Why would the rude and crude Captain of the Omnitsukido care? :/ It'd be nice if there was some battle somewhere that needed a Captain's attention. I could even Rp his punishment squad members with him.

yea, but I don't decided when those kind of battles take place. What if he was walking around the siretai and saw aiko and his vc fighting and he just watched from afar and then aiko or his vc or even both notice him?

Thing is the only place he'd run into anyone is near the hot springs or his way there, and only when he's finishing up for the day. The Punishment Squad is always on active duty too, trailing people and whatnot. Take a look in the 2nd Division Captain Office and the Hot Springs thread, you'll see.
