Whilst Rynth might have been a theatrical creature at heart, it also gave him the keen insight to know when he was being played, and thus, reaching out, he flicked the other in the forehead. "Mmmhmm...and I'm the lost King of the Medo-Persian Empire....I'll have you know it's nigh-on impossible to pull that sort of tomfoolery around me..." Tomfoolery was a word he'd picked up from Wit not three hours ago...as it had been used to describe the mess that Rynth had unwittingly made of the refrigerator in a snack raid.

Fios yelped at that and smacked a hand over his forehead. "Hey! I'm trying to prove a point here! Just 'cause I don't choose to use it all the time doesn't mean I don't have one." He paused and grinned. "And pirates haveta be actors sometimes too. Not everyone can see through it."

All right...well perhaps living with this chap wouldn't be completely intolerable. Sighing heavily, letting all the air from his lungs, he begrudgingly nodded. "I s'pose so...people really can be quite stupid...and the best way to get what you want is oft-accomplished by well..." He smiled, an impish air to the expression, "...playing a part." After all, he'd done it well enough in the last life, maintaining a veneer of culture in a society fraught with quibbling idiots.

"Mmhmmm~" Fios hummed happily at that. So hey, this guy wasn't all bad apparently. Maybe they could have some fun together, instead of snapping at each other. That'd be nice.

Offering a taloned hand to his new roomie to give assist up, he chuckled softly, "So...give the parents hell...?" After all, they were children, and with such a mind to work with, no matter that they seemed wee geniuses, the inclination to use them for prankish purposes was almost overwhelming. Alone it hadn't been an easy feat...not with Wit around, but with an accomplice? Oh the possibilities that arose.

Fios grinned at that. "Oh yea," he agreed, reaching out to grasp that hand and use Rynth's help to get up to his feet. This could potentially be reeeallly fun.
