Today, some conspiracy theorists falsely claim President Obama was not born in the United States, making him ineligible to be president. However, there is no doubt that he was born in Hawaii.

Does the story fit the pattern of a conspiracy theory?
Does the story fit the pattern of an “urban legend?”
Does the story contain a shocking revelation about a highly controversial issue?
Is the source trustworthy?
What does further research tell you?
Does the story fit the pattern of a conspiracy theory?

really?? this is how your supposed to identify coinspericy?

North Korea has waged a nearly-60-year disinformation campaign to try to convince the world that the United States used biological weapons during the Korean War. Such claims are false.

Biological weapons evoke the nightmare fear of uncontrolled, deadly mass epidemics. The United States eliminated all of its biological weapons in the early 1970s. Those who falsely claim otherwise rely on the extraordinary power of this fear to overwhelm facts

Hold up.

North Korea has been saying for almost 60 years that the US used bioweapons in the Korean War. If the US destroyed it's bioweapon stockpiles in the early 1970s then that has no bearing on a disinformation campaign trying to convince people they were used during the Korean war, which ended by armistice in 1953.

There's no inconsistency in that.

but they destroyed those things after the set war not before

that would be like throwing out all my knives after being accused of murder.

so thats where my issue lies in. why rush to add excess reptition of a line or things that seem like tangiable evidence? at least we truthers have basis in tangible when it comes to eartly things (ive yet to see proof on aliens, ghosts and other magical things as much as id like to see them)

The two statements are unrelated though. That's why they're in separate paragraphs. The first paragraph addresses the North Korean disinformation campaign. The second paragraph addresses the fear that makes it work and attempts to alleviate that fear by stating that the US destroyed its stockpiles in the 1970s.

Don't get me wrong, I don't think it's entirely on the level, but it's hardly an admission that they actually used biological weapons in Korea. It's an overly assertive attempt to relieve fears about biological warfare.

i still think they really put there foot in there mouth though, and changing paragraphs dont make it less incrimnating to me. its just a sentance and a line difference. use of grammer isnt relevant to me. and besides truthers must link together things from all sides themselfs. you expect a person being accused of somthing to confess? you really think that were hated by all nations without a reason?

truth can and does appear in subtle ways, unless of course u know what to look for, thats what i leanred playing zelda link to the past with my nephew today. where i who know the game can eaisly solve puzzles and find things i cannot remember, where he cannot cause he doesnt know what 2 do
