For every breeding you have the option of doing two custom slots, which you can have one of, the other person can have one of or you can give to others or let people apply and you can choose which application you like best.
It costs 500k for a regular litter and something else for familiars. =] It's a really neat option in breedings, makes it so you can have a bigger litter =]
