Rashir laughed at his opponent, "This flight of mine uses almost no chakra with all the practice I've had with it and my chakra control." Rashir swung both swords to opposite sides readying to swing them. He flapped lightly, and started to fly at Chaos. When he came close enough he flapped harder and disappeared re-appearing inches behind Chaos in the middle of swinging both swords for his back.

...your flight can't just drain 'next to no chakra'... that's just no fair. Flying with pure chakra wings has to be costly, or it's just broken. Try to play your character at your level Rashir... you're still only a Genin, you shouldn't be capable of moving at the speeds you are saying.

Rashir Fenrick Treyarch ((Sorry I'm just so used to being in more powerful RPs nowadays. Would just a little chakra be fine since my RPC has had som much training with it in his past?)) ((Seeing as you are a genin and your chakara isn't that developed it would eat up up horrid amounts of chakara. Not to mention moving at high speeds eats up stamina directly related to chakara as well. In fact really, with the jutsu you just used most genin would be low on chakara by now as you just wasted a ton of it.))

Are you still a Genin? If so, the answer is no.
...regardless of how long you've had the character, your rank still needs to determine your relative power, or there's no point to the ranks at all. Flight is a very powerful ability, as is Super Speed... so if you're going to use either they need to have drawbacks.

My character who is extremely powerful has super-human defense at the draw back of him being slow... Dear god slow... And he is ranked in the Kage level.

You mean the random mission you went on that wasn't controlled by an NPC mod, but was in fact made by a member who almost got banned for massive god-modding and failure to follow the rules?
...did you mean the scroll you got as a reward for THAT mission giving you those powers? Sorry, but you can't just go on a mission find an ancient scroll and POWER-UP... that's just not how things work.
I'm not saying you can't have great speed, or flight... I'm just saying that you need to use them fairly. Either one of those two skills needs to in some way cost you something, or you're modding.

You have pissed me off with your power playing and now you get to see some of the abilities I save for higher level foes. Enjoy it, your Genin character is going to suffer for you blatant power playing.))
"How sad." Chaos said as he blocked the attack with his Naginata, his back still to the foe. Chaos had held the halberd over his shoulder catching the blades as they appeared. "Children who talk to much are always the weakest." Chaos suddenly unleashed a wave of chakara into the air. Little did Chaos's foe know what Chaos's chakara was like. It was tainted, a corrupted energy that attacked any normal person's body. It weakened and damaged all shinobi around him who were not use to foul chakara. Soon the air was filled with the foul and corrupt chakara. "I always found this jutsu distasteful as it weakened my prey and wastes my chakara. Though this combined with your foolish waste of chakara will leave you dry in no time." Chaos glared at the boy with great distaste. "I will torture you."

(IRL, not in the RP... you can be as cruel as you want in there...)((A mistake is one thing but power playing is another. Besides me being pissed off at him changes very little for our fight. Though Chaos will be a tad bit crueler than normal.))
