DjCrimsonFox Naito *reads some of the guesses on there* Hmmm.... Well after weeks one & two I think I'm going to give up on this series. Maybe I'll try watching choice episodes when the series is added to that best of Power Rangers show but for now I think I'll sit this one out. *nods* I understand, I'll let you know of any really good ones.. Thanks. *salutes*

Heh, look what I got at Wal-mart today: Its the Shadow SPD ranger with battelizer gear on. Interesting thats how they refer to Dekamaster and it makes me curious if instead of swat mode in america they'll have battelizers like they've had in every PR since Space.

Hmm usually battlelizers are just for red rangers but I guess it's possible.

Yeah, its usually for red only, though LG had the Lights of Orion which powered up all of them, LR had the power ups for red, blue and green. So...yeah, guess we'll just have to wait and see. Anyways, the only reason I got the figure was that I don't have enough money to get a Japanese Dekamaster figure, so I'd settle for the nearest thing.

I don't count the Lights of Orion or the upgraded weaponry the 2 rangers in Lightspeed Rescue as battleizers since battlieizers is an american thing & those were in their original sentai series. Besides in both of those the red ranger did get their own unique battleizer.

I know... my mind was fuzzy, and I forgot to realize they often realease kinds of figures that don't appear in the show for the american version.

A bit of an update. I saw the last few minutes of SPD while waiting for Super Robot Monkey Team Hyper Force Go! & saw a photo of Sky & his father. The ranger wasn't anyone known but he was wearing the Time Red suit(which doesn't make much sense seeing how SPD takes place in the year 2025 & Time Force is in the year 3000). Just thought I'd post in case anyone was still curious.

Though you have to remember the time force suits were seen in 2000, so its possible since the Quantam Ranger and the Red Ranger were still in modern times, that the suit design was copied originally. Cause you can see a SPD badge on the suit in the pic.

Ah yes. I had forgot about those two's effect on the time line. I guess it could've been possible that Wes passed his Chrono Morpher onto a friend in his older years. I don't think the Silver Guardians were able to copy it after seeing what happened when they tried when they tried to analyse the Quantium Morpher. Plus if Time Force were created early there would be a Time Force team not the two SPD teams. I think SPD may have gotten help from Andross's team(the A-team are just slightly modifed PR In Space outfits).

True, though this all could be throwbacks to seasons they are going to show on Power Rangers Generations, lol. Its all up to speculation really.

Yeah I guess. Dunno why they didn't use the Dairanger costumes though. They're the only suits skipped over by the US storylines with the exception of Kibaranger being the White Ranger anyways.

Is it me or are the fight scenes in SPD a tad boring?
No to offend any of the production team involved... but all I'm seeing really is rehashed wirework from Ninja Storm and/or Dino Thunder. gonk

I didn't watch too much of either Ninja Storm or Dino Thunder but yeah. I didn't think much of their battle scenes. Not enough original footage from Dekaranger for me & the added stuff had way too much needless jumping.

Naito Well the story does take place in the year 2020, right? Guess a few teams could've been skipped that we wouldn've heard of. That's what I'm thinking. I hope SPD stays in the future. Remember when Lost Galaxy was supposed to be in the future, but basically wasn't?
