Only girl horn of three other horns. : ) We have a ton of girl low brass players in the marching band, though. Both of our trombone players are girls!

im the only girl trumpet player in the whole school! lol but i only play trumpet in jazz. And im the only girl french horn player. i looove french horn.
and as for girls total for brass. . .there are 5 girls. lol. and yeah they are all firsts (including myself). lol

....YEAH!!!!valved trombone because i didn't have the time to learn slide right then...but i'm working on it...but euphonium for my original brass instrument...and in the words of my section leader...a girl!!!...IT'S A EUPHONIUM!!!EVEN IF IT'S A BARITONE,IT'S STILL A EUPHONIUM...and i'm gonna be the only trombone for concert season...and i think the rest of my high school life until next year... heart

Trumpet. I'm the only girl in Concert Band. But there are two others in Honors. And another one will be added for pep band things. xD Next there there will only be two though.

Erathena at my school there are 28 trumpets and only 4 of us are girls plus i'm the only girl trumpet in my grade JESUS BTW Any girls that play tuba well are friends of mine. I've only known one girl tuba player and she was beast.

In my band (symphonic band) we have SEVEN HORNS! It makes me so happy!! But I'm not a rare creature, actually 4 out of 7 horns are girls. Its kinda funny because the girls are 1st, 2nd, 3rd(me!), and 4th chair, and then the guys are 5th, 6th, and 7th chair! GIRL POWER!! biggrin
But then we only have 1 girl trumpet player out of six trumpets (yes, only 6, but they play LOUD.) and then no girl low brass players.. And the only guy woodwinds we have are saxes, which is all guys, except for a girl that is 1st chair clarinet in Symphonic and plays 2nd tenor sax in jazz.
Oh, and I play piano in Jazz Band! Only seventh grader in an 8th grade band, HECK YES!

Primarily a flute player, but I have been learning mello (corps) and horn (orch). :3
Currently in my high school band, we have two girl trumpets, two girl horns (not including me; I only play horn for orchestra), a girl euphonium/trombone, and a girl tuba.

I play flute mostly, but I can play Trumpet, Baritone, and Trombone when needed and be the best. So I guess I count!! Heh, I also date a Trombone player.
