Sayda911 Ouran High School Host Club for sure!! Hikaru and Kaoru are hilarious and Tamaki is such a spaz!! My favorite character is Kyoya though he's secretly evil LOL 4laugh xd My favorite manga to spaz about! wink rofl

Ouran High School Host Club, Fullmetal Alchemist, Hare and Guu, and countless others! There's too many of manga scenes' for me to mention here as well as anime!!!
Hare and Guu is so funny! My favorite character is Guu, there is never a boring day when she's around.
In the Fullmetal Alchemist anime, it's always funny how Ed reacts when someone calls him short! rofl I love the rants he comes up with!!
In the Fruits Basket manga, I laughed hard at the Sorta Cinderella play. As well as whenever Ayame comes into the scene!!

The fanniest one for me is one piece...I was crying from laughter all the time!!!!!!!!
D.Gray-Man is also funny and i love skip beat and fruits basket, their humour never dies...
Noblesse at some points is also hilarious...

I remember OHSHC, Bokusatsu Tenshi Dokuro-chan, and Lucky Star making me laugh so hard I cried.
Hana Kimi and Hana Yori Dango were really funny as well, but I watched more of the dramas than I read of the mangas. C:

I have two favorites. One is Love Hina, and the other is Historys Strongest Disciple Kenichi. Both of these are a must read. And anyone who thinks that I am unmanly because I read Love Hina can sit and spin.

In Bleach when Kon pops up. x] And in Soul Eater with Excaliber I fall out of my chair laughing xd He's funny with his stoires and songs shouting "Fool!!"

Got to agree, Excalibur is probably funniest single character I have seen, EVER.
As for funniest manga.... thats really hard to say. In the end I dont read that much "fun" stuff.
