Jadyn tried her best not to laugh at her brother/psuedo son's theatrics. It wasn't really that funny, but considering that being dead for over a hundred years and then revived at a younger age hadn't been enough to get rid of Feleti's urge to make things overly dramatic, it was still amusing. Jadyn was now convinced that it would take something nigh unto an apocalypse to get Feli to talk like a normal person once in a while. "Now I didn't say you couldn't spend time with her, Feli,"she said, biting back laughter. "Just that you can't date her and that she's already married."
Phoebe giggled at Davian and nodded. "Sure, you can win - if you can beat me! And Feli, you're kinda weird," she added with another giggle. "Weird and silly!"
Kupo grabbed Thali and patted at her with a little hand, big eyes wide with pleading. "'Nother cookie, p'ease?"

Feleti crossed his arms and pouted in an expert fashion. He was good at dramatics, when girls were around. Especially pretty girls. "She has stolen my heart," he said convincingly. "She has stolen it, and I cannot say that I wish for her to return it. Keep it, Princess, in memory of the love we could have--" he paused, and studied Phoebe. A frown crossed his sharp, elven features. "I don't like you," he said clearly. He wasn't going to tell her that he thought she was scary. She was bigger, scary, mean, and if that wasn't bad enough, she had a snake behind her! And it seemed to be attached to her, which made it even more frightening.
Davian was determined. "I beat you," he decided. "I gonna win."
Thali rolled her eyes slightly and handed Kupo a cookie. Silently she wondered about the baby's health. If he kept eating like this... who knew what would happen?
