Range of Jutsu:An area roughly 6 acres in size if they were in two rows of three. ( if any has a tough time with this, an acre is about the size of regulation soccer field)
Jutsu's Element:Combination
Description: Can only be used by someone who signed the panda contract, and requires sage mode to be active. After summoning the boss panda, Hiriyashi, The User jumps on the panda's head, as Hiriyashi used his mokuton to raise a forest arount him, and whatever else is around. This part of the technique counts as one of your jutsu's per turn. The forest is constantly moving and growing,And anyone stuck within the forest must roll a six-sided die as to not get tangled in the mess. After the forest has been created, the Sage is catapulted into the air by Hiriyashi, and as the sage is above the center of the forest, Gathers up a great deal of their Chakra and Hurls it out from their mouth with a mighty belch, Crushing all of the trees that were just created, and hopefully for the user, anyone trapped inside.

ok, jutsu looks pretty good. but what happens when they roll a six sided die? do they have to roll at least a 3 or something/ you might need to specify on that. also, in my opinion, the forest should be one jutsu and the breath should be another.
interest. any jutsu pertaining to sage mode must go in the sage mode forum. just easier to manage. ninja

Jutsu's Element:Universal
Description: This jutsu isn't actually a genjutsu, though most will assume that it is. The user will turn an entire area, no matter the lieve of light or what is in it, completely dark. By dark, I mean pitch black. Ninja, friend, foe, or caster, will only be able to see themselvesand about six inches out in front of them. A byakugan user wouldn't have this probelm, nor would a second tomoe sharingan user. The sharigan at second tomoe could see about five feet apart, and you add ten feet for the third, mankegyo, adn then eternal. This jutsu is often used to cover other jutsu. It lasts 8 posts, or until the caster Kai's it. It will give you feelings of fear and hopeless and discourage ninja outside it from coming inside the dome of darkness. Those afraid of the dark, or klaustrophobic will feel as though they are in heck while this is active. Though vision is limited, you can still hear enemy ninja. It will take a whole fifteen posts before it is useable again.

Description: THis jutsu goes hand in hand with the one above it. It will make you un affected by the infinite darkness jutsu, as you will be able to see right through it. Note that it requires on handseals and takes effect whenever the jutsu is used.

"WHy does the leader send me on death missions?" Kay asked himself as he did seals. Enemy ninja surrounded him on all sides, a lot of ninja in fact, and all he had to keep him alive at this point were nin and tai jutsu. "Infinite darkness..." he uttered as a black dome bursted outward with him at the epicenter. He blinked rapidly as his seeing through darkness jutsu activated passively. He sat on the ground while the ninja were confuzzled by the loss of their sight, and begun trying to Kai what they thought to be a genjutsu.His sharingan activated, as well as he began trying to gather natural chakra in addition to his normal chakra.
As his sage mode became active, he rose to the sky , seeing the ninja trying to hear for him, and did a few more seals. He heard the words "Byakugan," and "Sharingan!" and instantly got worried. "Fire lily!" he yelled as he inhaled an insane amount of air and fired five gigantic balls of fire at his opponents, and then began to breath heavy. He used the cover of the dark to advance on the Hyuuga's, engagin them in battles of brute force, in which they lost thanks to the sage mode's strength. But seeing the ninja were still plentiful, he used this same darkness to fly up, and out of the dome, taking to the skies where he hoped to be safe...

Description:
Honoo-dama, is a charge first, use later type of jutsu, where the user stores up chakra in a medium temporarily, and then releases when the user deems appropriate.
First, the user must undergo the process of charging the medium with fire chakra. This is done by performing and holding the Tiger hand seal while the medium is in contact with either hand. The medium can range from a sword to a simple vase, and there is no real special prerequisite. The time it takes to charge a weapon varies on the rank of the user; a split-second for Kages, a second for Sannins, three seconds for ANBUs, five seconds for Jounins, seven seconds for Special Jounins, ten seconds for Chuunins, twelve seconds for Genins and fifteen seconds for Academy Students. Once the medium is charged with fire chakra, a number will burn itself on a visible surface of the medium, indicating how many charges there are. Additionally, contact with a Suiton jutsu will cancel out the charges. The number of charges cancelled depends on the user's level and the level of the Suiton jutsu used. If of equal rank, then one charge is lost. If the jutsu is of lower rank, no charge is lost. If the jutsu is higher rank, then two charges are lost.
The total number of charges that can be placed varies as well; three for Academy Students up to Chuunins and lower, five for Special Jounins up to ANBUs, and seven for Sannins up to Kages. The time by which the charge can be maintained also varies as well; a full 24-hour day for Kages and Sannins, 12-hours for ANBUs up to Special Jounins, and 6-hours for Chuunins up to Academy Students. When the duration is up, the charges simply dissipate into the air.
Once the medium has been charged with fire chakra, the stored up charge can then be released by uttering the number of charges to be released, followed by the phrase Bakuha [爆破 “blast”]. This results in a fiery explosion with the medium at the center of the blast, the direction of the force create depends on how the medium was used at the time of release, the direction where the medium shifted its force to will be the direction the explosion’s force will go to. If the medium is stationary, then the force will simply radiate on all directions. Obviously, the number of charges significantly determines the strength of the explosion. One charge can produce an explosion equivalent to that of a standard Exploding tag; two charges produce twice the effect, and so on.

