Vicer tried his best to dodge, but his dizziness caused him to stumble and be useless at dodging. All of Zeke's attacks hit dead on. He slammed into the ground, gasping for air as it was knocked out of him.
He quickly gained his composure, and began to laugh, "Thanks, I'm not dizzy any more" before sticking his tongue at him and charging some of his Chakra. "Release!" he yelled once he had enough.
An explosion rocked out of his body, launching out into all directions. He made sure some went downwards so he could stand up easily, but some went out and around towards Zeke. As he launched himself up, he could feel the effects of the attack a few seconds ago, but struggled through it and kept himself upright.
He charged towards Zeke, stumbling slightly, but it wasn't very noticeable. As the fire in the air began to fade, he reached out and it was all sucked back towards him, covering his arms and legs with fire, then moving to cover all of him in it, putting a flame armour around him. Once he was covered in fire completely, he raised his arm and charged Zeke, aiming to slam his arm into his torso, returning the favour.
((I wish I could use my best attacks, stupid being a Genin, I had a good idea for an attack then...))

(Aw man! D: That sucks. I'm from an ally guild, so I guess the rules don't apply to me. Hurry up and get promoted so you can go all out! lol) "Glad to help." Zeke smirked. He then noticed the energy building up in Vicer and realized what was about to happen. He didn't have enough time to react however, as the explosion launched out and hit him it sent him flying back a few feet. He landed on the back of his shoulders and rolled back onto his feet, sliding a bit as he did so. He looked down at his torso for a second and saw a couple of rips in the chest part along with a few small cuts on his chest as well. "Great..." He groaned before looking up at his opponent again. He didn't remember fighting a flame monster today. Oh wait...
Zeke threw his right arm out as electrical pulses began to circulate around it before the entire arm was covered in a coating of electricity that crackled and popped every second. Afterwards, he charged back at Vicer as his left arm did the same thing as his right. This way, he could counterattack instead of dodge.
Once Zeke met with his opponent, he threw his left arm up to block the forearm smash and spun around into Vicer's torso and forced his own electrified forearm into Vicer's gut in order to stun him again.
Live Wire: Zeke's arms are completely covered in electricity, allowing him to deliver more damage than a regular attack and send volts of electricity into the opponent at the same time to add internal damage as well as stun them for later attacks.

((So you don't mind if I go all out then =D Since its Non-canon, may as well!))
Vicer felt the shock go up his arm as Zeke blocked his attack. It was a massive shock, but he could still just move the arm. As he spun around him, he used his other arm to block the attack, which again, made him lose most of the feeling in his arm.
He stumbled back from the shock, and stopped a few metres away from him. "Just cause I can't use my arms, doesn't mean I am less effective in a fight" he said with a smile, amazingly not stuttering through out it. He began to spin, turning his arms into a windmill. He then started to send some chakra to his fingertips and feet.
He kept his arms spinning, and not attacking, just gathering fire into his feet and arms, waiting until he got enough energy into it.

(Oh let's do it! Ey! > biggrin ) Raising an eyebrow at Vicer, Zeke shook his head and brought his arm back as a ball of lightning began charging in his hand.
"Like I would just sit here and let you charge an attack. HA!" He laughed before he slung the ball at Vicer. It wasn't a beam or anything, it was just a ball of electricity that fell harmlessly at Vicer's feet. However, it was not as harmless as it appeared. Which was revealed as the lightning ball suddenly blew up in an electric explosion that was right in front of Vicer.
Lightning Grenade: Zeke throws a compressed ball of lightning at his opponent that explodes on impact.

Vicer dived out of the way, trying to get away quickly instead of distance. he rolled back up, excepting a large wave of electricity fly past him, instead of he saw a small ball on the ground a few meters away. "Eh?" he said just as it exploded. He was covered in the electricity, he wasn't as badly effected as he would have been had he not dodged.
The lightning pushed him back, yet he stayed upright, still swinging his arms. He started to breath heavily, and his fingertips began to glow brightly "Balefire". Suddenly, they began to release a concentrated laser of flame.
It went straight from his fingertips and out, not stopping for anything. With his arms being waved wildly, the flames were sporadic, and burnt everything in its path, igniting patches of grass. Some going towards Zeke.
The beams finally stopped, and he was surrounded by flames. "This... should wo-rk." he said as as he stopped spinning his arms wildly, and slapped them together.
He then fell to the ground, crossing his legs and going into quick meditation. It took less than few seconds for him to become fully entranced. The flames and smoke stopped Zeke from seeing him, so he assumed he was safe for a little bit. The fire began to form around him, spinning into a ball in the air.
The ball kept circling for a while, but then wings sprouted out of it, then a beak and quickly took the shape of a large bird. It screamed out a piercing noise, an extremely loud bird screech, then barrelled towards were Zeke was.
A few more birds started to form and then fly around, going to find where Zeke was and attack him, blowing up after a few seconds of fighting, or going for a suicide attack.

Flame Style: Balefire: Fire Chakra is taken to the finger tips, then sent out sharply at an extreme speed. The diameter of the flame is very small, so the attack does not waste any energy in dissipating to the air.
Rising Phoenix: Releases many flames into the sky, all forming into a large bird. The bird can be controlled by Vicer, but he needs complete concentration to keep it going for longer than just a single charge.

