Nope. I sleep naked when I'm at my house. If I'm at a friends, no bra + lightly padded nightshirt + panties.

Nope. I live alone. Why I would wear clothes to sleep is beyond me. I only wear panties if I am having a particularly bad period.

If I'm staying the night somewhere other than my home (or my mom's home) then yes. Or if my pajama shirt is really thin (like the one I'm wearing now.) I'm a bit self conscience so idk.

Randomly Greek I alllways wear a bra. Always. Minus shower for obv. But I always wear a bra. Probably because I need the support. Always. neutral neutral neutral neutral neutral neutral But if anything when I go to bed the only thing I'll be missing is pants because I get to sleepy to change but I'm like I don't want to change so tired aughhh and then I kick them off and snuggle in my sheets. This. My boobies hurt if I sleep without one.

Yup. I have one that doesn't have an underwire so I sleep in that. Unless it's dirty or something, then I'll just go without.

I sleep naked, but if its a sleepover, I usually wear my comfy granny bra and jammies.

Occasionally, if I forget to take it off or something from earlier in the day. Sleeping with or without is comfortable for me.

I'd hurt my boobs if I didn't, so I usually just wear a sports bra.

I personally don't. If I feel they'll get in the way I wear an old tank top with a built in bra.
A bra with underwires or that's too tight while you sleep supposedly runs the risk of squeezing the lymph nodes in your armpits and causing cancer. Supposedly. One study proves it while the next disproves it, so who knows?
Though, if you do sleep with a bra, make sure it's not too tight. And if in summer you have the problem of sweat building up between your breasts at night and causing heat rash, fold up a small washcloth and place it between your breasts before falling asleep.

I might accidentally nap with a bra on, but I don't intentionally leave them on when I go to sleep.

I started sleeping without a bra because of this thread.
