Soma smirked with as he listened to Yukio. If he had the chance to change the past he would’ve saved his mother, however at the same time Soma did not feel the welcoming chill of Yukio against him like the others. True he was only meant to be a year or so, but to Soma he was just another child, someone that did not understand the world.
Sighing he looked at the paper he signed and had given to Soma. “The enemies are nomads, they have decided not to sign with either kingdom and often strike blows against us both in order to fulfill their own little desires, go ahead and take your sword.” Soma spoke softly as he signed another paper concerning the fight two men in the market.
-------------------
Hokyo sighed as he was greeted through such a rude tone; her mood of him had not changed. As he followed her, he could tell the castle had been designed far better then he could remember. The pictures that now hung on the wall were that of great ancient battles. As he entered the main hall his mouth began to drool, he couldn’t remember a meal which wasn’t roasted over an open flame and did not consist of chicken.
Taking a seat randomly at the table, his plate was filled and he began to eat with both of his silverware items, shoveling food into his mouth left and right. Of course this was not abiding by Rayee’s rules of keeping his manners. “Where are the others?” He questioned between breaths and clumps of food in his mouth.

Yukio didn’t bother with the cool atmosphere around soma because he trusted the male. He didn’t know why he did but it was just something that came natural, after all they both lost their mothers so he felt a connection with Soma that he just couldn’t break. He did hope he wouldn’t have to kill his father as Soma had but that was not something eh wanted to think about. Instead he patted his sword at his hip and grinned wildly “Great! … okay is there a specific location? Or do I have to walk?” Sure he could just appear if he liked to, like how he could go to that little tow, but if he didn’t know where these people were he would just have to walk the distance one he went a little ways of course.
“ I mean nomads aren’t the easiest people to find, do they look a certain way?” He didn’t mind just killing everyone but he didn’t want that look from Soma like he’d done something wrong, IT was one he expected to see on his mother’s face but from what he knew about her, she loved to fight as much as he did, if you could call it love. ______________________
Raylee looked at him with disgust and placed her napkin over her mouth as she found she was not hungry. She turned her head to the side and shrugged her shoulders. “The boys do as they please. I don’t keep tabs on them. When they need me they come find me, after all I can’t go far from this place without something going wrong.” She lifted her hand and removed a small glass from the table. It was filled with a red liquid and she brought it to her lips. She sipped slowly and set the glass back down.
“You disappeared so abruptly I figured that you didn’t care about what happened to any of us.” She had mentioned only boys for a reason. She didn’t really have any friends, so of course the only people she could think of were males, like Bandi or Adam. She never spoke of her sister, everyone knew that was a taboo subject and that she would not go well into that.

Soma thought about the question, it was a good question. He placed his hand onto Yukio’s head, and a soft glow admitted from his hand and offered a small suggestion of where they might be. While Soma had refused combat it did not mean he was anywhere near weak and he had trained for two years, so his power was not so violent as before. “I’d suggest the city of Sha, it is near the Eastern mountain range, nomads would set up where they least suspect that either Kingdom would send men.” He spoke as he thought of books and possible tactical manners. He yawned and tipped his chair back again. “May I ask what do you think of he ex-generals? Those that have died or no longer here.” He said in thought, he had read tales of Hokyo and what seemed to be his appearance nearly three thousand years before Daton was even in the picture, he wondered how far Yukio’s power allowed him to travel.
------------------
Hokyo coughed a little and took a deep sip of wine. Oh wine! It was so good! Water was good enough to keep him alive, but wine was delightful. His plate was cleared in a matter of moments, he leaned back in his chair and rested his dirty covered hand across his belly. Though it wasn’t a extreme appearance, he looked warn, his face had a few new cuts on each of his cheeks, dirt covered his face and his hair was fussed out from likely salt water.
“It wasn’t so much that I did not care, but I had to investigate a few new things in the world and I had family affairs to handle.” He said calmly, he had grown interested in the island of Amad, as it was suppose to be cursed, of course the truth was far less fearful, expect for the impending doom which was hovering from the man Singo. He though decided to ignore it was not a dire problem at the moment.
“I have a guest that should arrive in two days, may I have a room for him and myself?” he questioned Rayee, she was delightfully beautiful he had never denied this, but of course his manner of love and connection with people made it difficult for him to have relationships.

