Hair color: Misty blue fading to a dark silver(almost black-ish and shiny like silver)

Hair/clothing edits (if any): Hair style above and I'd like it slightly windswept-with a wispy misty wind coming off like on the wings(same for the tail), I would like for her to be standing on a patch of clear blue rippled water(like a pond)-not showing her reflection,she doesn't have one. I'd also like for there to be a swirling mist in various spots around her(her whispers that are carried to her on the wind and hose she sends on the wind) I also would like her to have a solemn expression, showing little to no expression at all, do this in whatever way works for you.
Note: On the color of all the mist I'd like some silvery-white and some a silvery black(both coming off her and those around her)

where her name comes from:
(HEE neh pu koh HOO rah ngee)
Literally meaning, woman/maid of the mist, this is the name of a woman in Maori mythology. Hinepukohurangi was a beautiful mist maiden who Uenuku (the rainbow) fell in love with. Every night Hinepukohurangi would come to Uenuku then disappear before the sun rose. Uenuku tricked her by keeping his home dark one morning so he could show his beautiful lover to his people. When Hinepukohurangi went into the sunlight, she was horrified at being tricked, turning completely to mist and taking off into the heavens. Uenuku mourned her until Rangi, the sky god, took pity on him. Now when people see a rainbow with mist they are really seeing Uenuku and Hinepukohurangi together again.
