. They'd need someone to carry those for them, Tyyne could barely lug one around.

Tarot nodded. "Live near the hill with the lav'der." Her attention was more focused on the ground in front of her. She was doing little skip/hops over the cracks in the sidewalk, most making a little dance out of it.
"C'n we make the garden by the lav'der if Sev says yes," she asked Tynne, looking up at the deer girl as she executed a sideways spin.

Ah, she'd mentioned her house was close to that hill, huh? Alright then...but...she'd rather Tarot grow this garden at her house. At Tarot's question she hummed a little, frowning a little. Yes, she'd much rather Tarot grow the garden at her house for many reasons. She'd be able to see it all the time, she wouldn't have to leave home and risk getting hurt or something worse to take care of it, everyone could enjoy it, and the garden itself would be safer! "I think it'd be safer for you to grow it at your house, that way you can see it all the time without leaving home...and your garden will be much safer at your house than fending for itself." Tyyne really hoped Tarot would agree to this. So Sev was his name...
"My big sister does that too..." Tyyne mused, tilting her head a little. She seemed to forget that Tarot would have absolutely no idea what she was talking about. Oops!