That would do. He could take the fast trip there and then walk till he found what he was looking for. He was ready to go but when asked such a question he paused. He had often gone back in time, but he had never tested how far he could go back. He didn’t know the full extent of his own powers but he had seen two generations of generals. He never had any reason to go any further back than that. He shifted his feet a bit and smiled “I only know of the generation before my mother came along and hers. Before her, Hokyo was still a general, he didn’t seem to age, neither did Dark or Daton. The others were strong, but to caught up in lesser manners that they were eventually lost and replaced with the demon and my mother and Lord Kei.”
He took a step back and felt his power begin to flow, causing the room to become cooler as he got ready to shift out. “But Hokyo better pray he stays dead, cause if not, there is nothing in this world to stop me from killing him again.” He cast a smile, waved and vanished. He left behind little snowflakes which melted promptly.
------------------
Raylee rolled her eyes and slowly climbed out of her chair. She moved across the room and retrieved a rather large book from one of the many book shelves in the room. She returned to the table and waved her food away. It was taken and she began to look through the book quickly. She removed a pen from one of her many pockets and began to scribble in the book with practiced motion. “I can fit you in, but the two rooms will not be beside each other. In fact the only available room is on the other side of the castle. We have taken in many refuges and it is hard enough as it is.” She was once again going into her book voice. If one didn’t know better they would think she was reading the book in front of her.
She tapped her lip with the feather end of her pen before moving down to scribble some more. “if you plan on sticking around, I can have a place outside the castle set up for you in two days. Your friend, however, will have to file the appropriate paperwork before I can look into a home for him. He is unknown to us and there for has to be looked into for violence towards civilians.” She slammed the book closed and stood once more. “ I can show you to your room now if you wish. Then I really should get back to my duties. I am running the place after all… oh and it’s Raylee now. I figured you ought to know.”

Soma sighed as he watched Yukio vanish. He sighed and leaned back into his chair. His hair had grown again to some degree, it hovered over his eyes a bit and he was taking a rather deep calm breaths. “What a troublesome time that Hokyo has left us in.” He said rather to himself and a man appeared beside him and lifted a number of papers off his desk and provided several more piles, he looked towards the new papers and almost seemed to shove himself into his desk and scream.
-----------------------
Hokyo sighed and thought for a moment, how he could provide knowledge that wouldn’t get his own past involved with Rayee. He took a deep breath and looked towards the woman before him. “When I went to the Capital two years ago, I found that Daton was already dead and Soma the new General was fighting with Dark, which resorted in Dark’s death as well.” He spoke slowly, attempting to recall what every possible detail had happened.
He looked at the other random people around the table. “I was forced to fight with the General Kei, even though I had already killed him once, he killed me.” He said the last part rather slow, he had never informed anyone of what exactly happened at the Capital which was why he asked to be claimed as dead. “I have never been honest with your sister or anyone, I am a bit older then you might suspect, the ancient gods, Lore, Lagn, Shin, all of them are my brothers and sisters. I was born from the sky and the world Shindi, I was the god Falo. After a series of fights with my brother Shin, he tricked me into becoming mortal along with my other two brothers.” He said flicking a piece of vegetables on the table.
Hokyo fiddles with the piece of silverware. “We were trapped, until all three of us died, and two years ago, me, Dark, and Daton all were killed. So we were put into the realm of the gods, I resigned from my position and returned here. After some time I grew tired of the calm life, so I went to look for my son, he is the child of me and my sister Lore, his name is Amico. He will be the guest I speak of, and I wish to warn you that you will need both of our help in the near future, from the man Singo.” He said calmly and offered no more knowledge of the things he might know.

