I'm not sure about the bookmark... My copy didn't come with one. Anyhow, the important part (footnotes) are right in the book, so if you've ordered it, you'll get the 'special features' or whatever we want to call them.

It's possible I imagined the bookmark. Or that it was actually the one which came with my movie soundtrack CD.
