 Unnamed BoyThe boy continues to look at Annatar curiously, "f-forest, t-town" the boy starts trying to immitate Annatar's words not knowing what they meant, he moved a little closer.

 Annatar
"You don't understand me." she realized. Could he possibly have been living out here by himself? she wondered. She smiled kindly at him and gestered for him to come to her. "Come here." she said, hoping he would understand.

Annata set her staff against a tree and knelt down so they were looking eye to eye. Hmm. How should I start? she wondered. Well, name first. She pointed to herself. "Annatar." she stated.

Annata taught him the names of things. Tree, leaves, and other thing. He caught on quickly, but she couldn't be sure if he really understood. She thought about using magic to look into him mind, but she did want to scare him. So decided to distract him. She continue pointing things out and name them, then gentle put her hand on his shoulder.

Unnamed BoyAs Annatar taught him the names of things he start to point to objects and say what they were called, he seemed a little startled when she placed her hand on his shoulder but quickly calmed down.

Annata smiled, pleased. She didn't have to read his mind after all. But she did see where he lived. It was a cave not too far from here. She didn't look much farther, not wanting to invade his mind like that. He should tell her on his own, when he learned how. The town could wait. She wanted to stay here awhile, but they needed to go to his cave. The sun would be setting in a few hours. She stood, looked at the boy, and walked in the direction of his home. She turned gestering to him. "Follow. she said simply, so he'd understand.

Unnamed BoyThe boy started to follow Annatar until he heard a loud boom of thunder, he looked to the sky seeing dark clouds, knowing there was a storm coming the boy grabbed Annatar's hand trying to lead her to his cave.

Firion still riding his G.E.A.R. through the forest hearing the sounds of thunder in the distance "Darn a storm is coming in. I better find a place to stay at throwing his G.E.A.R. into full throttle to quickly find a place to stay passing by the two without knowing

Unnamed BoyHearing an unfamiliar sound the boy looks around seeing Firion riding by quickly on his G.E.A.R., the boy is startled and quickly hides behind Annatar.

Annata placed her hand on the boys shoulder. "It's ok. I already gone. Let's go." she said, pushing him in the direction of his cave.

Unnamed BoyAs they reach the cave the boy runs to the entrance and motions for Annatar to come, he ran inside, just inside the cave there is a small cavern, in the center the boy has place for building a campfire, the ceiling in the cave was just right where the smoke was ventilated out of the cave but the rain wouldn't come in, he had a makeshift bed just the right distance from the fire ring where he could sleep warmly without the bedding catching fire, he had old toys and trinkets that he had found in the creek that children in the village upstream had lost and they washed down to where he found them. The boy runs in and quickly starts a campfire.

Annata looked around the cave impressed. "Quite a clever boy you are." she muttered. She doubted very many boys could have survived as well as he was. While the boy was building the fire, she summoned a book from her place. Books always helped the learned prosess. It was a simple book. One that help you learn ABC's and such. This boy needed to learn how to speak if he ever ran into anyone else.