The woman was quiet, just listening. She already knew of Kei’s revival, she already knew that he had killed Hokyo and she had been there when he came back. She knew many of the things he’d said because of her father. But that wasn’t what got to her. It was the mere mention of her sister. With speed that could not be seen by the average human, she picked up the knife from the table and threw it at the red haired male. It hit the back of the chair beside his head and she felt a dark presence come over her. “I don’t care. I know almost everything you said. I know about Kei and you. The part about gods… well I’m going to ignore that part for now. But never mention my sister again if you value your life.”
Around the table people had grown silent. Yuanri was a taboo and even the mere mention of her was something worth dying for. They began to finish up and leave the room quickly for fear of losing their heads. “you weren’t here when we were attacked, when they came. When my world turned into this prison. I don’t care about you’re “family” or anything to do with you really.” She opened the book and ripped out a page that would most likely make Bandi angry later. She scribbled a bit on it and slammed it on the table, sticking a fork into the top of it to keep it down. “Vouch for your "friend", sign the paper and then go away. You’re room is in the west wing, number thirteen.”
She turned on her heel and began to walk away but soon stopped and looked back at him, “She was a fool for loving you, even when she promised to hate you. I don’t need your help, nor do I want it. But if the people ask for it, I will give them what they desire.” And whipped her head around again, black hair fallowing like a waterfall. She stomped away, book in arms, quite angry. She would not believe a word he said. She would not fall victim to his silver tongue. Son, Friend, God, she didn’t care. She had forsaken any form of god when her sister was killed.

The armored giant strode into the palace grounds, admiring what present leadership had done with the place. His hood masked his eyes, true, but the smile on his face was unmistakable. Wulfgar's trademark hunter's grin was wide as he looked around. Right proper walls, a castle built of strong stone... He glanced around and saw the troops wandering the courtyard, keeping the refugees outside in order. And a proper army too, eh? better off than those conscripts, I hope, he chuckled. He followed the line into the castle, noting the desk and the stacks of papers on it. He looked down a hall, not wanting to wander anywhere as the guards were starting to take note of him. A giant man in extravagant armor and fully armed tended to draw some attention. None of the guards stepped forward, however. A few even seemed to recognize him. His grin widened at the though. Even after almost 2 years, the giant still leaves an impression.
He looked down a hall, and saw the black haired Ray. His smile dimmed down to a smirk. He'd not been with the Rebels very long before he left, so he wondered if she'd remember him. He dropped his hood back, his brown hair a bit tousled and messy, and his five o'clock shadow leaving him, less than presentable. He waved to her, bellowing down the hallway, his accent thick in his voice. "Oi! This ol' wolf 'as come 'ome!"

Hokyo tapped his finger against his chin in thought. He was alone again and he took a deep breath. “Kuki, is this true?” He questioned the air around him and a small light red orb appeared behind him and nodded softly. Hokyo grinded his teeth together and the orb faded away. His connection with his brothers and sisters was weak, and likely the doing of Shin and Singo. Yune had died in the process of time he had been gone for.
His eyes were slightly puffed and starred into the distance, his hand raised and he began to mess with the pony-tail that hung over his shoulder. His other hand placed on the piece of paper and he began to think that this whole idea of continuing to house the needing was not what it was cracked up to be. Hokyo would’ve thought that Bandi or one of the others might’ve created a housing unit for these people. It was not for the council of the red to house the entire world’s problems.

Raylee felt her anger subside as she heard a familiar voice. She turned her head to the side and gave a little wave. Her sister had been found of him in the short time that they had known him. He was a good guy, perhaps a bit different but a good guy. “and home welcomes its wolf back.” She gave a small laugh before repositioning the book in her arms. She gave him a once over and tisked softly. One hand went to her hip and she waved her finger at him “Now if you think I’m going to let you walk around with that five o’clock shadow, you’ve got another thing coming.” But she wasn’t angry at him, more or less teasing.
She glanced back towards the dining room and felt her anger twinge a bit. Houses could only be built so quickly. People had been coming from all around and there were just to many that they had to even advance the grounds to fit more people. This castle had been the last resort when it came to housing people. She couldn’t work the people hard because it would get nothing done, and she couldn’t leave to help them because then the structure would fall on the inside. But for now, for now she would brush that aside. She didn’t have the kind of power to create. This whole city, while vast and maybe even breath taking was still under construction. She couldn’t turn people away because it would be inhumane but if she kept taking people in, then she didn’t know what she would do.
She turned to face the man once more and gave a bit of a nod “if you are hungry then I’m sure they are still serving in the dining room. If not your room is still set up in the northern wing.”