(Time, time, time. Anybody have some for me to get online more than 10 minutes? Ugh. X.x)
Zeke chuckled a bit at Vicer's "shock" with his lightning grenade. He couldn't help it, really. However, the smirk faded once he saw the end of Vicer's spinning flames begin to glow. Before he could say some witty comment, concentrated flames began to shoot at him as well as around him. Zeke ducked low, jumped up, swayed to the side, and did everything he could to dodge the attacks. He even had to pump electricity through his body to speed up his evasive maneuvers. Fortunately, he was able to dodge all of the beams as they passed. However, smoke from the flames and burning grass hid Vicer like a black curtain, leaving Zeke uneasy.
Like almost every opponent would do, Zeke expected Vicer to take advantage of the opportunity. However, Zeke didn't plan on letting his opponent succeed. He spread his legs into a steady stance with his arms curled into two L's, his palms facing the sky with closing fingers. He began to charge all the electricity in his body into one focus. He didn't finish however because he was too late in stopping Vicer. Flame birds shot out of the smoke and flew towards him. Zeke had no choice but to use the stored up energy into fighting back. He smirked once again and disappeared, reappearing away from the first phoenix. He kicked at it and a lightning bolt shot out and through the fire creation, getting rid of it. He kept doing so with the ones that took it's place, trying to eliminate all of them. After a bit, it suddenly hit him. Vicer's still in the smoke, sending these out. Zeke turned around and pointed his palm at the smoke and released a continuous arc of lightning that swept through the smoke, trying to hit something.
Arc Lightning: Zeke fires a continuous stream of electricity at his opponent.

((Fuuuu- My computer stuffed up and I lost me entire post... Gaia logged me out, and I couldn't recover it...))
Vicer kept sending out the birds, he could hear their screeching as they fell, but could do nothing but constantly attack. Luckily with the abundance of flames, he was not using much Chakra, and when the birds hit the ground, they would ignite more fires. As he was contemplating his next move, he was slammed in the chest by a lucky bolt of lightning.
He was sent back, landing hard on his back. He tried to recover quickly and keep sending out the birds, but it didn't do much. He made a bird, but it looked handicapped. He sent it anyway in case he would feel empathy for it.
He lay on the ground and looked to the sky. It was covered in black smoke. Seeing the smoke, and realising the source, gave him a great idea. He sat up and glanced at all of the flames around him, he laughed and started to shift the flames around himself, directing them towards his face.
As the got close, he began to eat it and absorb it for its chakra value. At the same time, he leaked out the same amount of untapped fire chakra, it seeped into the air and began to spread itself around the battlefield.

"Maaan, mother nature is going to be pissed." Zeke said as he looked around at all the burning grass, flames, and smoke that was around the battlefield. After destroying the last crippled bird, he walked up to a patch of flames and stepped through it. His shoes caught on fire, like planned and he walked in a horizontal line from Vicer, leaving burning shoe prints in the ground. After a second, the flames created three fire clones of Zeke. Each only had a rough outline of Zeke and looked like living fire. Zeke pointed in Vicer's direction and the clones took off towards him.
Each clone had the same speed as Zeke without help from his lightning element, which was still pretty quick. One made a katana from it's own flames, another a scythe, and the third turned his hands into claws of fire. Each took a different path towards Vicer, two going on opposite sides of him while the other went right up the middle. Whenever they reached him, the middle clone slid down in front of Vicer and sliced at his legs with his claws. The clone on his right sliced at his ribs with the scythe but kept his head down a bit. Reason being is the last clone coming from the left side, who leaped up and sliced at Vicer's head with the katana jumping over the clone with the scythe.
While all this was going on, Zeke began to charge his lightning energy again, trying to get it to a certain point. It wouldn't take long this time since he still had a decent amount leftover from the last time.

Vicer chuckled to himself as the flame bodies began to attack him. He waited until they were a few inches away then stopped them all instantly, he still leaked Chakra out, but not as fast until he could resume his eating. All of the fire clones, stayed near him, then burst in a small flame and reformed in the likes of Vicer in front of him.
The started reforming the same weapons that Zeke had given them. "Why would you send... Flames to at-tack me? When I have... Master-ful control ov-er it?" he asked Zeke, clearly mocking his decision. The flames dashed out, this time using the speed of Vicer, slightly faster than Zeke. Each clone followed the same path as Zeke had set, as it was programmed into them, and required little chakra waste.
He kept eating the surrounding fire, the surrounding area filling up with Chakra.
((Points for guessing what I am going to do with all this fire Chakra =P))

