I know this is kind of crazy and out there, but do any of yall celebrate Mardi Gras?
Just wondering because I go to college in Louisiana and we get 3 days off for Mardi Gras. Which is pretty cool. smile
I've only been to one parade and that was last year...I didnt like it very much cause they were stingy with the beads and it was raining. But I do like having a break from school! xd

(I live there too) Personally, I celebrated by taking a class, going to the gym, and cooking spaghetti. I've got some cajun coworkers who went back to Ville Platt and ran in the Grand Prarie Mardi Gras though, costumes, chickens, and all.
