"I see." Matilda said as she mused. She had never seen the man in action or met him for that manner.
"I've only heard the rumors the freshmen like to spread around."
The girl replied as she plucked a dandelion from the ground. She inspected it once before putting it in her mouth and chomping the head off strangely. She chewed it in thought as she stared off into the distance.

That's right at the beginning of every school year it was the freshmen who gossiped about the mysteries of the school. Then again this was a every year. "Yes and those freshmen got it from the upper classmen who are just as clueless as they are. It happens every year. Then again not much is know about the Headmaster as well. No one know but some teachers and the vice principal knows what he or she looks like." The girl pointed out. She didn't spread gossip, but, she liked to listen to what other people thought was going on.

Matilda dropped the dandelion's milky stalk onto the ground.
"The upperclassmen can be very unhelpful sometimes."
She raised an eyebrow at the mention of a head master and laid back into the flowers once more.
"Maybe its better she remains anonymous?"
She offered unhelpfully.

Lillie was curious about what the headmaster was like. It was because the headmaster was a mystery that everyone wanted to know. "Maybe, but, why would the headmaster need to hide? We're not being turn into some super army and laws prevent people who have done evil to teacher right?" The girl pointed out. She still didn't understand why anyone would need to hide in a world like this.

"Who knows? She could be shy,or she could just be too busy to make a public appearance.."
Matilda hummed quietly. Both reasons made complete sense to her; but than again, her thinking was a little twisted in the end.

Again Lillie would have to disagree. "Headmasters and vice principals start out as teachers. That means the headmaster was once teaching a class. Plus you have to work for so many years. As well as the headmaster is being payed to be here and going work." The girl added. She liked this mystery above all else.

 "I didn't know that."
Matilda said owlishly. She pushed herself up onto her elbows and stared at the clouds once more. A large one that resembled a turtle floated by and she eyed it wonderingly.
"I should apologize for my ignorance now; I don't get out much."
She said apologetically.

Lillie smiled and chuckled. "It's fine. That's why the whole subject is a mystery. Just like why teachers don't want students near the dark forest, yet, there is no rules against going in." Lillie told her. She didn't want the girl to feel stupid or bad. That wasn't want the girl wanted.

"That dark forest is scary. I couldn't imagine why anyone would want to enter it anyways."
Matilda rolled onto her stomach wearily as she plucked a flower from the field.
"I thought there was a rule to keep people out. How strange..."

Lillie shook her head. "Afraid not. The only thing the rules say about the Dark Forest is they 'recommend not going in' and 'if need please bring a teacher or staff member'." Lillie answered. She had read the rule book several times her research suggest that the Dark Forest wasn't a pleasant place to begin with.

Tritch walked into the field with Maxwell. She took a deep breath, taking in the smells of the flowers. "Wow, it smells great." She said smiling. She walked along the path, until she got to a patch of flowers. She sat down, pulling Maxwell down with her. "Never knew such brightly covered things, could be beautiful." She said grinning. She laid back down, onto the bed of flowers, and looked up at the sky.

Maxwell looked around the field. It was lovely. It was kind of like home. He held Tritch's hand. She probably didn't even know that they were holding hands. The smell of flowers was strong, almost like a sweet perfume.
"The flowers are cute, not beautiful. I think you look better than they do."

Tritch smiled. "Why thank you. But even as a guy?" She asked laughing. She almost forgot, again, that she was a guy, not a girl. She looked over at Maxwell, taking in his comment before. "You really think so?" She asked, her smile growing bigger. She then got bored, so picked a flower, and put it in Maxwell's hair. "See now you look pretty too." She said grinning.

Maxwell smiled and picked a flower that made his look small and weak and placed it in Tritch's hair.
"You know. I can tell you how to break the spell. Though I don't know how to do magic I still study under Richardson while I'm here. I've come a long way thanks to him with his help. Anyways I like you the way you are male or female."

Tritch smiled. "Nah, whats the fun of this event if nobody is a guy." She said grinning. Besides there will be the day, when Maxwell has to become younger, and it wouldn't be fun if he staid his age for that. She touched the flower gently, it was very beautiful. "I'm starting to really like this place." She said simply. And she was, it was making her happier just to stare at the flowers. And if made it better that Maxwell was here with her.
