Rendo looked at the males wagging tail and smiled. He noticed whenever Nui was happy her tail would start to wag. It was an interesting family trait.
"Lunaire, not as respected as it was when I left it. I'm back though."
As he heard Runaiu sudden alarm he could now smell the sudden decay and immediately stood up looking between his mate and sister to Yuki. Finally he went half way between the two just in case.
Rei studied the female silently gauging her. She had seen her brother hurt once and she didn't want that again, never again. As she heard the snarl from Runaiu she kept her spot as Nuishan got in front of her and her clan mate. Rei didn't have the feeling or sense of fear so she didn't know what to act on in these situations.
Odi kept his place still watching the group as he saw all of them react differently. He immediately categorized them into threat levels. Then in his mind he gave a silent curse at his scent, it wouldn't have been so bad if he hadn't of had a bought of bloodlust and went to sleep in the remains of a deer.
He stood up in one smooth motion and strowled out of his spot not even glancing at his family or Shai. He was on duty and emotions would get in the way. He could turn his emotions off to a extent thanks to his mother. Hearing the black and white males question he spoke in his emotionless manner.
"God, so don't make me hurt you." Od goldi eyes were locked on Yuki as he walked past his utterly bewildered uncle straight toward Yuki.
Rendo was shocked to see his youngest nephew walk past him. Between the strange scent and the fact of how he has grown. Last time he saw the fox Odi was still a young adult. Now he had a large muscular frame and a dangerous air to him. A Kana purebreed through and through.

Shai snarled at the males snarky response. To hell with this. Yet, when he noticed the male moving to Yuki in let out a vicious and wild snarl, moving to stop the male from getting close to his half brother. "Don't touch him!" He snarled, stopping when he felt pressure on his back. He turned his head to see Nuishan supporting a paw on his back, shaking her head.
"I will. Not you, Yuki will never forgive you if you stepped in now." She hissed before moving between the other fox and Yuki. She lowered her body, snarling deeply at the other. His scent was off, and his threat towards Shai made it obvious he was not friendly much. His movement towards Yuki was even more suspicious. The female wrapped her tail around Yuki's paw, so she would know if he moved.
"What do you want?" She snarled out at the other. She felt a figure join her, tilting her head to see Runaiu beside her. She wasn't growling, merely giving Odi a firm look that clearly said she wasn't afraid to attack him to protect her brother.
Yuki recognized Odi, annoyed by the two females trying to protect him and the one idiotic, hateful sack of flesh that was attempting to do so as well. He growled at Shai before moving past his sisters despite their protests and approaching Odi. Odi had no way of knowing his relations to Sin, not yet. In due time Sin would tell the tribe, when he did not fear betrayal or violence within the tribe itself. Right now, Yuki was protected from anyone that would attempt to harm Sin by attacking someone Sin cared very much for. It was true Yuki looked weak, but he wasn't. Having been raised by Sin he was far from weak.
He did know Odi, if barely. He had seen him once. The male moved in front of his sisters and stared at Odi with his famous blank stare, quiet and waiting. He had no fear, if Odi harmed him he knew Ixen and Sin would rip his throat out. He heard Unia cry out: "Please don't hurt him!" Glancing at his sister he shook his head, attempting to settle her down before looking at Odi once more.
"Hello."

Odi didn't much care for the other large male that was really starting to get under his skin. Yet he ignored them, why fear when he could attack his mind?
The two females suddenly blocking his way he stopped and stared at them. They were brazen for doing that. "Tribe business vixen." He said as he watched Yuki come closer to him.
He did however turn his head to look at Unia with a scowl on his face. Were their noses that bad? "Why would I hurt my tribe mate?" He said to her before looking Yuki over to see if he was alright.
"The elder sent me to check on you. Everything all right?" He asked before glancing at his mother and uncle.
Rendo was still in disbelief that the male that caused this entire uproar was his nephew. He was so different since he last saw him. It seemed whatever chance he had of not following Kana's example died a long time ago.
Seeing the sudden family ganging up on his nephew and his own mate he moved quickly over to Nuishan's side. "Odi, you have grown up since I last seen you."
Rei watched silently her face still carrying no emotion as she saw her youngest son come out. The way he acted and looked since she saw him before they weren't her seperate ways made her wonder what has he been through. She walked over silently ignoring the world around her to come nose to nose with her soon. The smell of death lurked heavy in his coat she had to look for his old scent.
Odi gave a nod to his uncle not able to meet his gaze knowing what he was thinking. When his mother came in front of him he frowned seeing how close she was to him. His eyes drifted back to Yuki as he waited for the reply.

