Europa ended up not having to find a way to climb back up. There was a bit of a strained staring contest between the two of them for a moment, the Negaverser peering down at Europa while she shuffled in an arc around part of the tree's large trunk in search of a handhold or a good lower branch to jump on to. Fortunately, Uranophane jumped down first.
Unfortunately, she had jumped down fully intent on kicking the senshi down. And those tips on her boots looked sharp.
There didn't seem to be much in the way of liquid for Flora to lure the bees towards -- or at the very least, besides a decently-sized fountain serving as a centerpiece for the farmer's market, now devoid of the little birds that were often seen splashing around in it thanks to the slight cacaphony of panic going on. Unfortunately it was also a good several yards away, so she would have to do some pretty fancy footwork, and be separated from her ally, if she wanted to try and drown them in it.

Europa's eyes went wide as the captain jumped, and although she made to move, it wasn't quite fast enough. Uranophane's boot-tip made the connection with the senshi's knee. Europa fell to the ground and hugged her leg to her chest as she tried to roll away.
"Damn it, ouch!" she exclaimed, struggling to her feet. Her leg was wobbling, blood dripping from where the metal had dug into her flesh. Europa glanced back at Flora and the fountain.
"Flora!" she called quickly. "Go for the fountain! Don't worry about me!"
Easier said than done, apparently, because Uranophane had the clear upper hand here. Fortunately, the area had cleared out enough and the captain was close enough that Europa felt safe calling her attack. She flung a shaky hand forward - "Europa deep ocean blackout!"
It went dark. Europa's brooch illuminated a small bubble of light, just enough to see where she was going. She aimed a kick at where the captain had been moments before, but couldn't say for sure what she connected with--

It would be better if Europa stayed to distract the Negaverser, she realized. If she got hindered in her attempt to destroy the youma, it wouldn't end up well. Even as Flora thought this, her attack started fizzling out and the bees hovered in the air, swaying as though they were baffled by what had just happened.
Before they had any time to shake off their confusion however, Flora summoned her attack once again and they were hypnotized by the sweet scent of pollen. If bees had faces, Flora reflected as she ran towards the fountain while drawing the pollen cloud towards her, they would probably look as though they were on drugs.
It was kind of strange to think that way, really. But what she had to focus on now was to take out these youma... until a thought hit her. Soapy water kills bees. Vinegar works too. Her mother had told her once. Flora winced and almost swore. A farmer's market had vinegar right? The senshi headed towards a nearby stall, grabbing as many bottles that contained vinegar with one hand, the other still controlling the pollen cloud in the air.
"There." She muttered as she reached the fountain, dumping the pollen in and watching the bees heading towards it, quickly unscrewing bottles and dumping the contents on them.

When it came to dealing with the creations of the Negaverse, a little bit of overkill was never a bad idea. And Flora's strategy for dealing with the bees could be described as such. They were probably already fairly screwed once they hit the water, but once the vinegar hit them they started bursting apart into little puffs of dust that washed into the fountain and slowly began turning the water a sludgy black. It was morbidly fascinating to watch.
However, saving everyone's lives still didn't stop the vinegar vendor to peek out from his hiding place and scream, "Hey, those are three bucks a bottle! You owe me, lady!"
There was a satisfying clonk of her boot against something solid as Europa's kick landed on a target of some kind. Unfortunately, it wasn't Uranophane -- instead she had whacked her foot against the base of the very tree they'd just jumped down from.
The target she was aiming for was actually a little behind her and to the left. With a small pop Uranophane's clipboard was summoned into her hands, which she began to swing down upon the little blue blob of light that marked Europa's presence.

