(I actually have NO idea if I can copy lust's abilities, therefore I didn't post anything about it, but that's a great question to ask)

"Yup, that's exactly what I am," Zane said as his skin turned back to normal. He knew it would be weird to continue speaking to her while looking just like her. Pointing his finger upward to Will, he signaled for their third round and Zane was already starting to feel pretty good. "I can change my look whenever I want, hair color, eye color, whatever. I honestly don't even remember what my true form is, but this is the one I'm most comfortable with," Zane told her. "I can also turn into animals and creatures," Zane continued as Will brought both her and him another drink. "There is also an ability, I have yet to learn it mostly because I'm too lazy, but I can also copy a person's memories...but the skill and memory copy can only be done by coming into physical contact with someone. So...I can be anything anyone wants me to be," Zane smiled.

"Yeah, but if you think about it..." Zane said as he began taking a sip of his beer. It was ice cold, refreshing after a hard day's work. "I am a shapeshifter, a creature who mimics others. What better way of being a perfect mimic than to also copy the memories of others? It is a person's memories, their experiences through life that make someone who they are. Wether you like it or not, your memories have made you into the woman you are today. Now, if I truly wanted to copy you and 'be' Athena Lovette, then I need to know what makes you...well you. The memories, the laughs, the pain, everything that makes you," Zane explained to her as he shared his views on the importance of memories. "No matter what has happened in your past, it is the past that makes you who you are today...and though you should live in the moment, past will always still be there."

"I wouldn't call myself a strong person...I'm just me. As long as you have a fairly decent grasp on who you are, you won't get lost. I know who I am...Zane Hajime, a person who likes to sleep and eat and does anything to get out of work or training," he laughed as he described himself. "As long as I know that, I won't get lost. I'm not going to lie, sometimes it's hard...but what's life without a little hardship every now and then. It would just be boring then. And if it helps, I think you being a lycan is pretty cool...if you think about it, we're like very distant cousins because like me you have the ability to change into something else. And lycans are not dogs...they're above that, they're wolves. Wolves are strong, proud animals...they believe strongly in the pack and do whatever it takes to defend their own. If I could be any animal...which I can...that's what I would be," Zane told her as an attempt to make her feel better. By this time he was now halfway done with his drink.

"I mean sure...I've never really gotten that close to anyone, but I can imagine that would be a common fear," he told her. "Hopefully though, you've made a good memory by sitting here having a good conversation with a fellow shifter. And if you're ever in a bind, I'll be here in Kusana. I'm pretty useful in some cases, for example, I can copy your scent, looks and skills and if someone's chasing after you, I can always be a 'decoy'," he told her. Though he didn't ussually look for trouble, he wouldn't have minded making himself useful every now and then, and Cherry seemed a nice enough of a person that he wouldn't want anything bad happening to her. Zane was almost done with his beer when he removed the money he had made performing the mission and laid it on the bar table. Will walked over and grabbed it, knowing that Zane had just paid for Cherry and himself, and the leftover was the tip.

"Alright, sounds fun," Zane told her as he stood up, adjusting the katana and the gun on his hip. Brushing the hair off his face, Zane waved at Will then looked around the bar. "Hey fellas, stay out of trouble," he told them, knowing practically everyone there. They all cheered as they lifted up their beers to Zane and drank. Zane laughed as he turned to Cherry once more. "I guess I'll lead the way then," Zane told her as he held the door open for her and once she stepped through he began walking towards the palace.

Yensen quickly dashed in, grabbing every empty mason jar he could. After he stepped out, he scooped some dirt into each bottle, filling it so the plants could live in the dirt.