Zeke was no longer in the spot he was in at first. He had moved to the edge of the cliff, to the left of Vicer and already out of the way of the clones. His entire body was coated with a lightning aura. It looked unstable, but was under complete control.
"Ever hear of a distraction?" Zeke asked him, chuckling as he spoke. Above the flames and smoke, in the sky black clouds had gathered into one spot that was directly above the battlefield. Zeke had finally charged up enough juice for this. He raised his hand into the air and swung it down just as quick as it went up. As soon as he did this, a huge lightning bolt struck the field with extreme power, it's main focus being Vicer's direct location. The force from the lightning burnt out all of the flame patches around the field and burnt all of the grass as well. The area where Vicer was standing would have a huge crater in it's place. And the ledge Zeke was standing on broke off and fell into the ocean. As soon as this happened though, Zeke summoned his dracolich wings and flew up, going back to the spot where he was once standing. "Did I getcha?" He asked as he looked to where Vicer was originally. Hopefully, he was still there and Zeke had knocked the fight out of him.
Thunder Drop: Zeke summons a giant lightning strike that destroys all in it's path.
Dracolich Wings: Zeke has the ability to summon Dracolich (Undead Dragon) wings to his back. These wings give Zeke the ability to fly.

Vicer noticed the attack before it was unleashed. He used some of the pent up chakra around him to increase his speed ten fold. He rocketed clearly away before the lightning struck down. He suddenly felt cold as he noticed his fires had gone away. 'Wouldn't lightning create more fire?' he asked himself.
He shook away thoughts of the absurdity, and created the smallest spark he possibly could. The flames sprung back to life, in increasing size and space., using the heat that still resided in the area to use little effort. "Nope..." he said back as the fire's began to bellow their smoke back into the sky.
"My turn... For a sup-er attack?" he asked, before clapping his hands together. A small spark went from his hands, and erupted into a small fire ball. He Jumped back into the crater, and raised the ball into the air. He used the heat from it to start sucking in the air and chakra into the sky, surrounding the ball of fire. It began to glow blue, then a bright glowing white colour.
"Gates of Hell" he said as the wind began to pick up. He barely had to do anything, the air heated up and spun around the ball of fire, picking it up and causing it so spin and lift up into the air. The wind carried with it extra chakra from the ground, and some of the fires. The flame began to enlarge, and pick up speed into the sky.
As it went into the sky, the ball started to twist in shape, forming a cone. The wind went between the fire, fuelling it, carrying chakra still. It then shot up, having a large radius and taking up a fair amount of the sky. The ball had now turned into a fully fledged fire tornado, and was raising towards Zeke. 'With his wings, he should be slower, and be sucked in by the raging winds... Good luck dodging, or breaking it.' he thought to himself, he could feel the fatigue of the attack, but was happy with the results. He took another look up at the sky, it was almost completely covered in swirling free flowing fire in the sky. He chuckled to himself as he took the opportunity to rest.

"Oh wow. That's impressive." Zeke said with wide eyes as the fire tornado spun faster and faster, sucking in the air and anything not too heavy. If Zeke were on the ground, he would be fine. But as of right now, he was hovering in the air. Or at least he was. He began to slowly inch towards the tornado, fighting against it otherwise it would suck him right up.I can't fight it forever. He thought to himself. After thinking for a few seconds, he sighed and dispersed his wings. He began falling towards the ground below before he aimed his hands at the tornado and began to charge two Reaper Blasts. Once they were ready, Zeke fired the blasts. They were both much larger than the one from before and propelled him back towards the water beneath. The blasts shot through the fire tornado, taking out a huge chunk of it as they went through. Zeke saw this happen and was satisfied and felt a bit safer than before.
Timing just right, Zeke waited until he was close to the cliff's edge and stopped his blasts of energy just before flipping back and landing on his feet. Standing at the very edge now, Zeke looked back over the cliff before looking back at Vicer. After a couple of seconds, Zeke got back into a defensive stance and motioned his hand.
"C'mon." He muttered, looking serious now.

"Well... If you-re seri-ous" Vicer replied, he jumped backwards quickly and picked up his sword were he embedded it into the earth at the start of the fight. "I may as well... Become it too..." When he finished talking, he swung the sword around a few times, getting used to it, and to show that he knew how to use his sword well.

"Then let's go." Zeke said as his arm began to darken until it was totally black. Black electricity ran down it once before his arm began to glow a crimson red. Once the light was gone, Zeke's arm was now covered by a black and red gauntlet. The gauntlet transformed into a long cleaver-like blade with shadows spinning up and down the blade like a giant chainsaw from hell. Once it was ready, Zeke looked up at Vicer and dashed forward with such speed that the force from his take off crumpled the cliff he was standing on and it fell into the ocean. Zeke would reach Vicer and swing diagonally down his chest in under a second.

'Heh, I should win this, I actually practise with a weapon' Vicer thought to himself as he saw Zeke create his weapon. A smile sprad across his face as his opponent charged at him. He flicked some hair out of his eyes and stood firmly, awaiting the charge.
The attack was quicker than expected, but was easy enough to block. He planted his feet into the ground in a wide stance, and with the flat edge of the blade, laid it across his arm, to increase the shock absorption and so he wouldn't be knocked back.
The slash clanged against Vicer's sword, sending a loud ringing in his ears. The shadows kept spinning around, trying to chop his precious blade in half, but failing against the hardened metal. Being this close to his opponent, Vicer formed some oil into his mouth, then spat out as much as he could, igniting it as it left his mouth and sending a massive fireball to quickly close the small gap between them.
