well you can lower it, a basic fact of vampire life is that we can't feed without council permission-
mayun: SEV!, mortal's cannot know of the council

exactly, were just a family looking to live out our lives in peace....all be it very long lives, if you spoke of the council to humans, we could be looking at a second great war......

ok then-she took one of his arrow's, and cut her wrist with it, then bit him, drinking the blood from his neck, then she held her wrist up to his mouth- now you drink some of my blood, im your sire, your my kindred

-after a few second's, she pulled away- the changes will come in phases, first will come extra sensory perception, then heightened awareness, then acute senses of hearing and smell, then extra-ordinary speed and strength, your fang's will come in last
