I'm not frightened of you. Luvith noted, proudly, though she was well aware S'kagi was a bit leery of the Benden-dragon, then turned to look at her partner. S'kagi, where did you come from before here? It was a long way right? "It was... I was first searched at Ista, I transferred here." He answered, blinking.
I don't know how far away that is, but Galvanth wants to know. She glanced back to the huge bronze, asking Is it far away? S'kagi makes it sound far away.
"I am glad I came though." He admitted, glancing to Luvith before turning his own attention back to the Bronze, brushing his fingers nervously through his dark hair.
Lifith, it's just mud. You're rediculous The little crimson added, as the blue thrashed in fury, startling S'kagi with his upset. "At least it will wash off quickly?"

Kindly, Galvanth 'assisted' the little Blue, using his tail to send a small wave from the lake over the dragonet. There, see? The mud is leaving you, the Bronze crooned, attempting to reassure the little one. It bothered him that Lifth was distressed, and he peered down at him, searching for unclean places. I think that it is gone now. Never mind that Lifth's rider probably wouldn't appreciate the 'help'. Never mind that the process of cleaning and oiling might well have to start all over again. What mattered was that the dirt and mud was not tormenting poor Lifth anymore.
What have you done? S'raid demanded to know, striding in the direction his dratted Bronze had gone. It would not take him long to find him-- how hard could it be to find the single massive Benden Bronze? Not hard at all, surely. There was much to discuss with his rebellious dragon. This new behavior was most unwelcome, and while he appreciated... sort of... that Galvanth was getting in touch with his softer side, he did not care for being disobeyed. We will discuss this later. They would... and Galvanth would come out of this ridiculous mood.
That remains to be seen, Galvanth replied, and pointedly returned his attention to the hatchlings. No, I do not see it either... but for the fact that one of my fellows has caused the death of a Trine dragon. And that is most unfortunate. Also not his fault. Not at all his fault! How could he be blamed for the dragon's foolish rider? Ahh, but he was blamed. I am a Bronze, Galvanth told G'brel, as though that explained everything. It was good for the Green firelizard to be gone, to no longer be making a nuisance of herself. He truly did not much care for them.
Firelizards, that was. Good. I would not want for you to fear me. Even though she was a Crimson, and thus... not quite natural. She had not hatched from her shell, but instead been hatched from it. That had been a very strange sight indeed. Ista is far from here, the Bronze agreed, inclining his head slightly. It is almost as far as Benden-- "Galvanth, you have neglected to introduce me to your new friends," S'raid said, coming around the side of the big Bronze. "I am S'raid, rider of Bronze Galvanth. I take it that you are Trine's new hope?" There was perhaps a faint smile on the man's lips, though it was near imperceptible.

Lifth chose to pointedly ignore his clutchmate's comment and instead turned grateful eyes back onto the Bronze who had just washed away the mud. Thank you. Mud and dirt and such was beyond disgusting to him, and he despised having any such substance on himself.
It was true, G'brel would have to restart some of the oiling again, but she was at least grateful to Galvanth for helping to calm her dragon down. Even from his hatching it had been quite clear how easily upset the Blue was by getting dirty. Thank you, she echoed back before adding aloud, "And quite a handsome one at that," to his remark on his color. True, he wasn't possessed of any particular markings that she could see, but his hide was still rather nice, as was he it seemed.
The Bluerider's attention was soon drawn to S'raid as he came around side of his dragon. "I suppose one could say that," G'brel replied with a light smile. "I am G'brel of Blue Lifth. Well met, Bronzerider S'raid." She gave him a courteous bow for his rank. Be he of Benden or not, he still deserved some respect. And with as kind and personable as his dragon had thus far been, perhaps this man would not be so bad himself.
Lifth gave a small nod of his own to the Bronzerider, but said nothing just yet. He seemed to be simply observing and taking the man in for the time being.