Following his prey through the forest, Fuun was tasked with one objective and one objective alone, search and destroy. The task made Fuun’s blood rush, and he took no care in hiding it. As he jumped through the trees, his devilish smile could be seen even from the shadows, following the men as they ran for their lives. ”Aw, this ain’t no fun, they just keep running. And I thought I’d get to actually play this time.” he spoke to himself, genuinely disappointed before he stopped as he noticed the men climb into a hold, before shutting it tight behind them. A wide, feline-like smile etched itself across Fuun’s face as his fangs began to show ”Cornered like mice, time to have some fun.” as he spoke he flung out the two knuckle dusters kept behind his back into the air, and slipped them on mid-air in a cocky fashion.
Looking closely, one could see something burned on each of the knuckle’s surface. As the light shone on them, it would reveal that it was the number seven, emblazoned upon the steel. Licking his fangs, Fuun jumped up and began to descend towards the ground where the men had disappeared to, holding both of the knuckles behind him. As he neared the ground he yelled out ”Seven, Bakuha!” and thrust the two knuckles unto to the ground, creating two large and powerful explosions, each seven times as powerful as an Exploding tag, combining to utterly devastate the underground shelter, leaving it in ruin as rubble and smoke flew out everywhere. As the chaos cleared, Fuun stood on top of the pile of rocks as it crushed some of the men. A few still survived, but were badly wounded and in need of help, help they would never find as Fuun cracked his knuckles while approaching them, exposing his devilish grin once more.
[To be honest I'm a bit unsure as to the varying power of the explosions and the rank, so it's far from final and can still be revised if found to be imbalanced.]

Rp Sample
Raiteki was fighting fiercely and had finally started to weaken his opponent a great deal. One more hit would take the enemy down. As Raiteki charged, his arm began to morph into that of a bear's and then was suddenly enveloped in lightning. The lightning grew until it was double the size of the arm and sprouted claws. Raiteki ripped right through his enemy and finished him instantly.

dante: approved, but i'm letting any other crew override this denial. the reason being is that this is a lot like deidara's chakra mouths, just without the clay. still, i like it. so yea....approved as far as i'm concerned, though if a suiton technique touches the charge before it explodes, it is canceled.

oh, well, they are approved. i've seen you rp and i'm pretty sure you won't abuse them. still, i'm not liking the "chiroku clan upgrade". change that and it'll be approved. or, if you talk to mistah, he might allow it, since he's obviously blinded by the noobish ways of the ninja and believe the anigan is better than the sharingan.

Well, if I may try to convince you by explaining this: Only those who have achieved the final stage of the Anigan can use the Chiroku Bonus because of the transformation ability. You have to do a lot of work (or get Auto-Ranked to Kage like Mistah) in order to use it. So if I got to the last stage of Anigan and was maybe Jounin Rank, I'd pretty much have the right to my increased ability. My technique was made to double the size of the arm and if I have a larger arm because I transformed, then the new arm's size would be doubled.

THey are just as strong as normal arms, adn thefore can also do jutsu, while allowing the sure to keep others going. These arms last for the entire battle. Rp Sample "Spider legs no jutsu!" Kay whispered as three enemy ninja seemingly crawled from the woodwork. Under his cloak, it would appear as though nothing changed, but the changes would become clear as the enemy ninja launched kunai and shuriken at him. He did another set of seals that put up a sheild of wind that delfected the projectiles. The next set of arms down would do handseals and a wind dragon would appear, and then the next set of arms would do the same thing. As they were distracted by this he jumped to a nearby tree and held on, hanging to it, by his top arms while he threw ninja tools at the distracted ninja and squinted at the dancing targets. The bottom row aof arms began doing seals and air seemingly bursted in the middle of the three ninja, who went rolling in seperate directions, and also were hit by the barrage of ninja tools. ((Blah I can't think straight when oan empty stomach...))

I already denied that Kay. If you need a reason, one is that you are GROWING EXTRA LIMBS. The fact that you expect all of these limbs to perform different actions to the point of complicated things such as jutsu is another reason.
It's just... No.
