”Just over here…” Auberon’s grin only grew wider as he pressed a pattern of stones in the wall and it opened before them. “Have fun,” he said stepping back and waving the dragon into the entrance. "Remember, whenever you're done, just come to the center of the Labyrinth..."

Luthe only nodded before stepping into the realm, his claws softly clicking over the cobble stone.

As the stones took their original places Auberon muttered, “I give him an hour before he’s begging me to show him the exit…This will be fun!”

The power that swirled around him was dizzying, Luthe had to pause and refocus several times. He had always been sensitive, before it had aided him in training because he could predict when his sister’s magic was ready to flare up. But now, this was a little overwhelming. He would have to wait until he built up a tolerance. That was it.

”What a light weight…” Auberon muttered watching Luthe's actions through a crystal ball (he was a goblin prince, tradition and all...) “This isn’t nearly as much fun as it should be. This is a dragon for Pete’s sake…” he took a second to snicker at his own joke. “Dragon…Pete…Ok, seriously…a little dizziness ? I put him in there to flip s**t and he’s a little buzzed…great. He’s not even in the Esher room…no excuse…he’s going to see the worm and think it’s all in his head…”

It was sometime later, after Luthe had regained some sense of himself, that he first heard the voice. At first he’d thought it only another layer of the magic that ebbed and swirled around him. But this, he noted, could not be so. While the magic had a strong sense of mischief to it this voice…was the essence of sadness and…loneliness.

Azura bathed in a crystal clear pool, softly singing to herself, her voice smooth and soothing to the incessant ache within her. It was nothing new, nothing unexpected… She’d known this pain most of her life. It was anger. It was hurt. It was the cry of a lost little girl who would never be found…she was better off lost. Of that she was certain. Alone she could stand tall. Alone she could be fearless. Alone she had nothing to lose.
Alone is lonely… part of her muttered bitterly. While it was redundant it was also true…but that didn’t matter. She’d done just fine for herself so far. And she wasn’t about to repeat the mistakes of her elders. Not a chance.

Luthe’s claws clicked softly on the cobbled floor as he approached the sound. “Hello?” he called out spying the figure in the pool. It was a female - Why does she seem so sad?
