Not trying to step on anyones toes but I agree with Mistah that two of the same clan shouldn't both be members of the four kings, but I also believe that as Raikage Mistah shouldn't be one of the four either and leave it open for other members to strive for.

In POTS I'm the Raikage and a Four Heavenly King.
Although the whole storyline for it is like a freaking Soap Opera.

@sosay: Yes i'm assuming that it would be cool for the current raikage to have once been a member of the four kings but not a current member. It would kinda be like taking a step up or something and leaving the position open

I don't understand why the Raikage shouldn't be one of the Kings, I mean shouldn't it be formed from the strongest members of the village? In almost every guild I've been in the Mizukage is a member of the Mist swordsman, and is usually the leader in fact.

Well yes but if you look towards the anime or manga i believe that once a person becomes a kage they leave a space open for the next generation to join the organization they left. I would be like saying you are a kage and former member of like the anbu or seven mist swordsman. And yes I think the four kings should indeed be made of the four strongest members, but aside from the hokage as they are to protect him and the village.

I think that THe strongest sannin, anbu captain, lead oinin, and strongest most prominent jounin should be the four. Kinda like pokemon. reguler trainers(genin to jounin)

Hmm so far I'm thinking it might be Me, Shay, Sosay and...i don't know. it might be Lance or Keishi.