Yuki knew why they didn't realize he smelled like Odi. His lavender scent always overpowered others, and always would. It was a lucky trait, for most animals would not be able to detect him when hunting, and most foxes would not notice who he belonged to, but the very tiny hit of death and decay could be noticed if one actually was searching for it. They smelled lavender, while Odi smelled Cruor scent.
He watched Rei greet Odi, not answering his question just yet. He noticed Nuishan looking between the two, and Shai slowly putting piece to piece. He was lucky no one said anything, he didn't want them to mention his relation to Sin. That would cause conflict that the tribe was not yet ready for, but soon would be.
"Yes, I am fine. I'm glad you made it out here safely." Yuki flashed a fake smile, something the male was used to. His emotions were always safe guarded if they weren't nervous or awkward emotions, something he had to learn to protect his life. Ixen and Sin were the only ones he smiled and laughed with, or even showed hurt, and sometimes Runaiu. Maybe Rendo in the future... He seemed easy to get along with.
Nuishan turned to glance at Rendo as he approached, uneasy and restless. How did he know this fox? She didn't ask, but she did notice Rei touching noses with the fox. They looked alike...
Unia moved away from behind Shai, not caring that her older brother let out a worried sigh. She glanced between the new fox and Rei, worried. Finally, she spoke. "Rei? Is he related to you?" She was the only one not tense and not afraid of the fox, merely curious and worried about Rei. Runaiu yipped at her from across the area, a warning to shut up and wait to see if the new fox was actually hurt Yuki. Maybe it was just Unia that had heard Odi's words about Yuki being a tribemate? Or had they blocked it out of their heads?
"Wait, you are in Yuki's tribe? Really? What's it like?" She didn't waste a beat, popping up beside Odi despite the cries of protest from the tense others around her. She smiled at Odi, apparently deciding he was not a threat. "Oh! Yuki why didn't you tell us?! I'm so glad for you!" She rushed to Yuki's side and licked him, ignoring his yip of surprise and how he backed away, eyes wide and ears against his head at the sudden display of affection from his sister. Unia noticed finally that her siblings were relaxing. They must have realized a tribemate would rarely hurt another tribemember.

Odi looked around the group silently. His eyes looking them each over. He could tell they were all family expect of course Rei and Rendo. The one thing he was however confused about was why his own family was here.
As he heard Yuki's normally depressed voice speak he looked back at him at the smile with little care. He just tracked a fox out here only to find some kind of family reuion and Sin couldn't of sent the scout? If he was still mad about Ara he might as well just say it so they could finally talk.
"Yes, I would of found you sooner but the crow I killed just gave me all kinds of random locations." He said shaking his head, it was the one Shai sent that had stuck around much longer then it should of.
Rendo looked over at his mate seeing her look then before walking over and whispering in her ear, Shai might really want to start something with Odi if he knew the truth. "That's my Nephew Odi. He's Rei's youngest child." He paused for a moment before continuing slightly louder so the closer people could hear. "Odi can get highly violent, just leave him alone." He said knowing how Kana raised their kits.
Rei still didn't move when her son looked away. She still looked him over before moving away without a sound. If he wasn't doing something important he would of spoke. She glanced at Unia though a little unhappy with how she suddenly asked him question. Well unhappy if she had the emotion.
The same colored eyes that he shared with his mother watched silently as she walked away. They held a little hurt but he didn't say anything. Odi turned his attenction to Unia for a moment. "It's...killer." He said watching as the female walked away feeling glad he had his personal space back.

Unia rolled her eyes. She suddenly turned to look at Odi, ears raised. He smelled like Doku, her mate! "Are you in Doku's tribe?" She questioned suddenly, moving close to Odi. "When you see him, can you tell him that he should visit sometime?" Her tail wagged at this, smiling softly at Odi.
Nuishan padded over to Unia, nipping her. If Odi had said was right then she didn't want Unia bothering him and getting hurt. "Unia, go talk to Runaiu. She's having another insecure fit." She poked her head Runaiu's way, where the female was looking at her coat and obviously judging herself based on everyone else. Unia nodded, padding off to speak to Runaiu. Nuishan raised her head, giving Odi a brief smirk before returning to Rendo and licking his cheek, nuzzling him gently.
Yuki noticed the hurt in Odi's eyes but didn't comment. He knew that look to well. He turned to look at everyone before going back to his silent posture, his paws crossing in a rather female like posture. If his father was here Yuki would have been on the ground bleeding from his ankles by now. His ears pressed against his head at this thought, padding over to join Runaiu and Unia, deciding to try and comfort his insecure sister.
Shai snarled under his breath, pretty sure what crow Odi was speaking of. He didn't mind to much, however he knew of one bird that had been his friend when he was a kit, a bird that had tattooed his tribe marking on his neck even. He would have to make sure he was okay later. The bird Odi had killed was someone he was not to close with.