If Europa ever found out where to lodge complaints about lame senshi attacks, she was going to give them an earful - it would have sure beaten getting brained with a clipboard because your dark and your can't-move were out of sync. She let out a cry, stumbled forward, and then whipped around unsuccessfully with a tensed elbow, hoping to catch the captain in the chest.
It didn't work. Europa narrowed her eyes, trying to think quickly. Her bubble of light was hardly enough to work by, and the dark was all-encompasing. (Fitting for a power sphere like the Deep, but majorly inconvenient.) She thought she saw - a reflection off glass? Could it be?
Europa sprang forward, ready to punch the living daylights out of whatever she'd seen, and then the darkness lifted, revealing her target to be--

"Um..." Flora's eyebrows shot up as the vendor yelled at her, turning back to give him a sheepish grin. "I'll send someone to pay you back later, I promise!" That someone, was of course herself, but dressed in normal clothes and having possession of a wallet. For now, she was momentarily distracted by the bees exploding and punched a fist into the air with triumph. Hopefully, that didn't count as vandalism of property... they could easily clean that up, right? It wasn't as if anyone would be stupid enough to drink it.
Out of the corner of her eye, she caught sight of Europa's attack and started her run towards the area. Two against one would be a better advantage, right? "Europa!" She called out. "I took out the bee youma--oh gosh, watch out!" The other senshi had just leaped out of the range of her attack and was aiming right for the tree in front of her.

The tree again. Its bark was starting to show some signs of abuse, but that unfortunately didn't translate into Uranophane taking any damage. Another skilled swing of her clipboard swiped aside Europa's other raised hand, (proving that odd and mundane tools had their usage sometimes) and another sweeping kick that caught on the opponent's shin, knocking her to the ground.
"Too bad for you, I imagine you're running a little low on energy," the Negaverser smirked. "Ready to donate your star seed to the Earth kingdom yet, or are you going to make this difficult?"
Apparently she hadn't heard Flora call out to the other senshi -- or even seen her. Instead Uranophane had her back turned, a little immersed in her bit of classical villainous taunting.

Europa hit the ground with a grunt and struggled to push herself back up. "Never," she coughed, scrambling weakly away from the captain. She thought she'd heard Flora - or had she been hallucinating? She hoped she'd heard Flora, because this was looking Bee-A-D bad.
The senshi got shakily to her feet, steadying herself against the tree. "I'm just getting started," she boasted. It was a weak boast. It sounded lame. Really, all Europa wanted to do was cast Deep Ocean Pressure and run as fast as she could in the other direction but she doubted she even had enough strength left for that.
She risked a quick glance behind her, and was greeted with the very welcome sight of Flora. Thank god, thought Europa, turning back to face Uranophane once more.
"Two against one," she said, forcing herself to stand up straight. Even if she felt like s**t, she could pretend she didn't. Even if she didn't think she could throw another punch without falling over. Her only hope was that Flora was faring better than she was.

The thing was, Flora realized, as she neared Europa and the Negaverse Captain, that she had already used up her super attacks and she was left with her normal, less useful one. Technically, both were the same attack, except that Flora preferred using her upgraded attack much more often. Still, she couldn't stand by and watch Europa's starseed get taken from her! It was a horrible thing to go through, having someone plunge their hand into your chest to remove your very soul, and Flora would wish it on no one.
She wasn't sure if she would wish a Negaverse agent to have their starseed stolen. Sure, they had done terrible things, but...
She grasped the other senshi's arm, glaring at Uranophane. "You're not getting any more starseeds today." With this, she thrust out her arm in the Negaverser's direction, summoning a quick "Flora Pollen Fever!" aimed at the face. Hopefully, that would distract the other for a while, as she yanked Europa in the opposing direction. "We should go!"

Pow, right in the kisser.
This was a terrible time for Uranophane to have taken her goggles off in order to get a clear, colored look at the senshi she was about to kill -- the very second they were up over her eyes, Flora's pollen cloud puffed into existence right over her face. With a snarl of frustration her eyes screwed shut and she made vain attempts at swiping the cloud away; unfortunately, even stumbling backwards didn't get rid of the allergy-inducing particles she'd already inhaled and allowed into her eyes. It might not have been a very strong attack against a Negaverse Captain, but it definitely served as an effective distraction, just long enough for the two senshi to get away.
