"My life is history."
Her words were said in a teasing manner, but were anything but. The rising excitement in her voice was unmistakeable; she had found her niche among the books. Or at least, the start of her adventure.
"Earth's history." She said automatically as he began to tick off the different genres. "I want to read about Earth and what has happened to it since...."
Eyes drifted to the shelves as she caught herself. "...since its beginning. Do you have any of those books?"

Tony blinked at her, doing a good accidental impersonation of a deer in headlights. He didn't quite understand what she meant when she said her life was history, though he immediately assumed she was one of those hardcore people, the ones who loved on thing so much it became their life.
People like that did stop by every now and again.
Or maybe she meant something innocuous? She had been lighthearted about it, and he offered her a smile and a laugh, nodding his head. At least she seemed happy! And if she was, Tony was.
"Well then, it seems you have your reading work cut out for you," he said, nodding toward the books, "Earth's history? Oh yes, we have quite a few." He guided her to one section, pointing, "these are about the Earth, itself, ah. Space... ah... stuff. Geological changes. Then the beginning of man, and into human history, then on through recent times." He looked at her, smiling softly, "
