Well, everyone has the right to express themselves through art, unless they are forcing it upon someone else or doing it in some other way inappropriately.
Also, maybe we should have a thread for the character's art.

Monkeybutt, what are the inappropriately art that has no right to be made that you speak of? Though it may be inappropriately, it's still expressing themselves in art, whether it be in music, photos, acting, dancing, drawing, ect, and they do have a right to do so if they wish.

Rikus_girl731 Senpai-Fluffy Shouldn't this thread be original artwork instead of pretty much copying from a how to draw book? lets see you do better. Why don't you click on his DA link, before you assume he can't? I might try drawing the hydra. That always seemed fun.

Yes, but it would be inappropriate to, say, set an unwilling person on fire as an artistic expression.

Senpai-Fluffy I never said you couldn't draw. I said you shouldn't draw if you can't take criticism. And I'm not stupid; I know everyone has the right to express themselves in art. Also, you might want to invest some money in anger management classes instead of art supplies. Edit: Hehe. This is starting to sound like Fine Arts Survey XD And why does she always log out when I post? sorry i had to go to the dentist office.

Hm. I admit your not that bad fluffy. you should get an art book and go through some of the basic body and face shapeing steps though. but not bad at all.
((see. this is what I call critisium. if your going to give addvise or say you don't like something about it you should always leave a positive coment as well. so that the artist doesn't get discuriged.))

Why thank you for your suggestion, but I don't to use books, unlike you and other... people. Books are for people who don't understand art which is just stupid.
And don't call me Fluffy. You call me Seth. People who don't get on my nerves can call me Fluffy. And I don't care if you add positive comments. I don't and guess what? Tons of people love it when I don't put positive comments either.

 A pic i drew back in 8th grade i think it was. i just colored it in here not to long ago. saddly the quality is not very good because of my stupid scanner killed it. the colors look a lot better in real life trust me. ^ ^ OMG I LOVE THE FISHIES!!!!

look I'm trying to be nice here. and i'm not saying to copy the pictures out of the book but it helps to get the basic shapes down so that you can draw without looking at a picture or something. because no offence but some of your pics do look a little sight drawn.

@Rikus: The coral looks horrible; Girls aren't mermaids in Greek Mythology; their bodies are horrible; Clown fish needs major work; and what's with the brown stuff? If it's rock; you need to work on it a lot more.

I told you my scanners horible. and its not suppost to look to realistic. its manga after all. and i was useing copic markers and i was still getting the hang of them then. trust me it looks much better in real life. and thats no coral its the thing that nemo and his dad lived in. sorry i have no idea how to spell it.
