Seriously, Zero, I think most of us have No idea what to do.
What are we nominating people for? Is there some kind of contest going to happen with nominated people? Are we going to vote like "Survivor"? Is it a wet t-shirt contest, lol? EDIT: ok, I got it.
It is an avatar contest
1 - Members are to choose other members (not themselves) whose avi they like.
2 - Then they Pm the name of the peson they want to nominate (based on thier avi) to Zero.
3 - still not clear on who will judge but that is the first steps