S'kagi wasn't quite sure if they were being mocked with that comment. Trine's new hope? Luvith certainly didn't seem to think so, and wandered back toward S'kagi with an distinct air of pride. We can't be mocked with the truth. She pointed out, stubbornly, proudly.
"Bronzerider, Sir." he bowed respectfully to the man, coloring from embarrassment between S'raid and Luvith. "I'm S'kagi of Crimson Luvith."
Benden had been the place not to be from recently, but since he'd come from the holds, and then having been originally searched by a traditional hold, he couldn't help but still have respect for them, though he wouldn't have dreamed of trading Luvith for any traditional dragon.
"We're honored sir."

"Well met." Of course, S'raid was in fact 'so bad', but as per usual he hid it beneath a mask of congeniality. He inclined his head to G'brel of Blue Lifth, sweeping his eyes from the girl to her dragonet. Ahh, but it was typical of Galvanth to decide now of all times that he was going to adopt. He sent his Bronze a rueful look, shaking his head slightly. "Galvanth, I hope you realize that you can't 'keep' the dragonets?" I know that they will now allow me to stay, the big Bronze said mournfully, rather distressed by that very fact.
You are welcome. It seemed that these youngsters at least knew how to pay their respects to a ranking rider. Not only the Bluerider, but the Crimsonrider as well, it seemed. A faint twitch of a smile settled on his lips for a moment before vanishing as completely as though it had never been there to begin with. "S'kagi, G'brel... it was a pleasure. I'm afraid I'm going to have to wrangle my dragon out of here, however, as he is needed to transport healers."
Galvanth was not amused. He was, however, endlessly resourceful, and he moved behind the weyrlings, as though that would somehow stop S'raid from gathering him back up. Galvanth, you are not doing a good job of hiding, and you know your duty, the Bronzerider chided, shaking his head at his dragon. "I will see you and yours at the Feast." With a warning look for his rebellious Bronze, the rider moved around the pair of weyrlings, and put his hand on Galvanth's foreleg.
The Bronze sighed, and lowered his head to observe Lifth and Suvith. It was good to have met you. I will see you again, perhaps. With that, S'raid climbed up onto the Bronze's back, and they took off together, careful not to cause further troubles for the hatchlings with their ascent into the air. We will have words about this, Galvanth, S'raid reminded his dragon, idly patting the glistening hide beneath his hand before they returned to their ferrying duties. Of course, Galvanth said, only a touch sourly. Words.

The interaction between the Bronzerider and his dragon was quite an interesting one. G'brel was rather amused by the remarked on keeping the dragonets, and even more so when Galvanth decided to use them as a 'shield' of sorts against leaving. "It is a shame that you must depart so quickly," the teen remarked as the Bronzerider walked around them and to his dragon. "We shall see you at the feast then." Now whether they would actually have an opportunity to speak was a different story. Still, she was rather more interested in the dragon than his rider anyway.
Lifth was rather bemused by the whole thing, especially the Bronze's behavior. Such an odd thing he was. And he wished to adopt them? Very curious indeed. I am glad to have met you as well. I look forward to future encounters. Which was no lie, but it was mainly to puzzle over the other some more. He was certainly an interesting one.
Once the two had flown off, the Blue turned his gaze back up onto his rider. I believe it is safe to continue with the oiling now.
"Are you so sure about that?" she said with a small laugh, give the dragonet an affectionate pat. Turning to S'kagi, she said, "Well, that certainly was interesting, wasn't it?"

Amazement overruled shyness, and as the two took off, S'kagi pushed his bangs back from his face, the better to see the two of them flying.
Someday, we'll be that impressive. Luvith nudged him softly, though she was also watching the Bronze go, water still dripping down her skin.
"That was something else." He agreed in surprise. "It's amazing how big they are up close." He admitted. "Sometimes it's easy to forget, especially looking at the little ones... although he didn't pick the best hiding spot." He grinned slightly.