Hokyo sighed in disgust and stood from the table and walked out the back door. He didn’t take long to find a branch of people setting out to work on new housing units. He sighed in disgust, and removed the over coat and cloak. “Hope you can use another hand.” He said to one of the men which looked at him and nodded eagerly. Of course now he was a fleeting legend among the soldiers in the Red Kingdom now. Strapping on a leather belt, which held a number of small hammers and nail patch.
His body was sore and exhausted from the traveling he had done. He hadn’t mentioned that he had to swim the Red Sea after his boat sank several miles out of land. He ventured out with the other men without so much as a word towards Rayee and any of the others. In fact he remained to keep quiet for the entire time, at least for several days to keep the others away from his attention. He arrived at a building site and was soon carry large beams of wood with the other men towards housing frames.

Wulf chuckled, crossing his arms. Two years was far too long to be away from home. Rubbing his scruffy chin, he smirked. He saw the quick glance she stole towards the dining room, and immediately he laid out his course of action. When Ray finished, his smirk returned, not missing the opportunity to tease Rayle back. "Still set up, for ol' me?" He chuckled. "Has our dear raven-haired Rayle a soft-spot in 'er mem'ry for ol' Wulf?" he chided. 'Tis good tah be home.
"As fer wha' I'll do, it's lookin' like you'll be needin' all the help ya can get. I'll go get m'self a meal, and come back out here tah help ye. But, first, a bit o' advice," he said, motionin to the refugees. "Most of these people were skilled tradesmen and women back in their days, or so one could guess. Give 'em work, have them help build the kingdom. Besides, work will keep their minds busy. Keep the madness away." He smiled warmly at her. He then left her, and started walking towards the dining room. He suddenly stopped, and yelled back down the hall to her. "Things should go much faster tha' way! Oh, and I'll clean up later!" he continued down the hallway to the dining room, rubbing his chin and roaring with laughter.

Gaia Name: The Revenant Hero Character Name: Alastor Starcaller Age: Of a race that is in essence ageless, but appears to be in his mid twenties. Powers: Chaos manipulation, Clairvoyance, time manipulation
Details:
Chaos Manipulation: A very odd and rare power, Alastor has the ability to manipulate raw chaos. This ability gives him nearly limitless power....at the expense of not always being able to control it or not getting the desired result. Because chaos can take any form, there is no telling whether he will conjure a pair of swords....or a flock of butterflies at any given time.
Clairvoyance: Alastor is able to see into the future....but only his own most of the time. This gives him heightened reflexes and sometimes an unfair advantage in one on one combat. When he tries to read other people's futures, he usually ends up exhausted after doing so.
Time manipulation: A power Alastor only recently came into. the first of his kind to gain this power, he was sent off into the stars to gain training. Due to his lack of knowledge, Alastor is barely able to use this ability and only does so in incredibly dire straits.
Kingdom: wherever he may land. Race: Celestian
Bio: Alastor comes from a far away world that is inhabited by angels, sprites, and other being of light. He is a relatively knew celestian, having not gained his wings yet. Celestia is an incredibly peaceful planet and has only known war once.
Unfortunately, war was on the horizon for Celestia. After an attack from the hellish planet, Baator, Celestia has begun preparing itself for the worst. Even more unfortunate, Alastor developed the power to control time and raw chaos. Not fully understanding these powers, he was forced into hard training to somehow control them. When all efforts to train him failed, the top sages on Celestia banded together and looked for someone who may teach Alastor. They found powerful beings on Shindi and immediately placed Alastor within a Celestian ship and sent him towards the planet with express orders to return immediately when he is fully trained.
With him is a sprite named Glysta. She is to be his guide and make sure he does not fail his home planet.
Description: Alastor is about 5'10" and is of medium build. His eyes are vibrantly blue and tend to glow like twin stars. He has long dark brown hair that reaches a bit past his chin line and has practically porcelain white skin. Due to his angelic heritage, he would appear to be incredibly attractive to non-Celestians but he is oblivious since he has never met anyone from other worlds. He wears black dress pants, a black duster, and a silk button-up shirt.