Odi's watched the strange female go about, if he was put in a box with her long enough he probably would kill her. The sudden mention of Doku made him tilt his head slightly, "Yes I am. I will...how do you know Doku?" He said a frown on his face.
His eyes watched Nuishan with a confused air when she smirked at him. What even confused him even more was the fact that she was nuzzling her uncle. Could they be?
The slight growl he heard drew him from his thoughts. He found the source was the white and black male. His patience with the fox were starting to tire. "I'm getting tired of you disrespecting me. Snarl at me again and I'll make your cry in front of your family."
Rendo lowered his ears some as he felt his mate suddenly start nuzzling him. It wasn't her it was the fact that he went to such lengths to keep Odi from becoming what he was now. He was proud of him but he knew what he probably did. He looked at his mate sadly. "I didn't want him to turn out like this..." He whispered turning away from the group. "I lost my relationship to keep him from being like this...I know he kills now..."
Rei walked away from the group silently to sit on the edge and watch her Son. Whenever she had her family around she always was able to feel a small amount of emotion. Now the small amount of emotions left her wondering since one made her feel hurt; another made her feel warm, and one made her feel proud. The statement he made just made hte feeling circulate faster.

Shai snarled deeper at Odi, advancing. "Make me cry, just try it." He was a fighter by nature, and a runner. He was not scared of Odi. Odi made his sisters nervous, and he wouldn't have that. He wouldn't let the ones he loved be afraid. His snarl lowered darker, almost as deep as Sin could make it.
Unia stepped in front of Shai, shaking her head. "I'm Doku's mate." She answered Odi before addressing Shai. "Stop it! We are here to be a bigger family!" She didn't know Odi was related to Rendo, but still. This was a time for celebration, not for fighting.
Nuishan kissed Rendo gently, making sure he knew it was okay. Everyone had a bad apple. She still loved Sin. She knew what it was like to have someone violent in the family you wished you could help.
Yuki darted in front of Odi, snarling at Shai and practically shoving Unia aside. She yelped, not hurt but shocked. "You lay a paw on my tribemate and I'll rip your throat out!" Cruor members were his family, not Shai. Everyone was shocked at the normally quiet males words, but he meant them. Yuki and Odi were in the same tribe, and Yuki was loyal.

Odi watched Shai not moving from his stance before sitting down on his hackles and licking his right paw. He remember that all to well when Sin ripped into his mind. "Alright." He said taking the moment to locate Shai's mind from the group then went and started the same way Sin had did him. A quick ripping sensation before stopping to see the results. First time he would of used it on a fox so it was interesting to experiment.
"I see." He said to Unia, Doku never said what his mate looked like. So this was interesting.
Rendo looked sideways at her before looking back at the ground. It felt like he wasted so much to try and help his nephew. If he hadn't...then he wouldn't have Nuishan.
Odi looked sideways at the Yuki at seeing this sudden beast come out of nowhere. It was strange, not just hte fact of what he did but what he said. Odi wasn't used to another fox sticking by his side. Just his mate but not like this. Yuki gained a few points in Odi's mind.

Shai grimaced, feeling something rip into his mind. He shuddered, holding back the yell that wanted to be released. A memory flashed through his eyes and the pain intensified, until suddenly it went away. He growled, shuddering before shakily taking a step towards Odi. In seconds he felt Nuishan and Runaiu at his side, all three snarling.
Runaiu was at Shai's side in seconds. She may not be to fond of Nuishan but that didn't mean she felt the same for Shai. She nudged him gently to see if he was alright before sending a snarl at Odi once more. "Do you think fighting against three other foxes would be easy?"
Unia cried out, shocked. She didn't know what happened, but she had felt...magic. Being Shaman she had her own abilities as well, but none she would use to harm someone. She glanced at Shai in worry, looking to see if she could help him. There wasn't a wound, but there had to be something she could do?
Nuishan was at the other side of Shai even before Runaiu. She knew Odi was related to Rendo and Rei, but when did that matter? Shai was her brother, and she would not him being harmed. Rendo would have to deal with her attacking Odi if it came to that.
Yuki knew the ability Odi had used, having learned how to use it recently, but not to that point. He noticed Shai advancing, stepping closer to the white and black male and narrowing his eyes. "I may not want to harm them, but you I would gladly hurt." He threatened, ignoring the shock in Shai's eyes. He couldn't forgive Shai, and he wouldn't let him hurt anyone from his new, true family.

Odi watched the effects of his simple attack taking note of Shai's reaction and the memory he saw. Maybe he could even play on his fears. As he watched Nuishan run to his side he hesitated though. He knew this was his uncle's mate he couldn't hurt her. His eyes looked to Runaiu. "Currently, yes I think it would be easy." He said debating on attacking her mind or not.He looked over at Unia as she cried out with a frown. Something was off about her. "What is your tribe job?" He asked ignoring the two.
Rendo watched in utter confusion as he saw Shai just suddenly act as if he was in pain. He looked at the gold and black fox seeing no motion of him. Then his mate jumped to her brother side. He got up quickly and moved over to Odi. "Stop this before it gets out of hand. I helped raised you better then this." He scolded Odi who only gave him a frown.
Rei eyes took in the scene silently. She knew that something was highly wrong with this. Then her eyes went to Unia who was the tribe's Shaman. She was highly in tuned with magic and the look on her face said something. Rei quickly moved by Unia side and whispered into her ear, "Just bluff him. I don't want this getting out of hand." She said, her eyes shown were the only thing showing emotion at the time and the emtoion was pain.

