 Cody looked over at Jade. "I know but still i have never been this close, which makes me a bit nervous but excited at the same time." he said swinging his bag off his back with his rifle strapped to it. "The main mythic that caught my attention was the dragons." he said grabbing a pair of strange goggles and strapping them on.

 "W-what are those?" Jade asked nervously, taking a step back.

Cody looked up at Jade and put the goggles on his forehead "What these? Their just something i made in my spare time." he said placing them back on and looking over at the trees. "These goggles have inferred and electrical lenses in case i want to tinker every now and then." he said placing them back on his forehead and looked back at Jade. "Why do they bother you?" he asked taking them off.

"Oh, no, it's okay." She tried to smile. "I just almost got caught by scientists who had goggles that looked similair to that. Technology just makes me nervous, that's all." "Oh great, a paranoid dragon..." Lily rolled her eyes.

Cody ignored Lily and looked over at Jade "I see... thats what I dont like about my kind." he said pulling out his pistol and loading it. "They always want to kill rare creatures just to study them instead of letting them live on." he said sadly and placing his gun back in its holster. "But if they come and try to get you i can take care of it." he said with a smile.

"Thanks, I appreciate that," Jade smiled.Lily perked up at this. "Ooh, you too? Glad I'm on the only one," She patted her bow. "I'm a pretty good shot myself, not to brag or anything. I'm after the scientists who caught me." She shifted her hand into her wolf paw, flexing the claws. "And in my other forms my claws and teeth seem to do a nice number on whoever want to attack me."

Cody looked over at Lily "Nice im pretty good to." he said looking at her bow. "If you want if we can find a good spot to stay at I can tinker with your bow and increase its hot power and range." he said with a smile. He looked at Lily change her hand into a wolfs paw. "Well i know a few scientists but I dont think any of them know about you two." he said relieved.

Cody looked over at Lily "Im also kind of on a revenge spree." he said laughing at the name. "They took one of my best friends away from me and ive never saw him again." he said sadly. He than looked over at jade "Wouldnt you get revenge to Jade?" he asked leaning against a nearby boulder. "Well should we take off once more to find a spot to stay or should we stay here a little longer?" he asked pulling out his rifle and looked down its sight.

"Not really," She shivered. "Those dragons were a lot bigger than me. I'm a gentle spirit and don't enjoy fighting. But I know if I ever come across those dragons again I'll have to fly fast. And I'm sorry about your friend,""Hold on a second," Lily morphed into her osprey self and soared above the small group. She landed and morphed back. "Well, there's a building nearby. We could sneak over and see what it's all about,"

"their were other dragons in the lab?" he asked a bit surprised. "I wonder what ever happened to him anyways..." he said looking over at Lily "that sounds good maybe its a lab." he said pulling out his rifle.

Lily nodded and began leading the way."No, it was my clan. Another clan was trying to take over the area and wiped out my clan in the process. I'm the last one left. I wonder if that other clan was a product of science though. They certainly weren't natural..."

Cody looked over at Jade. "Thats terrible." he said pointing his rifle down and pulling his finger off the trigger. "Most likely, those labs can ruin you." he said sadly. "I used to work in one of those labs. I never enjoyed a single thing they did in their." he said with a tear running down his cheek. "They did horrible things to your kind. They said they were doing the right thing." he said a bit angry.

Cody was growing more and more angry about the scientists "Well lets check that place out and be sure its not a lab." he said grabbing a small ball with what looked like small stereo speakers on it.