Alastor, wake up. We're almost there
Alastor groaned and merely rolled over on the small cot that supplied his bedding for the past.....he had no idea how long it had been. He ignored Glysta and continued trying to sleep.
Glysta glowed with excitement. She sighed and then flew up above his head,"Fine. Then when we crash and you get hurt, don't get mad at me. It will be all YOUR fault." she said in her normally melodic voice.
Alastor wasn't falling for it this time. She had said they were almost at their destination countless times just to get his attention. It wasn't going to happen this time so he continued to lie there.
But then the ship started to shake. His eyes sprung open with urgency and he rolled out of the cot and onto the floor with a grunt. He ran to the ship controls and looked over them quickly and then looked up at the view screen, slowly.
Glysta giggled,"We've entered their atmosphere already. Maybe we can find a ship mechanic?"
Alastor whimpered and flames shot up around the outside of the ship. He was only able to whisper out,"Why me?", before the ship started shaking erratically.
To anyone else on the planet's surface, at first it must have seemed to be a shooting star. Then, the object became closer and closer. Luckily, it landed in an area that was unpopulated. The sound the ship made when it crashed could most likely have been heard for miles. It was as if the heavens themselves decided to express their anger through sound.
Inside the ship, Alastor had been knocked unconscious. The controls to the ship were damaged, the engines were almost completely destroyed, and Glysta....always morbid Glysta....was giggling the entire time.

Raylee could only laugh at the man’s words. Soft spot? Maybe that was the case. She glanced over her shoulder and watched him walk off. “Is there anything that will keep my madness away?” She questioned but he was out of ear shot by then and she had spoken softly. He did have a point. There were many people she had yet to put to work. With all the events of today she knew she had to do something. But she was only one person and this was not something that she was made out to be. She looked up and bit her bottom lip. She wanted to fly, to be free, but this cage was growing even bigger by the minute and she had no choice but to stay.
She sighed and continued on her way back to the main hall. Here she filed all the documents for the day and then began to go over the residency list. She could move a few more people to workers, if she did this it would increase labor, but she would also have to increase the foot out take because when people worked, they required more nutrition. This meant more farm work, which was more working and again more food. She tugged on her hair. Why couldn’t she use earth or something? If she was an earth wielder she could simply will houses to be.
But that got her an idea. She tapped her fingers lightly and a small smile came to her face. She had been looking at this all wrong, perhaps, just perhaps, this idea would work.

Hokyo whole body was so limp, he had worked for nearly sixteen hours and actually put up a entire house which had impressed most of the men around him, but he had used much of his energy to carry the wood up to the building site. He laid on a beam which supported his body, his eyes closed and one of his legs hung off the beam and swung along with his arm. He had fallen asleep of course it had taken a few minutes for the men to notice this. The site manager let out a deep laugh when a few of the men told him about this and offered them a blanket and told them to call it a day, it was impressive to almost finish a house in a single day so he was content with calling it a day.
One of the men came up and laid a blanket over Hokyo’s body, though he was surprised how the red haired man could even be comfortable, but the man had had days in which he barely made it home before passing out. The man starred at Hokyo oddly for a moment, the man had been a soldier when the Red Rebels still existed, he could almost swear that the red haired man before him was Hokyo, but that was impossible. Their once commander had went to the island of Amad, he was as good as dead.
