I think a good place would be the Sanitary, or the place the princess is in Zen Gardens.

A good reward could be an evolving item, or a full outfit,(pants and shirrts and accesories all matching up to make a cool outfit) or maybe even straight up cash. Those are just some thoughts.

The dock by the Windmill in Bass'ken Lake! (Northeast Quadrant of the lake)