Unia was shocked by the males sudden attention change to her. She felt the magic given to her by the tribe move inside her, and she forced it down. She had been given it to do her job. She was not going to abuse them. Ever. Her ability to speak with Deities and such was also another skill she did not abuse. If they did not seek her out, she would not seek them out. Her magic was something she would not use unless she had to for her job.
The Solarie Tribe believed in training in self defense, and she knew how to quickly remove herself from a situation, but she felt Odi could remove her from life itself if she angered him. His magic was wrong. It was dark and angry. She could sense it, wavering inside him.
"Gatherer." She lied, just as Rei had said. She trusted Rei.

Odi watched her like a silent predator. He wasn't a Shamon so he couldn't sense other people's powers, just when they tried to attack his mind. Although this was the case he knew something was wrong with her.
He stood up and walked away from the four foxes in front of him to examine her. "A carer..." He said stopping and looking at the two vixens before shrugging. "Interesting job." He said turning away to look at Yuki.
"I'll loiter in the area to make sure your safe. I'll keep a eye on you till then." Odi said casually as he walked back into the darkest part of the forest. As he started to leave he took control of a small dove and moved it to watch the group for him.
Rei watched her son leave with half opened eyes. It was hard to beleive that her son had grown up to be like this. In a way it made her proud to see he was strong, then the other it sickened her.
She turned her attenction back to Unia, "You did good. As he Shamon...did you feel something wrong with him?" Her voice carried a slight hint of worried to it, but you had to look.

Unia was about to correct him and say gatherer, but it didn't matter, as long as he didn't know who she really was. The Shaman turned her head to Rei, tilting her head. Why was she so worried? Unia herself was, but she worried about everyone and everything. Rei, well Rei didn't show much emotion. Unia smiled sadly, nodding. "Yes. There's something angry in him. Something dark. It's as if someone had given him the ability to hurt others." She shook her head, watching Odi wander off before smiling gently at Rei. "Also, I sensed his blood tie. He is someone related to you. A very close relation. It's okay, I won't tell the others." She nuzzled Rei gently before padding over to see if she could help Shai.
Yuki scowled at this. Sin must have sent him. His eyes followed the other before he turned his his siblings. "Are you alright?" He questioned gently, receiving nods from everyone and not even glancing at Shai to see if he was. Good, as long as his sisters were unharmed. He licked Nuishan and Runaiu's cheek, flicking his tail at Unia before padding off.
As usual, he was a trouble in the family...
Shai allowed Unia to examine him, even telling her he felt a slight headache, and that was it. It was the memory that bothered him, he had a feeling Odi had seen it. A memory of watching as a young black fox was being yelled at and tossed about by a larger male fox. The memory of his brother crying out for his help and the coldness he gave his brother. He had ditched him. If he could change that he would, but he couldn't. The memory ended with another black fox with white stripes on its tail and white paws rush to the others aid, yelling at the larger fox and receiving a firm smack to the face.
He closed his eyes in shame, moving away from the group without a word and sitting down by himself.
What kind of brother was he?

Rei nodded her head having her suspicions answered. Her face immediately lost whatever emotion it had at that moment. "I see..." She said looking at Shai for a moment before looking back at Unia. "It was his choice in accepting it. I have no say." She said before looking down understanding she knew her's and Odi's relation. "Yes, he's my youngest son. Also my only hope he wouldn't end up like his father...he already had a issue. Thank you. I don't want the tribe to find out." She watched Unia walk off staying in her spot watching the others.
Rendo turned to look at his mate a tired look on his face as he examined Shai. He felt like this was his fault in a way, for failing him and Odi. He sighed for a moment before stepping over to Shai swallowing his pride. "Shai...I'm sorry for the way Odi acted. I didn't know he could...he was..." He frowned not being able to find his words before just sighing and walking to Nuishan's side and resting his head on her back.
Odi laid motionless in his spot thinking over what he saw. It took him a moment to realize the poor fox was Sin, hard to tell without the blood. Finally it dawned on him that this was the family that Sin hated. He wasn't a stupid fox, this could be highly useful in his tribe standings. Knowing Sin's weak point could either get him killed or able to finally play a game with Sin. He needed more memories though, he'd get them from that fake hero Shai sooner or later. When he could catch Shai alone then he could take all he needs.