G'brel had to laugh at that. "Definitely not," she replied with a grin. "Although as a Bronze I don't imagine there are many places he can hide behind really. That was funny for sure though." And although she didn't say anything on the matter, G'brel was quite glad to see S'kagi's face exposed, even if it was only a momentary thing. Hopefully in the future he would stop trying to hide it so much.
Her expression turned slightly devious as she said, "So, sure you don't need any 'help' in the water there? I have to re-oil Lifth again anyway, so we could easily join you in the water."
You wish to splash him, the Blue stated simply, talking privately with His.
Well yeah. It's called having fun, Silly.
I believe we have differing definitions of the word.
Killjoy.

"Well a hill maybe... or an few boulders..." S'kagi offered as suggestions. "Just not two tiny dragons."
Distracted by pouring water over Luvith, who flapped her wings gleefully, already spraying the area with more water, he missed the devious glint in her eyes.
"She's not a lot to wash, but you can if you want." He shrugged, trying not to look embarrassed. G'brel was... really relaxing to be around really. It was a nice change.

"Ok~ Prepare yourself then!" G'brel had been given the green light so to speak (even if unknowingly on her friend's part), amd she wasn't about to start off slow. Dashing into the water, the young teen sent as big of a splash as she could muster at the other. It likely would have been much more impressive had the water not been so shallow. "Join in, Lifth!"
No thank you. I am quite content to watch from here.
If you don't join in I won't finish oiling you.
... You're bluffing.
Am I?
Yes.
I suppose you'll be finding out then. Admittedly, it was hard to pull off a bluff when the other could read your thoughts and feel your emotions, but she was willing to try anyway for the sake of gaining a partner in crime.

"Wh-Hey!!" S'kagi protested, although there was amusement mixed with his surprise as he futility threw his arms up to protect himself from the spray of water, ducking to thrash water back toward her. "Like we're going to let you get away with that!"
Don't be a stick in the MUD. Luvith taunted Lifth, flapping her wings to spray water back toward him, though she wasn't so cruel as to purposefully turn up muck.

Lifth was not one to be so easily baited. Very well, I shall be a stick on the shore then, he replied, a flicker of amusement crossing his eyes. He may not have been willing to join in himself, but watching the water battle could be interesting at the very least.
G'brel laughed as the water came back her way. "Two against one! I see how it is!" Despite her dragon's unwillingness to help her, the teen was still more than willing to continue on with the splash battle. for her small size and frame, she could turn up a surprising amount of water.

You're no fun. Luvth accused, with a snort, flapping and stomping away from the waves G'brel produced with an further indignant snort, apparently having gotten a touch of water up her nose. "Hey it's not our fault if Lifth won't back you up." S'kagi teased, trying to keep up with the impressive volume of water she was throwing around. "Though you seem to be doing fine on your own!"

"Turns of practice, my friend," G'brel said with another laugh, continuing the onslaught. When she noticed Luvith stomping away however, she paused and said, "Aw~ don't tell me you're sitting out too~" She had actually been hoping the Crimson might turn and help her in splashing S'kagi, but it seemed that it was not meant to be.
You are utterly ridiculous, Mine, Lifth remarked, although his tone was more affectionate than reprimanding. The Blue stood without another word and entered the water, stepping up next to His.
"Finally come to help me?" she asked with a grin.
Nope. The dragonet made a big splash with his wings, but it was not aimed at S'kagi.
"Ack! Traitor~! I'm being double-teamed!" G'brel giggled and retaliated, now attempting to splash back S'kagi and her own dragon. If Luvith rejoined the fray she would most certainly be defeated.

Luvith, as it turned out, wasn't planning on sitting it out, she was just looking to get a good start on her next attack, as she bounded forward suddenly and jumped up to land with a massive belly flop in the water, creating a impressive wave for her size.
HA! She crowed, triumphantly, thogh she soaked S'kagi as well as anyone else.
"APTH! LUVITH!" He shouted in futile protest, soaked through and through.
