Lunch: Kashi Cinnamon Harvest cereal 160 calories. Light Silk Milk 90 calories. Activia yogurt 70 calories.
Dinner: Peene pasta with Parmesan cheese and sauce 290 calories
Snack's: Cheese stick 80 calories. Fruit freasers 170 Calories, three cookies 130 calories.
Drinks: One cup of coffee 15 calories. One glass of water 0 calories. A cup of green tea 0 calories.
Exercise Movie: Shrek 2
Length of exercise: Walked 3.83 miles on the treadmill in my shape ups

IDEA! =O
I'm still going to walk on the treadmill while watching movies but I will go jogging when i go walking with my neighbor, instead of walking I'll be jogging I can do that every other day and I will also jump rope. This will allow me to burn off a ton of calories and fat.

Breakfast: A pancake with syrup
Lunch: Lean Cuisine TV Dinner 290 Calories.
Dinner: Lean Cuisine Steamer 250 calories with ranch dressing 180 calories.
Drinks: Earl Grey tea 0 calories. One cup of coffee 15 calories.
Snacks Two Fat free fig Newtons 90 calories. String cheese 80 calories.

I hope I start looking skinny soon. I want to loose my belly chub, sometimes I think I'm fighting a loosing battle though... I don't give up, when it starts getting cooler I'm going to start jogging outside.

Lunch: Morning Star Chicken Nuggets 380 calories Dipped in Ketchup 70 calories
Dinner: Multi Grain cheerios 110 calories with light silk milk 90 calories one special K bar 90 calories.
Snacks: A ton of concord and table grapes. =P Jell-O 10 calories. A Banana
Drinks: Water bottle 0 calories. English Teatime Tea 0 calories. Plantation Mint Tea 0 calories.

I got a lot of seeds from the grapes, I'm going to dry them out and plant them. Then I'll have grapes! I also have a ton of fruit trees, I collect them. XD I also have one Mustang grape vine. =) And a few nut trees.

Exercise: Waled half a mile, jogged half a mile
Lunch: Lean cuisine TV dinner and a weight watcher brownie
Dinner: Cheerios light silk milk and a ton of grapes and some morning star chicken nuggets.
Snacks: Two special K bars, Jell-o
Drinks: A cup of tea and a cup of water

WHEW!!!!!!!
I woke up at six, went outside at six thirty.
Walked up my street, jogged the second and third street, walked the fourth street, jogged the really long fifth street, walked up the sixth and seventh street.
It was hard. 0_o I'm going to do this every other day.

Testicular Diabetes Dogonnit. I weighed myself and I haven't lost anything yet.
I think that once i start jogging that will change. The scale isn't the only measure of whether or not you're getting anywhere. How do you feel? How do your clothes fit? It's not unusual at all for people to lose inches before they lose pounds.
